Yes it was a very good stay, comfortable, good breakfast, clean room with a big balcony and sea view, definitely give it 4 star service. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Would stay there again if I'm coming to Limassol! Smart TV with streaming apps would make it even better.

All in all a very nice stay at harmony bay. Everything you need with good staff attentiveness. Staff at the pool bar a bit miserable and pushy for orders which I did not appreciate while trying to relax. I am a guest therefore shouldn't feel pressured to order. Local area is but a distant memory of what it used be. Old town is where it's at really and of course beonix!!

Great stay at Harmony Bay, beautiful view from our balcony out to sea. The pool was great and we could pop over the footpath to be in the sea in 5 seconds. Never had an issue parking. Breakfast was fine for a 3 star hotel, we also walked to the nearby cafes for drinks. Pool bar really nice and always open

Rooms ok, basic but have what you need. As others have reported the cleaning staff are loud in the hallways in the morning.
Brekkie was ok, but unfortunately the waiting staff are not particularly friendly. I one man was actually very rude.
Reception staff polite and helpful.
If you’re looking for a couples holiday then I would not recommended, of you’re for a family holiday with kids yes.
We did not eat any other meals at the hotel.
If you don’t have a sea view you’ll be staring into the window of a house/ hotel next door.
Pool nice but unfortunately does not open until 10am so as soon as it’s open it’s full of kids. So no peaceful swimming at all.

Hotel is ok for a budget hotel but really needs daily fresh towels to be provided to make it that little bit more comfortable.

The hotel is great, well-located, breakfast is complete and the staff are friendly, from the cleaner to the reception.

I got quite disappointed as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and as long as they gave as a bottel of wine, what was really kind, the room we stayed the whole week was not great.

It was not particularly clean when we arrived. I could see leftover hair in the bathroom, and we were surrounded by a large group of students participating in a trainee program throughout the week, which was quite noisy.

Apart from that, I still recommend the hotel. Has great parking, a swimming pool and a pretty much private beach in front with clear water.

The room we got had a small WC though. Not enough space to freely take bath or use the toilet. Other friends mentioned that theirs was normal sized. Probably the small ones are just some.
Also, the prices of the pool bar were a bit hight. A Freddo Espresso was charged for 4.50 euros.

Good enough, direct beach access, lovely cat feeding station nearby, staff are professional but not helpful you don’t feel welcomed, also werid location of light switch it's directly behind the pillows we woke up several times at night on lights turning on due to pressing the switch by mistake. Another matter was the Air-conditioner at our room wasn't cold enough even on lowest degrees and when we raised the issue they said since it's central and that the max cooling.
Breakfast was good and free available parking.

Clean hotel right by the sea in Limassol

Harmony Bay Hotel is compact & clean hotel right by the sea and in Limassol. The side sea view was great from our room. The hotel was very clean and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for access to all parts of Cyprus, esp with a car!

If I had been on a business trip for a couple of nights, it would have been great with breakfast & free parking and well located.

We were there for a week school holidays and it wasn’t quite right for us. The room was basic and didn’t invite spending much time in it. There was much noise on the corridor from other guests and housekeeping from early on in the morning. We were also unlucky with a very loud guest in the room next door. The TV had only one English speaking channel (BBC news). One towel per guest and only changed once during a week long stay is a bit sparse… and it would have been nice to have some tea/coffee.
We had booked half board and the food was fine, but as it’s a small hotel there wasn’t a lot of variety. (A bit of a struggle with a fussy eater child and usually half board buffet is good for options!)

The outside bar and pool area is lovely, but we weren’t there in the right season to make use of it.

All in all, a friendly clean place, but it wasn’t quite right for what we wanted for the week.

Cleaners do not change wine glasses or give u cups. No cutlery in room. Breakfast not fresh fruit is apple & oranges. Only tinned fruit? Had to buy our own fresh fruit. Sunbeds not out at the sea. other than that it was ok as deal location & clean

We had a lovely time in Harmony Bay Hotel. The room was very spacious even for a family of four. The sea view from the room was amazing. Delicious dinner at the in-door restaraunt for an reasonable price. Easy access to private parking. We would certainly come back.

Comfort & convenience without fancy frills

Wonderful location, excellent bathing facilities - pool and beach, courteous staff, satisfying breakfast buffet, free parking for guests, spacious rooms - and also a decent gym.

