Looked nothing like the photo's, was very dissapointed, shower is grear if your under 5ft otherwise its useless, was suposed to be a deluxe room with garden view, it did lead straight onto the garden bur the garden was awful and over grown with an old mower sat in it. Needs alot of money spent on to get it to a decent standard, no security, some windows didnt lock and the gate didnt lock. Also it stated 2 queen beds but they're 4 single beds all different heights. Wifi doesn't work. Overall poor condition

Disgusting. Walked in, there was litter on the floor, full bins, unmade beds. Walked out. Booked somewhere else. They refused a refund.

Very dated decor and furniture.
Oven housing in poor condition.
Shower cubicle dirty.
Shower curtain filthy.
NO TV
NO Kettle
Central heating radiator was very hot 24 hours a day, room thermostat not working. The weather was hot all day.
The plus parts> clean bed linen
> good location for amenities.

Met friends and decided to stay over for a night, well looked good on the net and no others available so paid online, got to hotel to find nobody there, rang number and wasnt registered so rang the other number and a guy answered and told me property and been sold and gave me a customer service number rang that a guy answered asked me my name then asked me for a WhatsApp so he could send me a code for the front door ?then a room number then another code to open the box for a key to get in, bearing in mind asked for a ground floor room as my girlfriend couldnt walk or stand 5 weeks ago and got one at the top three floors up lol opened the door and was totally let down by the room mismatched furniture with drawers missing filthy windows carpet disgusting bed with no legs lol no tv no aircon absolutely roasting hot, then decided to look at the shared bathroom no loo roll shower attached to the taps with black tape and nowhere to put shower head so had to hold whilst trying to wash myself and with being disabled really struggled to do, would not recommend to anyone unless your really desparate, 2 other families issues 1 at 9 oclock and couldnt get through to anyone until i helped out???

This lodging house is disgusting, dirty is an understatement, very very unsafe,we got took in main entrance to be greated by shopping trolleys bikes rubbish a real dump,then told we were at there deluxe room at the back, trecking threw over grown weeds,the steps going up to the room were very unsafe and wood breaking off, we had children with us and they could easily fall through the side, bin in room was full, blinds in room broken and it was stinking, how this place has got rated i will never know, we spotted men going in main entrance with cans of beer looks like it is used for council homeless on a weekly rent,not a good place to stay,must be seen to believe, i feel ashamed to of had to stay there ,we got out first thing in morning.

My wife is recovering cancer, we had two young grandchildren with us. Everything about the place was disgusting, mould everywhere the room was unfit for use. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Witch cost us 350 on top of the money we had paid for that filthy disgusting place they won't shutting down i would not keep pig in that

Horrible place wouldn’t let a dog sleep there dirty dirty dirty place cold no hot water broken blinds carpet was filthy and sticky smelt really bad of smoke and B O the back stairs to the apartment were unsafe and the door had been broken in the past and a botch repair so we didn’t stay as we didn’t feel safe no heating the shower was cold also we found a very nice place not far from there would not be recommending this to anybody the place needs shutting down not what the pictures on yr web site looks like at all can we have a refund if possible did speak to manager didn’t seem interested and when we got there he said we didn’t have a booking till I showed him my booking reference number

Horrible place to stay

We stayed as 2 families of 2 kids and 2 adults. Rooms were horrible smell of damp so if your taking your children please do even think of going there!! Shower room disgusting and soo small! One of the room shower didnt even had any hot water! Beds were creepy! Couldn't sleep all night!
When booked, it says they have parking but NO the parking is on the roads if you get lucky we'll find a spot!

Over all experience was staying there was just soo bad! Never going there again and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!!

Firstly we could not gain access, then no key to room so had to move room, next room also no key , had to wait for key to arrive,
The apartment was dirty and the floor in the bathroom was so rotten my guest foot went threw the floor near the toilet , making us all feel unsafe and unwilling to use the bathroom , the oven was filthy with old food and the oven top had food spillages on top, very unclean all round

Worst place to stay in Skegness

There was no information on how to get the keys, then after many phone calls we discovered it was fully booked, we were moved to an alternative property that was freezing cold snd like a prison cell!!!

Avoid like the plague worst place I’ve ever stayed

Terrible avoid at all costs no electricity and the room was dirty soiled nappies left on the floor and when we complained we was told we had no right to as we checked in at 2pm as the email stated yet the man on the phone who I called to complain said it was 3.30 check in….the walls had water running down them the bathroom was shared and I ended up moving to another property they owned at the extra cost of £160

Hell into Heaven

We stayed here and it was unhabitable, There lock on the door didnt work. The roof leaked on to my granddaughters bed their was damp on the walls. The room wasnt clean at all. However when we complained they moved us to a 5 star apartment which we thoroughly enjoyed. We would definitely go back to that one

The room was tatty and check in took couple of hours of phone call emails back and forth, probably my fault but email went to spam, telephone people were very polite though. Someone entered the room in the morning without knocking and frightened my son !

