We had a very pleasant stay at Las Hayas. They had a nice pool, 3 hot tubs, a nice little gym, a cocktail bar with some food items and a nice restaurant. The cesar salad from the bar was very good the other items were fair. The restaurant was nice but also with a small menu. I would recommend trying the restaurant and bar menus out but for multiple dsys try to eat in town because hotel location is semi remote.

The location and views are absolutely fantastic, and the property is well-maintained. The spa is a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. My only suggestion would be for the chef to enhance the vegan options. Breakfast and other meals are quite limited for vegans, and the dishes I tried, like the soup and salad with tofu, lacked flavor. Vegan doesn’t mean we don’t want delicious food! With some attention to this, the dining experience could match the excellence of the rest of the property.

El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones espaciosas. El staff muy amable y atento. La piscina es deliciosa y tomamos una clase de yoga acuatica muy buena. Los restaurantes muy ricos. Las vistas y alrededores de sueño. Nos quedamos con ganas de tomar la clase de tiro al arco pero ese día estuvo suspendida. Algunas partes del edificio necesitan un poco de pintura y mantenimiento pero el lugar es extraordinario.

The hotel is just completing a total refurbishment and everywhere was clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially reception staff, who booked us a trip to the National Park that exactly met our preferences. The restaurant was excellent - we enjoyed the high quality food and the wines that were recommended were superb. The hotel is out of the town which makes it very quiet and it has stunning views over Ushuaia and towards Chile. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed with wife and 2 kids. Spacious room with king + 2 single beds. Trekking trail behind the hotel is great and optimal for the whole family. We also enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Restaurant is very good as well as the breakfast buffet and location + views are really great.

Whatever wasn't working well they were very fast to repair and fix. Restaurant was also really good, didn't have to go out for dinner, I stayed 7 nights there.

I was 5 days, the hotel has a great view over the bay and the islands of Chile. It is in the middle of the forest, where you can start your trekking.

The hotel is far from the city, but it has shuttle (6 times a day), to and from the city center.

The hotel needs to increase their shuttle service, particularly at the end of the night. We arrived for the final shuttle of the night 15 minutes early, and were turned away because it was full, thus having to take an unplanned taxi on our last night with little cash left on hand.

Good value for a classic full-facility hotel

The hotel was nice overall, but I would not classify it as 5-star. Then again we paid less than 150 USD, so that is OK.
It is up in am mountain, with a good view of Ushuaia bay.
Big room, good bed, good spa and pool, excellent breakfast.
Service was patchy (had to ask them 3 times to make the safe work) there was no tea/coffee in the room, and unlike stated in hotels.com, no airport-hotel shuttle. Taxi ride cost about 120 pesos to the airport. They do have a shuttle into town, 4-5 times a day.

Very frustrating dealing with this hotel. Had to reschedule and they wouldn't work with me at all, simply because I was 3 hours past their cancellation deadline. This cost us a substantial amount of money. Simply about the bottom dollar. The people don't seem to mean much to them.

The location is awesome unfortunately the condition of the hotel is in disrepair and the reception staff was unwelcoming and seemed to be unhappy to be there. We had three problems on three different occasions at the restaurant. However the wait staff is very friendly so there must be a problem with communication between the kitchen and the wait staff. The room seemed to have not been painted in a while. And the shower curtain was not of the modern kind with a curved bar to stop the shower curtains from sticking to your body. The Gym was not available and not alternative was offered.

Adoramos ficar nesse hotel, o café da manhã era espetacular, a vista do hotel maravilhosa. A área da piscina, spa e sauna também eram lindos. Tivemos bons momentos para descansar nele após os passeios. O único inconveniente é que ele é longe do centro, porém, conseguimos utilizar o transporte que o hotel fornecia sem custo. Gostamos da experiência de nos hospedarmos nele, o hotel oferece muitas atividades fizemos a trilha que ele disponibiliza de graça e gostamos bastante. Voltaríamos sem dúvida!

Todo estuvo bien, el unico problema fue en el check out que no tuvieron en cuenta el monto que cerramos por Expedia y nos cobraron segun otra tarifa que no era la convenida.Pagamos mas!Eso arruino el final de la estadia, no teniamos tampoco tiempo para ponernos a discutir porque teniamos un vuelo por tomar.Les recomiendo comprobar precio el dia de llegada.

Nos hospedamos no Las Hayas por 06 dias, muito agradável. Linda vista da cidade, pois o hotel fica localizado no alto de uma montanha. Distante aproximadamente 10 minutos do Centro de Ushuaia, mas o hotel oferece serviço de transfer gratuito para o Centro, onde os horários funcionam precisamente. Todo o staff muito atencioso, café da manhã excelente e a piscina aquecida a noite atendia perfeitamente as crianças.

Enfim, experiência muito agradável. Recomendamos.

Não gostei.
Acho que a ARGENTINA deve sériamente rever as classificações dos seus hotéis pois estão no geral ULTRAPASSADAS e iludem os compradores.
Em 2013 eu e minha familia haviamos ido a Ushuaia e ficado no Los Acebos, e olhavamos os Las Hayas e pensavamos na proxima vez.
Pois bem ela chegou em 2018.
As surpresas foram já no arranque. Ao chegar as 20h, ninguem para ajudar no lobby nem na entrada. Hotel parecia às moscas e somente um funcionário na recepção que fica NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR.
Além disso, o térreo onde entramos estava em obras e permaneceu em obras durante nossa estadia, com pessoal, material, solda, barulho para lá e para cá.
O hotel é VELHO. Tem 25 anos. E com ele, toda as mobilias dos quartos são antiquadas e gastas.
O pior foi durante os tres dias de neve continuos em que ABANDONARAM o proprio estacionamento à nossa sorte. Ou seja, com muito custo retiravamos os carros e já não conseguiamos por de volta, tendo que deixar em local afastado.
No resumo como disse no inicio, a ARGENTINA peca na classificação dos hotéis. Jamais o classificaria como 5 estrelas. Como muito, um 4, pela condição em que está....

Não esperávamos um hotel tão bom na pequena Ushuaia !
Quando chegamos o primeiro piso passava por reforma o que nos deixou apreensivos até fazermos o Check in no segundo numa recepção excelente.
A surpresa foi nossa suite ! Enorme , linda e cheia de mimos deliciosos !
Uma garrafa de vinho Saint. Félicien nos esperava como brinde de boas vindas , alem de deliciosos chocolates recebidos todos os dias !
Limpeza impecável ! No alto da montanha tem uma vista maravilhosa !
Café da manha excelente com serviço também impecável !
Traslados gratuitos para o centro da cidade várias vezes ao dia , de ida e de volta.
SIMPLESMENTE FANTÁTICO !

O hotel é ótimo. Quarto grande, café da manha rico de opções, atendimento super prestativo e cordial de todos. Só tenho 2 observações: impossível aceitar que um hotel 5 estrelas tenha toalhas de banho rasgadas. E isso aconteceu em todas as trocas. E precisam melhorar a cortina do quarto que o blackout deixa a luz entrar e deixa o quarto claro mesmo de noite.

O Hotel é bom, um pouco antigo me pareceu, inclusive, estar sendo remodelado. Quartos bem amplos e demais ambientes bem agradáveis. Dois pontos a melhorar: 1 - serviço de transfer cujos horários são espaçados demais e o hóspede acaba utilizando o serviço de taxi e 2 - internet. No quarto é bem lenta!

llegamos a las 5.30 am. No tenia mucho tiempo para mirar como estaba el hotel, lo único queríamos dormir. El hotel esta en general muy bien con buena vista desde la ventana. El desayuno en general bien.
