The heating can’t be adjusted individually, which made the room uncomfortable. Dining options in the area are limited, and the noise from the light rail is quite noticeable. On top of that, the staff was indifferent, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. For the price, I expected much better. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Brand new facility/building. Some constructions around the property are still in progress. Very nice, brand new, and practical rooms. Nice staff, good breakfast. In front of the property is a major highway, so there might be noise in some rooms, however, transportation is easy and convenient to and from the location. Behind the property, there is a residential area where some gypsies are living.

Unfortunately they had had a power cut just before we arrived and this knocked out the tv system.... but, you can't hold that against them.... We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, modern and we had a very nice room. It is very close to the airport and ideal as we had an early flight back to the UK.

Hotel is close to a good shopping mall which contains a number of good restaurants, a health club & Spa and a variety of shops, including a supermarket. Hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. Airport is 10 min drive.

The twin room we had was spacious and had everything we needed however on checking in we were advised that the restaurant was closed as it had been hired out for a wedding, thankfully there were plenty of other options at the shopping mall opposite.

這次旅程中住了三種房型，但感覺體驗跟房型比較沒有關係，跟運氣比較有關係；這間的洗手乳可以擠得出來，但很不好用；熱水沒有很強，第一天晚上還以為沒有熱水，在晚上11點，溫度可能只有12度左右，洗了冷水澡，隔天工作人員應該有幫我轉到確定有熱水的部分，但還是很不穩，所以迅速洗完；整體服務我是很推薦，不過建議Check in第一天早一點入房，確定熱水、必要部份的燈會亮與其他你可能會care的部分是否正常運作

Kauniisti sisustettu hotelli
Erittäin hieno huone ja valtavasti tilaa, tosin meillä oli tällä kertaa sviitti. Lähellä iso ostoskeskus sekä muita kauppoja, kaupungin keskustaan kätevästi julkisilla tai kävellen noin 3 varttia. Ilmainen pysäköinti heti hotellin edessä.
Ainoa mikä jäi harmittamaan oli kuumuus, huoneessa oli 24-25 koko ajan lämmintä, ilmastointi oli tehoton ja jostain syystä se oli sammunut yön aikana kokonaan, eikä käynnistynyt enää uudelleen.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße und es war ab 4:30 sehr laut da zum normalen Verkehr zusätzlich auch noch die Straßenbahn fuhr.

Das Zimmer war super. Da ich kein Muttersprachler bin, war für den ein oder anderen Rezeptionisten Dir Hemmschwelle vielleicht etwas größer.

מלון נקי ומסודר, המבנה והחדרים נראים מתוחזקים ברמה גבוהה. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים בעיצוב מודרני. המינוס העיקרי הוא איכות ארוחת הבוקר שהייתה בינונית מאוד. המלון נמצא בפאתי העיר כ8 דקות נסיעה למרכז העיר. למלון יש לו חניה משלו וממש מעבר לכביש ממוקם קניון אופטימה שיש בו מגוון חנויות רחב.

Ich habe im Hotel drei Nächte übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstrasse, wo zu viel Verkehr ist. Das Zimmer war schön und gross aber wegen dem Lärm von der Strasse konnte ich nicht bei einem offenen Fenster schlafen.
Obwohl ich ein Frühstück gebucht habe, jeden Morgen habe ich einen leeren Saal ohne Frühstücksbuffet gefunden. Wenn ich gefragt habe, ob ich etwas zum Essen bekommen kann, kam kaum eine Antwort vom Personal zurück. Das Servicepersonal hat sich sehr interesselos und gleichgültig verhalten. Obwohl ich ein Frühstück gebucht habe, jeden Morgen habe ich einen leeren Saal ohne Frühstücksbuffet gefunden. Wenn ich gefragt habe, ob ich etwas zum Essen bekommen kann, kam kaum eine Antwort vom Personal zurück. Das Servicepersonal hat sich sehr interesselos und gleichgültig verhalten.
