We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating making us feel welcome. The room was spotless, confortable and well -maintained. The service was outstanding and every request was handled promptly and professionally. The breakfast buffet was also nice and delicious with a great variety and quality. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Unbeatable location, beautiful property. Room is very spacious with a view overlooking the city. Staff are helpful. We had a very pleasant check in with Clarence Chu at front desk. This gentleman speaks fluent Cantoneses, Mandarin, English and Spanish- impressive.
Our family had 4 rooms reserved. Everyone was pleased with their room. Clarence checked in with us after we got to the room, to make sure things are going well. Just when I thought we won’t see him again. We met him again at lobby and he gave us an umbrella, reminding us it’s rain season. How thoughtful. We would stay there again and hope Clarence will still be there.
Lunch at the Lobby restaurant was also delicious. Staffs are very nice and I personally like the live pianist. Very comforting. Overall a 5 stars experience.

Luxury property in the Futian (downtown area). There is a mall 5 mins walk away with lots of dining options. So many bars and restaurants to choose from. The service is the Club floor was very good.

Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by.

We, a group of 5, booked 2 Club Grand Rooms but got upgraded to 2 Suites on Christmas Day, overnight stay. Initially delighted for the upgrades, only later excited to be in the spacious room with 2 toilets and a BIG bath (must experience). The services on the Club Floor was the best in all branded hotel names. For breakfast, I would go to the 6th floor where your needs would be catered for. ENJOY!

Spend $300+ for a 5 star hotel experience with my wife. Unfortunately, the sofa was the biggest disappointment. The room size and atmosphere overall was okay. You can see from the sofa there’s white spot on it. This is not what I expect from a four season branded hotel.

Everything during my stay went very smooth and I felt like I stayed at home.

Max Lin was very polite and professional to treat me like a VVIP even if it was my first time to stay there. She guided me through every single benefit and policy when checking in and escorted me to the elevator to make sure I get familiar with the hotel.

Breakfast on 6 floor was amazing with the verity and freshness of food. All staffs were nice and spoke fair English making me very comfortable when I was in any needs.

The other staffs at the club lounge also very well experienced and respectful with smile every time.

The size and comfort of the room was wonderful, as was the city view- a really great luxury hotel for a short city break. Incredible stay! Huge, fancy and comfy room! Service was great, I mentioned this is a birthday celebration in my booking and the hotel provided a birthday cake and simple decoration. We also tried their breakfast buffet, food and enivrement were very good. The only thing is the venetian blinds in bathroom and coffee machine were a bit dusty, otherwise the overall experience was fantastic and we'll come back again!

A 5 stars experience

Me and my wife was on a business trip, and I searched for hotel which is near the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center. Well, the hotel is just across the road from the entrance. Also, the hotel is near (5 minutes walking distance) to so many malls and shopping centers, and not far from the subway.
The hotel is very beautiful, the staff are very kind and polite, and the service was great. Really 5 stars hotel.
I ordered the Premier room, but unfortunately the view from the room was the west side, so you just see a very large building in front of you (which lights blinks at night, so you have to keep the curtains closed at night). So, don't forget to ask the city view on the east side and the terraces.
We had fresh fruits on the second night, and they even gave us 2 bathrobes with our names on it.
Check out is at 12:00 , but they can save your luggage after that. The reception, terraces, and breakfast are on the 6th floor.
Please note that in Hotels.com Google map – the hotel is marked on the wrong place (Fuhua 1st road). Far away from its real location (Fuhua 3rd road).

In the bathroom you have bathrobes, man and woman combs, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, makeup mirror, both tab and shower, small tv in the mirror, shaving kit, toothbrushes kit, q-tips and body cream – all fresh every day.
The tv has a lot of channels, but it's not smart tv, so no Netflix and stuff. When connected to the hotels wifi – there is no access to Google apps.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends, aiming to just chill out using gym/pool facilities and executive lounge there. The room and facilities are well maintained with high level of quality. Gym/pool facilities are really nice, I really enjoyed mist sauna and alfresco pool/jacuzzi. Executive lounge provides high quality food, worth the money. The hotel is located in convenient place, near to shopping malls and safe as well.
But what I was impressed most was the hospitality of staffs - they are really attentive and flexible - thanks to Ivonne, Aggie, Ken (and other staffs I forgot to remember names..). Overall, worth (may be more than that) the money and highly recommended.