I stayed for one night, which was more then enough.
When i arrived, there was cigarette ash in the kitchen sink and in the bathroom (smoking not permitted on site)
The bed didn't have clean sheets/pillow cases, quilt cover on.
The furniture inside the room was filthy and unhygienic.
The bath towel that was left was also dirty and stained.
The back door leaning onto the balcony didn't lock, blinds were broken, there was out of date food items left in the cupboard dating 2007!
And tbh. The whole room just smelt damp and unclean.
Will never return and definitely wouldnt recommend to an enemy, let alone a family member or a friend.

Online it also states that checking out time is at 11am, once I received my confirmation email it said 10am which wasn't helpful.

We had nothing but issues from check in:

Email not sent with check in details

Door key safe unlocked

Door key safe hanging off the wall

Apartment was filthy

No TV remote

No WiFi(although this was on Thurs morning as we checked out!!)

Broken nest table

Broken bed

No duvets

Windows mouldy

Bathroom window broke

Shower full of cobwebs

Mouldy milk left in the fridge

Dirty shot glasses left on the side

We are convinced that the electrical supply by the door isn't safe or up to date with current regulations (we will be checking this with the local council) there was exposed mains cables and when you have a young child this isn't great.

It was a nice apartment and had just what we needed, a short walk to the sea front and was clean and tidy, beds not massively comfortable but it was satisfactory, we would stay again. Communication from the owners is good, the wifi not so much.

On arrival the key safe was broken, the key was in the door. On entry to the “deluxe” apartment (which was the same as the one I stayed in before) we found the beds were as though someone had just got out of them, it was 2pm, the bins were full from previous occupant, so no one had been in to clean or change the bedding, safe to say we slept on top of them rather than in them. And whacked the heating up full.

There was no iron when there was before, there wasn’t a TV REMOTE either. The apartment hadn’t seen a cleaner for some time, I would be doubtful if I will stay there again.

Clean cosy and accommodating

From the outside I didn’t expect much to be honest but once inside the place was spotless and very accommodating all the amenities a holiday apartment could provide.
Very clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend this place to stay.
Close to all the facilities and ideal for great little get always !!

Great for the price

Needs some work but nothing major. Everything worked great Needs new bedding though as its very old and dated. For the price you're on to a winner as it is a great location. The contact numbers available are useless. They need to give you an actual number as check in was a big fail and it was done via email. The payments link didn't work either. Bit of a pain but sorted in the end. We had a wonderful four days in Skegness.

The apartment was a large apartment and had access to the rear as well as the main entrance which was good as we parked at the rear of the property. The property is very dated and is in need of decorating. The shower is extremely small and the beds were not comfy. Cleanliness was not great but we managed . The apartment was disgraceful. We had to call the manager and the cleaners came back in. No pillow cases on the beds, one sheet on each bed, which weren’t changed, dirty pot left in sink and clean pots still on drainer, the was a large hole in the floor outside the shower cubicle, sink in bathroom dirty.

Telephone response was not good, the room was not very good. We was on the top floor with balcony doors and when we went to close them it started to come off in our hand, the door to room was not very secure if someone pushed it hard it would of came open. Overall I would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The building is very dated and needs to be updated. Glad we was only there for 1 night if it had been anymore I would of looked elsewhere

Poor in desparate need of deep clean and update

Room smelt of damp and seating cushions, blinds, shower curtain, walls around skirting and cupboard with cups all had damp marks so unuseable. Garden was overgrown with dead seagull not pleasant. Was told had to parking only around back of property which was very unlimited and very poor. found out by a resident that you could park in the street free. Desparate need for modernisation and deep clean. No duvet. Everything overgrown and in need of care. Only positive easy access, no reception. I can still smell damp on my property since getting home

Very Run Down, Rude & Aggressive Staff

We decided to visit Skegness at the last minute to visit my sister who was there for a holiday so with it being August very little availability, so we did not have great expectations for this hotel, but what we got was terrible! The place when we pulled up looked very rundown with the front garden overgrown & pretty much the same inside, rundown & just not nice, the pictures say it all! After a long drive we decided to have a nap before heading out for dinner & after drifting off there was a loud knocking on the door with a member of staff demanding we answer the door!! Whilst I was getting dressed she started banging again saying I need to talk to you now, when I got to the door she said that she had had complaints of us making noise all night, she was very rude & very aggressive. I explained to her that we only just checked in & she acted like she did not believe me & stood outside our door for 5 mins phoning the manager, she gave us a curt sorry. I emailed the management & they apologized but it was only half hearted. Don’t stay here Very Bad & plann dangerous
