Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questo belissimo hotel. La colazione era ottima con ampia scelta e il personale era gentilissimo. Tutte le attrazioni della città sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina e proprio accanto all'hotel c'è un supermercato. Al Ain in generale è una bellissima scoperta.

Ayla Hotel Al Ain

Bed is comfortable.
Toilet bidet is leaking and makes the toilet a bit dangerous when step out of the bath tub as nothing to hold on.
Breakfast buffet is OK for a price of AED55.
Location is considered OK but always need to take taxi going to tourist spots.
Hotel don't have shuttle service.
You have to go out under the scorching heat of the sun to get a taxi.
Room is clean and cozy.
Receptionists and Restaurant Servers are attentive and friendly.
I still recommend this hotel and will score it at 8.5/10.

:) Large room with clean, modern bathroom. Located not far from main sites of Al Ain. Wifi and TV worked fine. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Attached to a shopping mall/supermarket. (We didn't order food but it looked very reasonably priced). Bus stop right outside.
:( They washed the windows at 7:30am. Why!?

Very professional staff, very nice and very good quality furniture inside the room and hotel area’s. The only downside is that the rooms are quite worn down, not that I bothered about it, but it’s notable and it’s good to know.

Behavior of staff was not good and not respectful.
There is no managing and control in hotel.
To much nose in room from outside also you can hear the other room.
The box of tissue was not replaced, almost was empty.

From our arrival at the entrance to the hotel, to the check in process, to the cleaning personnel, the hotel staff was pleasant, efficient, courteous and helpful.

This is a dry hotel

Unfortunately the web site that I booked this hotel through had the incorrect information it stated that the Atla had several bars
This is incorrect the Ayala is a dry hotel
So after a very stressful day I was disappointed to not be able to relax with a wine at the restaurant .
The room while relatively clean was small and the bathroom was tiny
Also there is construction going on next door so there was constant noise from that which continued until 9 pm
The staff were very friendly and professional

it was good, except two thinks need to be taking care of:

the pillows is too big

the pillows is not convert, you need to change it ASAP

one more notice is the TV swatch was off from the wall. this is two times happen to me, I don't know if it is was in purpose or not, so you need to chick that.

also the carpet need to be cleaned

Very classy comfortable hotel.

The hotel room was very nicely furnished and very clean. Included all the extra amenities one would expect of a four star hotel. Good room service, very prompt. Porters always glad to help you carry up purchases, luggage or groceries or just open elevator. Good security, always a man at the entrances and you can't use the elevators without a keycard.

No internet. No phone. Card + lights not working..

Was very bad. Very very bad. They had bad room conditions and horrible everything and didn't even offer anything back that's not how you keep your customers happy. I visit al Ain every week and now I am not going to book with Ayla again. Disappointed.

Decent hotel in quiet area

Hotel is located a little away from the city centre, with a shopping mall next door (didn't visit, but it didn't seem very big). Other than that there is not much to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Fine, spacious, clean room. Didn't use the restaurant, or spa/gym, but the massage was so-so. Would consider staying here again if price is right. Hotel doesn't serve alcoholic drinks as far as I could establish.

Good clean hotel, check in was relatively quick, there was a mix up in room type however the staff were very nice about it and managed to move me to my requested room within the hour. Check out took maybe 3 mins.
Nicely room very clean and the room service was pretty good and quick.
Would recommend.

Our late check - in went quickly. However, I was surprised that they had not reserved a room prior to our arrival despite that we booked and paid in advance. Fortunately, the clerk asked if we minded a smoking room before finalizing our room. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The refrigerator was fully stocked. The bathroom was small and didn't have a bathtub, but the water pressure was good and the water was hot. Although the reservation said that wi - fi was not included, we were pleasantly surprised that in fact there was wi - fi and the signal was good. There was a wide range of TV stations available as well.

Nice place to stay in al ain

Ayla is one of the two hotels we usually stay in Al Ain whenever i treat my wife on weekends. They have good room service, place is clean and a supermarket in the same building.
There are just a few times that some staffs are less polite (oftentimes the male staff in the reception).

Terrific hotel. Just make sure you don't get it confused with the other hotel named Ayla, which is further out of town. I made this mistake and it turned out to be a waste of an afternoon getting to the correct place. This is the Ayla Civic.

We use the Hotel for a weekend getaway with the family. The Hotel staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant buffet was OK and they have room service 24 hrs.
Hotel is close to main Alain attractions and touristic areas. Area is quiet.

The front disk service was confused at best. The Egyptian receptionist had a poor attitude, the rest coy debt even deliver our luggage to the right suite and it took them 1 hour to relocate it.

Short Weekend Getaway

Room was comfortable and spacious. The dinner we ordered was delicious and delivered quickly. The bathroom does not have a bathtub, but a wonderful shower. We were only there for the night, but will definitely stay at Ayla Hotel the next time we getaway in Al Ain.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The food is excellent. The staff is amazing. The only problem was since the pool is attached to the gym, the children couldn't swim except for a few hours a day.

Basic amenities, polite staff, but nothing special

The room was spacious, though the bathroom was very small. No tub, just a shower. It was fine for one person, but may be a tad small for two! The staff were very pleasant, and tried hard to serve me well. Finding the hotel was awkward, and it was not obvious where to drive in to park. I ought to have used the valet service and perhaps that would have helped. The indoor pool was smallish though not the smallest I've seen. It was surrounded by walls with no view and the water was very hot--hotter almost than the jacuzzi. The sauna was very nice though, and they also had a steam room. I didn't use the gym, though it did look quite adequate. Overall a decent hotel. I might want a nicer leisure area though--a bigger or better pool with some sort of view, so I'm not sure I would stay there again. It would depend on the nature of my trip.