The only observation to note was that the air-conditioning was struggling to cool our room. Admittedly our beach-facing room was huge, the holte was full and late September temperatures were still in the mid-30s. In need of servicing or an upgrade, to avoid guests leaving the aircons on non-stop so as to cool the room down gradually even when they are out.

Being charged an extra 3 euros/day for the use of the in-room safe (decent size for two PCs + valuables) was unusual, but I guess they have a reason for this (safe mis-use by guests, perhaps?).

All in all this is a hotel that we would happily return to. Don't be put off by it having \"only\" 3 stars. It provides all the necessities and comfort. If you're going to spend most of you r time outdoors, you don't need the frills associated with a 4th star (and higher costs).

4 day trip with my wife and daughter. last days of August. A well-located hotel by the sea. Great pool. Open hours: 10 AM-6 PM. Clean. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Fresh water shower. Access to the sea. Pool bar. Poorly stocked. Most are alcohol. No fresh fruit, for example. A sensational offer for dinner: only 16 Euro per person. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel. there prices for dinners are 25 Euro and more. Breakfast very poor. Monotony. British beans, very bad scrambled eggs. NO fresh fruit. Canned fruit is served!!! (in August ???). Three types of local cheese - a revelation.
Very good air conditioning in the rooms.

We were extremely happy with the hotel, particularly our sea view family room with spectacular views and the nice pool with great staff around the pool and also serving in the bar area. Athina who served us drinks by the pool was so helpful and obliging at all times.
The beach being so close was a god send! The food was also lovely and would definitely give it more than 3 stars! Would definitely visit again.

Awful front desk staff and management

Awful experience at this hotel and highly suggest you spend your hard earned vacation elsewhere.

They do not properly maintain their facility and the front desk staff and management are extremely rude to guests. I slipped and fell on algae filled steps to their beach and sprained my wrist. When I reported this to front deak staff they seemed completely unconcerned and unapologetic. They acted as if cleaning it was an inconvenience and stated that it could not be completed until tomorrow which clearly shows that the hotel staff does not value or prioritize guest safety. The lack of care and initiative to address this issue was highly concerning to myself and the guests that witnessed my fall.

The staff didn't even do the bare minimum of apologizing for my injury or providing me dinner or a drink while I was icing my wrist. Further, the front desk staff member asked if he could \"assess\" my wrist injury and reached out to touch my wrist which is absolutely ridiculous and inappropriate.

Lastly they have this awful towel policy where they only provide one towel per guest and refuse to change it even when sopping wet more than once every 3 days which is ridiculous especially for a hotel located on a beach. Further, they dont provide any pool or beach towels. I begged for another towel our 3rd day and was told they provide it on the fourth day but gave us one towel (for two people) after raising their voice and throwing at us. Had better service at 1 star motels.

Unfortunately there is not good soundproofing in the rooms and the noise in the corridor is annoying. I had to point out some rude customers who at 4am were laughing and shouting in the corridor and there was no one to tell them to stop. Soundproofing needs to be done. Also, the parking lot can be used by non-tenants and they will allegedly pay. This is not done since they know the code and so the tenants have no space for their parking.Finally, I have never seen pool towels sold and not rented or charged additionally to the room. Would that make sense? Why should I buy a towel and have to carry it with me on my way back?Ιn general, however, it is a good three-star hotel and ok for its price. The breakfast is satisfactory and the location is good. But they can upgrade it if they want and make it better

Abbiamo scelto una camera matrimoniale dotata di terrazzo con sedie e tavolo. Il letto e le dotazioni della camera erano molto semplici con materasso un po' troppo duro e un cuscino troppo soffice. Anche la colazione era piuttosto basic e il personale di sala credo non si sia manco accorto della nostra presenza, senza manco salutare ed essere attenti alle nostre necessità. Non tornerei una altra volta.

You can find better hotels, but this has all that you need in a very good condition and clean presentation. Gym, pool, sauna, buffet, bar, balconies in rooms, all fittings new or recently upgraded and staff are all polite, friendly and extremely helpful. And the location is superb. Definetely worth it

The property was easy to find, but on a busy noisy main road. Thankfully we were situated on a high floor facing the sea, so the noise wasn’t too bad. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for hanging clothes and storing luggage.
The breakfast buffet was very good, with both hot and cold options.
A nice, bright and airy hotel which has easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
