The air conditioner was set at 22 degrees Celsius and the reception staff said it cannot be lowered as they have a central control panel at reception.Well that lovely 22 degrees Celsius was so wonderful I woke up at 3am as the room was too hot .There isn’t very good soundproofing from the windows as quad bikes were so long at 11 at night even from the 5th floor.

The room was very clean but the bathroom smelled very badly. I complained about it to the front desk but they disregarded it at first. I ended up cleaning it myself and the smell seemed to settle down. However, I went to the front desk and told them about it. The next day room service did an excellent job of cleaning the bathroom. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Every meal on the menu was superb!!! I would give it 5 stars!!!

Third time I have been i hotel. was in room 311 and the internet was terrible. I did complain but it never got any better. Rooms are dated, beds are comfy and it all did what I needed.
Menu for the food is now a QR code, so they lost my custom for food and drink at the bar.
Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. location is good for the dealer I visit. 20min walk from the harbour and when you know there is a private beach a bit closer that I've yet to be flung off :-)

Locating the hotel was easy. The facilities were very good. All areas of hotel including bedroom were kept very clean and tidy. We booked half board. Beakfast offered excellent selection for every taste from fruit, continental to full cooked all buffet self serve. Evening meals were of good portions, good selection and catered a-la-carte or buffer. Staff very friendly and attentive.

All was good - except the internet which was poor for the first day-and-a-half. There was an intermittent problem with \"cannot find the IP address on my tablet and smartphone.
Eventually all sorted out.

We arrived at 2pm,which is check in time to be told the room wont be ready for at least an hour,disappointing but not the end of the world.When we checked in the room was nice and clean.Dinner was not worth having,we got there at 8.30 and there was barely anything on the buffet.
The restaurant staff were very bice along with the guys in the bar,reception staff not so.
Biggest issue-Saturday evening our toilet wouldnt flush,we expected a speedy resolution,only to be told by reception that no one can repair it.How can you be expected to stay in a hotel with no toilet,the receptionist just shrugged and said we will give you a plastic bucket,as i said the reception staff weren't as nice as the other staff.
The food you can pay for was brilliant and id recommend that than going half/full board

The breakfast was excellent, the staff very helpfull, clean room. The parking free but on my first night there was a party and I waited for visitors to leave in order to get a parking place. The street in front of the hotel is on construction and to get into the hotel is from the back street. It was not mentioned anywhere and we were confused on our arrival.

Probably an awareness to lower the volume when there are little other distractions would be beneficial. Would add that we missed not having tea and coffee facilities in the room - always appreciated when you first wake up etc.

Really dissapointing standard room.
We booked a standard room which was totally different than what we saw in the pictures. The bathroom was really small, with a miniature sink and a super small bathtub. Everything looked really really old and they didn t even had a container to put your toothbrush. The room had an exteremly old furniture , except for the bed which was ok. The room was really noisy, in the morning at 7 am we were woke up because the personal were cleaning the rooms and they were really loud. We asked for a different room as the hotel had an upgraded area but they asked money for this.
I wouldn t reccomend a long stay in a Standard room at this hotel.

The hotel has had a major make-over which gives it a great contemporary feel yet is a family run hotel proud of its heritage. Although the foyer, restaurant and exterior are very smart and contemporary style, some rooms still need to be updated. We were put in an older room but an issue with the plumbing was dealt with immediately and kindly and we were transferred to a lovely upgraded room by the owner.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, indeed many are family members of the owner, so
our stay really felt well looked after.

Beautiful renovated hotel with up-to-date modernised atmosphere. Make sure you book an executive/superior room to guarantee you are getting the renovated rooms. Had we known before we would have paid for the superior. Unfortunately we stayed in a room with an ancient fee and atmosphere - very very outdated. The mattress was way too soft to. However it was extremely clean so for a few hours of sleep we did not mind. Excellent breakfast. Hopefully the remaining hotel rooms will also be renovated this winter season as it is like entering a totally different place compared to the rest of the hotel

Good Value off the Beach in Limassol
Pefkos is not on the beach. It isn't really walkable to the beach either, so you need a car. I was in Limassol for four days for a conference and then follow up meetings associated with the conference and found Pefkos a very good base in Limassol for that purpose.
The hotel has its own parking lot so keeping a car isn't a problem. It's off the main road so is inexpensive, but Limassol is not such a big city and you can get around easily.

We were happy with our two week stay not to far from the new marina at Lemesos.Good breakfast, good pool,good staff.The only down side was the hotel and general area are being refurbished so there was at time a lot of noise of building work which may have put some people off.This hotel when refurbished will be the place to stay as it is in the re generation area of the city.
