It is difficult to fault this hotel in any way. The rooms are spotless and well provisioned. The staff are courteous and friendly and breakfast and dinner options are plentiful and great quality, (we stayed half board) representing great value for money. All in all it was fantastic.

The hotel is really relaxing. We are a near retirement couple and stayed in first week of Oct ‘24 when Cyprus weather is dry and not too warm. The staff was incredibly nice, and not falsely so. The Polo Bar restaurant served superb food under consultation of a Michelin Chef. There were several mornings that I had to complete work remotely and the lounge area served that purpose perfectly. The pool area, shape and location on premises is beautiful and practical. Breakfast - awesome. Don’t need to say more. Can’t wait to stay again.

This is our second time staying at The Alasia hotel and spa in which promotes itself as being tranquil and a hideaway from the city. We liked it so much last year that we decided to return again this year.Since our arrival last Friday it has been anything but relaxing and tranquil,on our first day here they were dragging and scrapping furniture and plant pots about all day as well as nosily stocking up the outside bar in preparation for a birthday party on Sunday .We complained to the manager who offered us a free meal for two on the house.The hotel should have informed the guests of the event before they excepted bookings. It was Sunday & we were trying to relax around the pool,technicians were setting up a massive Sound system from about 10am this morning making all the hotel guests around the pool feel like an inconvenience.What makes this even more distasteful than anything else is that all the non attending party guests had been compromised for a Russian man's 50th birthday party! At the help yourself breakfast buffet, the waiting staff were waiting on the Russians hand and foot whilst everyone else had to get their own Coffee , toast etc. Breakfast is between 7.30 am and 10.30 am but yet the Russians seemed to be able to have breakfast beyond this time, whenever they wanted and forever how long they wanted for.We shan't ever be returning again to be treated in such as despicable way. I have never experienced such terrible behaviour anywhere else in the world.

The location of the hotel is not central but very doable if you have a car, which we did. The hotel car park was close and excellent. I found the rooms a bit on the small side and the TV did not have many channel options but other advantages of the hotel more than made up for this.

The hotel is very pleasant and we were greeted with the owner of the hotel who is the sweetest lady ever. Very helpful and friendly. The breaskfast is amazing and the staff around the pool were on the go making sure eveyone is happy. They passed around wet towel to everyone to cool off and a plate of fruit salad. We were welcome to our room with a bottle of wine and fruits. Our room was cleaned twice a day . An amazing stay I give them a 10 out 10

One of the better levels of service I’ve experienced. Nothing was too much for the staff and they were quick, responsive and friendly. Beautiful restaurant, pool and breakfast area with ample outdoor seating. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Only downside was that it was a bit far from the ocean (about 2km north of the port) and the room itself was a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Overall, fantastic stay and will likely stay here again.

We booked the hotel as the weather was not great during some of the days we stayed there to make use of the Spa and Indoor Pool. After Check in somebody showed us the room and explained the basics of how to open a hotel room door, but unfortunately failed to let us know that the Spa was under maintenance. I only found out by the cleaners at the pool that it was currently shut.

I can't praise this hotel and the staff enough - our stay was fantastic! The hotel is very luxurious, our bed was massive, the room was great, the breakfast was amazing, the service was exceptional! The location is away from the front but we had a car and it was what we wanted. The staff were great in recommending fantastic restaurants to us and for sorting us out to go jet skiing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were so friendly and polite. The pool was a bit cold but it's only May and the general pool area was amazing. We had 1 evening meal at the hotel and it was fantastic food. We arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed 8.5 hours but they still served us at the bar and the nuts you get with your drinks are delicious. I don't think you'll find a better hotel than this one in the area. Thank you Alasia for making our stay so great.

The lobby area was welcoming and tastefully decorated and the Spa facilities were lovely, however the hotel need to be clearer about the fact you have to pre-book the spa and guests can only use it for 1hr per stay!
Room was disappointing, the view was terrible (a half built building with a cement mixer and a wheelie bin overflowing to my left).

Arrived in a very run down area, local garden centre next door, a bomb site. Next to a Fire Station that liked to test it's operation!
Parked in valet parking buy not met!! Forced to enter hotel and told to drive to car park round back!! Found car park and unloaded car ourselves and went back to reception pulling our luggage on the road. Not good. Reception was excellent and got a room quickly. Room was lovely with fruit etc. Told NOT to open patio as it disconnected the A/C!!
Room TOO WARM!! Complained to reception, told A/C off for winter and to open patio!! This resulted in flies in room (No fly screens or nets) smoke smell from below and neighbours looking into room from flats opposite. Not acceptable. Breakfast was good, but again hot to eat in so forced to eat outside in the rain. Indoor pool listed when booked but you can only use by pre-booking with reception. Only allowed one hour a day, 15 mins jaccuzi only, and had to remain silent the whole visit in case you disturbed the paying guests having extra treatments. We were told off twice for talking!! It was our honeymoon not prison camp!! We had to book our visit and could not get a time we wanted on last day. There were no beds, so had to use plastic chairs!! Hotel was almost empty so in summer you would really struggle to use the pool and spa facilities. Overall no up to 4 Star rating, bath was narrow, gym very poor, no A/C when we entered, with no cycle machine etc. For £115 a night, I will not recommend.

Overall a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The staffs are friendly and always ready to serve. But because it’s not near the seaside, not really having good choices of restaurants nearby. Better to have your meals done before returning to hotel, otherwise the only place you can eat is only at the hotel.
