Stayed to celebrate my birthday. The hotel went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion with a beautiful birthday cake and extra drinks. So very kind and thoughtful. All staff were very pleasant and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Met my expectations and more. Would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza hotels to family , friends and associates. Thank you .

In the past few years, I stayed at the hotel multiple times. The prices have raised by 300% during that time period and very little has been done in renovating both the rooms and the exterior layout of the hotel if I used to recommend it to others, I will no longer do so. I have to say that one or two person from the staff at The Reception are very nice and attentive. To summarize, value for money is no longer appreciated in this hotel.

There was never parking onsite and we had to constantly park across the road which was a bit of a pain. It was also a struggle to dry our pool clothes as we had no balcony. Other than that, all good!

The property requires updates, and certain areas need more attention to safety and cleanliness. For instance, the spa entrance and the ramp leading to the pool can be slippery and pose a risk of falls. It’s important that these areas are consistently cleaned to prevent accidents. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways have a musty odor, which is unpleasant.

While some staff members are exceptionally friendly and helpful, others seem more focused on financial matters than guest experience. Front desk staff, in particular, could be more welcoming; greetings like “good morning” or “good evening” were often overlooked. Many of the team members appear to be still in training, and resolving issues can be challenging without suggesting solutions yourself. This made the check-in process more stressful than expected. Very defensive way to treat travelers.

Great hotel with a lovely bay yo swim. Room had a wonderful view night and day and Latin night music was fun. Breakfast was delicious with grea omelette. Highlight was visiting Kai Sushi Restaurant, really wortj a visit. One of the best desserts i have had in my life!

The facilities are higher quality, nice restaurant, beautiful location. Seaview rooms are lovely. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing construction which had a impact of available amenities and also made it difficult to relax with loud noises from early morning.

I like the hotel, the location, facilities and the staff are very good, hence this is the second time we have stayed. However both visits have been made whilst construction works have been ongoing at the site adjacent and this year maintenance works were being carried out at the outdoor swimming pool which ment it was not usable. I would say that the hotel were very understanding when approached about these issues and thus I would have no hesitation in staying again.

The hotel is brilliant except the fact that they allow non guests in the pools and people bring infants and small children who go in the pools with nappies… this automatically renders the pools public health hazards. Groups of teenagers also walk into the swimming pools from the near by public beach, and they are extremely annoying. Finally, some of the hotel guests are so arrogant to the point of being rude. Otherwise, most staff are super polite and helpful. The facilities are very good, and the location is great. Parking is difficult in the near by parking lot if you must walk under the midday sun. Overall a good hotel, I’d stay there again, happily.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered a mix of pros and cons that could influence future guests' decisions. On the downside, the hotel's internet connectivity left much to be desired. The speed was disappointingly slow, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests needing to work or stay connected. Additionally, the lack of an option to purchase a business internet package felt like a missed opportunity for the hotel to cater to the needs of business travelers.

The breakfast offerings were also somewhat disappointing. The options were very limited, which might not meet the expectations of guests looking for a varied or hearty start to their day. Furthermore, the hotel's parking facilities were inadequate. The parking space was small, presenting a challenge for guests arriving with their vehicles, especially during peak times.

On a brighter note, the hotel's saving grace was its staff. The crew was very nice, and the staff were friendly, which significantly enhanced the overall experience. Their welcoming and helpful attitude made a positive impact and somewhat mitigated the inconveniences experienced during the stay.

The room is spacious and freshly renovated but has some empty area that looks strange without additional furniture there. The tv is oldish and needs updated. If you don't have beach view room there is a noisy road outside.

The staff are amazing and super friendly and courteous. The breakfast staff were and are so welcoming. Coffee and teas provided at your request. A nice selection of conteniental and english breakfast options. The room service menu contains what you'd expect. The rooms were very clean and cleaning staff came routinuely so by breakfast the room was checked which was very convenient. The indoor pool, sauna and steam rooms were very clean. Extremely nice ambience for a restful and relaxing spa treat. The lounge areas in the evening was beautiful. Overlooking the sea and there is lots of staff to provide service. I would highly recommend for solo, couples and families. The location is very safe and very accessible on the main road.

A good hotel let down a bit by the rooms

The rooms let down an otherwise good hotel. They just miss that that makes a room great. There is just that feel of things done as cheaply as possible and have a 15 year old look about it. Nothing stands out. If you have a city view, there is also a noise issue. Boy racers.
The rest is good. The staff, the restaurant, the beach and pool.
The rooms need work.

A bit shady: at check-in I was told that the room I booked is not available, and I got a different room coupon for breakfast/lunch...

Also there is almost no sound isolation between rooms, I could hear everything my neighbors were doing.

This is an excellent hotel, it is very clean and the staff are so helpful and polite.
The sun beds are plentiful so there are no issues in lying wherever you wish. The access to the beach is just fabulous, a lovely shallow beach, protected by a breakwater.
I would highly recommend this hotel, we have had such a lovely holiday.

Hotel was too noisy can hear drilling early in the morning, walls had no noise insulation can hear all noises.
The matron of the breakfast hall was rude and not understanding despite my partner paid for full breakfast she did not want to accommodate for me to take him jam sandwich only to our room- very very rude woman.
I will not be returning to this hotel.
