Booked a room with two single beds. Got giving 1x Queen bed, asked to change it. Was told everything was booked and they didn't have anything left. But then contacted me the next day, and wanted to charge me 450 Dirhams to change.

The employees are having Attitude I don’t recommend the hotel, it’s not clean and the reception was showing on me when I ask him to change bed sheet.
Didn’t feel safe from Covid wise hotel in alain

Lovely stay

We had a lovely two night stay to be close to Al Ain Raceway. Ragesh, the Lifeguard was a real star, the breakfast staff were great, as were the check-in staff. Overall, it was had a nice hotel attached to Bawadi Mall so very convenient for shopping too ;D

V.good hotel but need enhancment

About the hotel the toilet need re arranging especially the position.of the WC.

The Aircondition need to be cleaned as air not been filtered.

A great choice for convenience

The location was stellar and the breakfast surprisingly good. The rooms, though, were uninspired; I was upgraded to an \"executive\" room that was small and with challenging climate control - either too hot or too cold. Overall, though, a great stay, and I spent very little time in the room regardless.

Ayla cancelled my booking

Ayla Bawadi is exceptional one of the best. But i was disappointed for i was un aware that my booking was cancelled without my approval. I booked thru hotels.com for a reason that there are rewards points for booking thru them. I wasn't able to get my reward points due to Ayla cancelled my booking even if i confirmed that i am coming late for i am traveling when someone called me to confirm if im coming or not. When i arrived in the hotel my booking was cancelled. Its unfair

Elegant , clean and comfortable

I stayed there during my business trip. The hotel is attached to a big shopping mall with a lot of brand names, restaurants and cafes. It is a 15 minutes drive from down town. Staff were amazing, quite, spacious and comfortable rooms

Hotel location is wrong NOV2016

Honestly this hotel is very nice, but I was really upset because I booked in this hotel according to the location. Unfortunately the hotel was somewhere else (15 minutes drive from the location showen in the website). Reception said that there is a confusion between 2 hotels that have almost similar names.

Run Away (Front desk is rude)

This hotel claims to be 4 stars, but it would not even give it 2 stars. The first thing you choose you rate based on the front desk. She was really impolite with customers. After staying for 3 nights, the alarm fire was on by 10 a.m and I asked for late check out since I could not sleep after it. However, The front desk girl she did not refuse by a nice way. she was refused in impolite way and she was rude at answering the questions.

Also, there is no view at the room at all!. Also, hotel is far from city.
There are many other complain that it would not fit over here too.
