The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more. Cafés, shops and the prom were all within a five-minute wander, keeping the whole trip refreshingly hassle-free.

I stayed at the beginning of the holidays with my husband and 2 young daughters. The host was really friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed for a two night stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we would have loved to stay longer if we had the time. I’d highly recommend this hotel. It was clean and decorated nicely and so close to the beach.

Excellent choice close to seafront

Excellent location, right near the seafront. Parking easy to find - if no spaces on the street it's right near a car park (charged from 8am to 6pm but you can get 2 hours free). The room was very comfortable and clean. Excellent facilities with nice extras like a fridge with bottles of water and plenty of tea/coffee etc. No breakfast but that suited me fine being gluten-free. The only minor negative was the shower water was scalding hot with no way of turning it down. Overall an excellent choice to stay.

Very true to the reviews given plus some! So much attention to detail have gone into these rooms! Beautifully decorated, Bottles of water left in the fridge for us. Need to wash your cup out? No problem! A sponge and washing up liquid in the bathroom. Shampoo, body wash and conditioner in the shower. Jug and glasses so you could put water in the fridge. Ceiling fan for those warmer days!
Both a hair dryer and straighteners provided.
Simple check in with a warm welcome. Everything explained to us and made to feel welcome.
The only thing to note if booking is limited plug sockets. There was only a double socket that had the fridge on. It did however also include 2 USB ports. No issue for us at all, though.

Our room was extremely cozy and comfortable. We had plenty of hot beverages in the room and more were left on the second day, 2 bottles of water per day too. There was a full size kettle and nice big mugs. The bed was so comfortable and towels and bed linen are included (contrary to the listing on Hotels.com). Lovely and clean throughout. So close to the seafront, bars and restaurants but very quiet in the rooms. Great value for money, will definitely be going again.

Hello everyone, this guest house has got to be the best guest house i have ever been to. Its position was not far from the sea front and to all of the bars and cafes, and attractions. The guest house felt like home the minute I walked in . The land lady was lovely and had followed the covid instructions to the letter making you feel safe. In the room it was lovely , not big but then what else do you want to do in the bedroom have a song and dance, if you did not far away from that outside . the room was warm and clean , the bathroom was emasculate , and for the first time ever there was a small bottle of washing up liquid and a green sponge scrubber to clean your cups and glasses with, how great is that. All the spoons ,glasses and mugs were all wrapped in a plastic bag , and instead of one of them little cups you get in very popular chain of hotels here you get a proper mug , so you can have a real cup of tea in the morning. There were a few packets of biscuits not just 2 but 6 , with them plenty of milk and sugar. The bed was really comfy had a great nights sleep.There was a tv in the room nicely put so you could watch it in bed if you needed to .The parking is not bad , its road side but there was no trouble , i couldn't get parked on the road side but next to the road and pavement there was a piece of grass which the land lady had phoned up the council and asked if it was ok to park and it was so didnt have a problem. I will be going back definitely.

Was ok. Nice friendly welcome. Text to ask why tune was arriving to check in. Room ok warm and clean. A bit dated, shower room needs a bit of updating but ok. Toilet noisy felt guilty about using it in the early hours etc. Spoilt by screw on bed that joined the two halves of the divan together cutting my leg as gap beteeen bed and wall very narrow.

A very friendly greeting and departure. Otherwise we had no call to interact with staff. A little gem, close to the front, perfect for an overnight, out of season, business stay. The room was well above average for this type of accommodation. Simply but attractively decorated. No food either advertised or available, room only is no issue when one considers the range of local options. Spotlessly clean. All in all, perhaps I would not stay in high season, but away from those times, I would book again without question.

Lovely B&B. Nice room. Paula was very accommodating after a delayed Ryanair flight left us several hours late for check in.

The only notes I have (and they're barely worth mentioning to be honest) are about the wallpaper and towel rack in the bathroom. The wallpaper is peeling and the end of the towel rack was rusty.

But overall it was very nice.

Our stay at the Eastleigh was as expected for the price, no thrills but everything you’d need. Clean room in a good location, the manager Ian was really friendly and added a personal touch. A few things in the room that you wouldn’t expect in a standard B&B like toiletries and bottled water etc. For £50 you can’t argue with anything, only criticism is that the outdoor frontage could do with a little more TLC.

Our room was just adequate. The carpets were not vacuumed once during our four night stay. The bedding is not what I would expect in this day and age. Ideal, really!

Another great stay at The Eastleigh in Skegness. For the price we paid, it is pretty near impossible to beat the room we stayed in. It was clean and well-looked after, everything was in working order and small refreshments were resupplied daily (a mini-fridge in the room also helps for minor self-catering). The location of the hotel itself is ideal; free on-street parking, literally seconds away from the seafront and all of the entertainment and attractions with it but also quiet enough, despite its proximity to the seafront.
A recommended stay for anyone looking for a couple of no-fuss nights away. You are given the keys to the hotel and your room and, therefore, feel free to come and go as you want without needing to worry about eating times, other guests / the owner etc.

The Eastleigh is clean & comfy within easy reach of the sea front. Very pleasant owner and even though they don't do breakfast the free water & pop are welcome and McDonald's is just across the road.
