Excellent hotel with good facilities

A smart hotel right next to the Al Ain stadium. A big room with a great bathroom. There is a pool on the roof with a great view of the city.
The bed was very comfortable and the room had blackout bands.
Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of choices, the coffee was from a machine but tasted good. A good few restaurants are within a few minutes drive or a short walk. Overall I was very pleased with the stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very modern and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast is very good. It is very convenient if you’re watching events at the stadium next door. A short taxi ride away to malls and shopping areas. The roof rooftop bar with pool and cabanas is a great place to spend some time.

Restful break in the UAE’s garden city

We had a quiet, restful few days away as part of a family visit to Abu Dhabi. Aloft is a straightforward, comfortable modern hotel in a developing area. Very handy for the football stadium! Decent food, and pleasant bars. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

My wife was in Al Ain on a business trip and we needed a good place to stay. We certainly had this at the Aloft! The clean beds and equally clean rooms were much appreciated. Additionally the food and quality of service provided in the restaurant is excellent. The rooftop lounge and swimming pool is also a great place to relax.

Overall it was nice
It was however very noisy outside
There has to be a cut off time for people screaming outside, at the different vendors attached to hotel
You have business clients so singing should not go on after 10 during week days
People should not be outside in front of hotel screaming and making loud noise because some people like to sleep with windows open

During our recent two-day stay at Aloft Al Ain Hotel on National Day, we found the overall experience quite pleasant. The hotel itself was comfortable and offered various amenities. However, we were a bit disappointed with the limited options for Indian cuisine. Despite this, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, contributing to a relaxing stay. Although the culinary choices were somewhat lacking for Indian food enthusiasts, the positive aspects of the hotel, including its ambiance and service, made our visit enjoyable overall.

I love staying at any Aloft in the UAE. Their rooms are well designed and well appointed. I love that their sink is separate from the toilet and shower and that their washroom area is so roomy. Thank you for the built-in USB charging outlets by the bed so I did not have to use my awkwardly huge adapter. I also appreciated the extra long bench and 2 desks in the room so that my niece and I could spread out our belongings.
The staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast buffet was stellar.
I have no reason to go to any other hotel in the UAE than Aloft. Affordable and hip. What else could you want?

Really nice hotel, clean, good food, excellent service. The room had a huge bench, big enough to put 2 suitcases on, very rare, loved that we both had room for our luggage. Nice big bathroom. Roof top pool was amazing, but there was a DJ playing music so loud I could not stay there to enjoy a drink and the view and pool, the music was deafening, people at the bar could probably not hear each other. Poor kids in pool. Please remove the DJ and load music, you have a beautiful set-up with a nice pool, play nice music in the background so people can sit and have conversation and enjoy a drink, pool and view.

My stay wasn't bad but it wasn't perfect, the hotel services were slow, or they don't communicate between each other when a guest request some thing, no enough TV channels specially the well known one, they leave only one towel to dry your face, hands and feet. I think they need to work harder to improve their guest service.

Super noisy at night, the music could be loudly heard in our room on 2nd floor from one of the hotel bars until around 0130am.

Usually a big fan of Aloft for budget friendly minimalist hotels, but this visit was a disappointment.

Could be great, but nobody cared.

First, the room photos are inaccurate. Where they show a bathtub, there is none.

Next, breakfast was being removed before the end of breakfast service, although there was plenty of food, and the place was not crowded at all (why would they do that?).

Third, we upgraded to the best room they had, to get a bathtub, and ended up with a room where you cannot dim the lights (though it has a dimmer) and cannot charge your phone if the lights are off (sockets turn off with the lights)...

Some of the staff was very lovely, but the people responsible simply took our complaints as \"feedback\" and did absolutely nothing to make it better.

Thanks Aloft. We spent around 3000dhs for 2 nights, they could have been great, but nobody seemed to care.

Our stay was wonderful right up until we got back from dinner around 10pm to find that the room was sandwiched between a huge party in the garden that the room overlooked and the roof top bar with blaring DJ 1 floor above - 2 posing sets of noise at full volume competing with each other until 2am ensured that no sleep could be had! Once at the music and clanging and banging stopped, the noise of the pool water pumping made me feel like I was lying in a water feature - really not pleasant - I thought morning coffee from room service would help - but it took 45 minutes to deliver 2 slices of stone cold toast and 2 coffees that had cling film melted into them - Lovely room layout and location - shame about the rest. When I spoke to the Manager in the morning he was completely unhelpful and just said he would discuss the issues with Management... Perhaps he was going to talk to himself about the issues?! Would have been great too if the towels weren't all tattered and torn!

Very clean and friendly hotel. Blackout curtains in the rooms and snacks downstairs for purchase 24/7. The Rooftop Pool and Bar had a really fun, laid back vibe and the manager was great by comping us a cocktail since our check-in took a little long (due to a football match the same day). We loved this hotel and can’t wait to come back! Great value!!
