There is a cockroach problem at this property. We found dead cockroaches on our hotel floor. They also sprayed strong pesticides every Fridays, which really irritated our throats. The WiFi is also not very usable for business travelers.

We stayed at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Units are spotless clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better.

Not easy to find location

Located near Futian rapid train station, but the service apartment is actually at a residential area within small road. Not many driver know how to reach the main entrance via a small road. Cocopark shopping centre is 5mins car ride.

The stay is excellent. I’ll describe the room with clean, roomy, great design, new and comfortable. I visited in rainy hot July and their AC is the best kind with zones for different rooms and quite. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Shenzhen again. To the front desk: Thanks for finding our charger, you guys are awesome!

The rooms are outdated and dirty. When I checked in, there were potato chip crumbs in the sofa and mold in the shower. For the price, it’s definitely not worth it.

It’s an ok stay but not as high of a price/quality ratio as the service apartment I usually stay at. In fact same quality but Somerset is 50%more expensive. So I won’t be staying here again.

Great find - we'll be back!!

The apartment is terrific, But it does have a few quirks. The doors to each room are heavy and the don't always work properly. The door from the bedroom to the bathroom opens into the bathroom - but the door from the living room opens into the bedroom and blocks half of the doorway between the bedroom and the bathroom! The a/c is operated by remote control - which is usually hidden by the TV remote. The kitchen works fabulously and the washer dryer was fantastic,

The staff are wonderful. Kind, helpful and very eager to help.

The location is out of the way, 20 minute walk to subway. The service was mediocre. Was told that there would be free shuttle to subway. Just told to wait outside and staff could not describe the shuttle. Shuttle never came.

The staff were polite & helpful. The room was impeccably clean , well furnished, possessed powerful air-conditioning and was very spacious. In fact we had 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The 15 min walk to the nearest metro station was compensated for the ease with which taxis could be hailed.
Unfortunately, our impeccable experience was marred by the exhaust fans not working in both bathrooms and windows that could not be properly closed. Our experience would have been further enhanced by additional movie channels and higher wifi bandwidth.

選擇酒店時從地圖上了解，附近應為高爾夫球場；但抵達後發現四周圍繞着舊房子，你還能從窗戶眺望鄰近地塊的垃圾堆。

附近交通混亂，不論行車路還是行人路都滿佈橫沖直撞的電動單車，而且深圳交通非常擠塞，本來計劃開車跨區到其他地方用餐，但動則1-2小時的車程讓我們打消念頭，居住在這裏你的開車活動範圍就只限福田區。

酒店包含早餐，但這裏的食物味道就像塑膠製品，連鄰近的KFC早餐都非常難食。

總體而言，酒店設施及服務到位，但所處區域的道路情況及餐飲就強差人意，這可能不是酒店本身的問題，只是這個城巿本身不太適合外地人。

酒店位置難找

酒店距離Coco Park頗遠，步行約15mins, 而路程中途又靜又黑，指示又沒有，很難找出位置！酒店入口附近有7-11買零食飲品，又有美甲店、小食、水果店等！但乘的士往會展中心只需12元人民幣，又平又快！
而酒店房間很大，又有洗衣機，但地毡很污糟，拖鞋又有污漬，wifi又極慢，根本用不到，希望有所改善！