Minimum 50 words... ratings better be good good and excellent ?? Who would give ratings in the future unless the person is paid to rate every item well. Here it goes... Four Srason Futian can only be rated a 4 star maximum based on the Nov 26th 2018. Food & beverages is so so key in the overall performance of an international branded hotel. Breakfast was a shame if any of the management presented during that morning. Breakfast was a 3 star just being kind & forgiving! Cheers Do step up!

We had a lovely time celebrating my dad’s birthday. The staff arranged for the room to be decorated with flower petals and balloons. They also had a small cheesecake for us to enjoy. We got upgraded to a larger connecting room so our family could stay together. Fantastic views of Futian at night! Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, which was alright. Unfortunately it does not compare to dining at the Four Seasons in HK. Nevertheless we enjoyed our short stay. Special thanks to Joyce Sun for her attentiveness and hospitality.

i have been a customer since they opened, however i am now switching to the Ritz Carlton down the street as the hotel is declining to fast with their staff. I was expecting a very important package to be delivered to my room, NO Phone call no nothing till the PM and needed this package in the AM. This is not the way the four season is normally, with too many choices i feel there better places for the money. nice staying with you Four Seasons Hello Ritz Carlton

Having worked in the hotel industry for a dozen years and was always amazed by FS’s reputation on details etc. Very disappointed to find a lot of things falling down during my visit such as low battery on scale, hair dryer having no hot air, nonsmoking room req on Reservation not fulfilled etc. The mgmt team can do a much better job.

Feels Like Home

I was so surprised upon my arrival. It was already late in the day but I was greeted by Cecilia , Guest Relations Officer at the front entrance. She accompanied me to the lobby which was on the 6th floor. When we got there, she didn't just give me to someone else but she checked me in personally! The process was done speedily and professionally! And that's not all, she even accompanied me all the way to my room. On the way there, she pointed out their different services, dinning areas and hours of operations while we were in the elevator. I thought that was really benevolent for me because you usually don't find out about these things until a few days into your stay or just about when you leave. So kudos to her!! Once we got to our room, she showed me around where everything was in my room. I had a almost 700 sq/ft room, so that was really needed.

Throughout my stay, every staff was so kind and helpful. I just wanted to memorialize some of them. The buffet breakfast staff did a wonderful job. Regina, I don't remember her title but she checked me out in a timely manner. Her presentation was excellent. Joseph, Guest Services Manager, he ordered a taxi for me and instructed the driver where to go. All and all, I was absolutely impressed by the consistency of the staff. Everyone was sincere, kind and helpful. I will definitely visit the hotel again!!

I've been traveling to Shenzhen on business for over 15 years and have stayed in most of the 5 star hotels in the city, but the Four Seasons is a step above the rest. For years I stayed at the Grand Hyatt, which is beautiful and has a great breakfast buffet. However, the service and attention to detail at the Four Season is truly remarkable. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, communication skills and overall effort made by not only the senior management, but also the servers in the restaurant, the team on the club level and the bell boys. Another huge plus is the mall across the street in the Ping An building which features a number of high end / high quality restaurants!

Excellent services and conditions all around. Staff members are extremely courteous and helpful throughout the hotel. Room is spotless clean. When we asked how and where to ride a high speed train, Mr. Alan Sun’s manager immediately arrange Mr. Sun (great young man) to be our tour guide to accompany us for a short round trip ride.
My travel companion is a high demand lady. Both of us are very pleased with this hotel and highly recommend without reservation to all our families and friends.

Memorable Experience

The club rooms are spacious and clean with nice city view. We like the location where are many shopping centres around the hotel and it's central location makes it easy for us to travel to other parts of Shenzhen for sightseeing. The gym and indoor pool is good but outdoor pool is small. There are many art display in the hotel and the Chinese restaurant serves good food.

This is my first stay at Shenzhen and Four Seasons has created a memorable experience for me and my family. We would like to thank all the friendly staff, especially Joseph Choi, for making us feel welcomed.
