If all you need is a bed and a toilet this place has you covered. No wash clothes in the room. No hair dryer or other creature comforts you might expect. Decorating needs an update pretty bad. But I slept good and left clean so there you go.

Coffee maker didn't have the coffee tray and the replacement i asked for didn't fit. The TV clicker looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom floor had crud around the edges. Behind the nightstand (i needed the outlet) was a plastic fork and really dusty. That outlet was the only one that was tight enough to hold a plug in.
One room that was visible from the front first floor parking lot had shredded curtains hanging.
The room smelled like old smoke.

The staff were nice, but will not be staying here again if I can avoid it. It was clean, but I found a bug in the bathroom the second night so that made my skin crawl.

The entire property needs to be updated. Not all the outlets worked in the room, there was a lamp missing from one of the bedside tables, and no outlets nearby to plug in a charger.

The breakfast was very limited and poor quality, and they ran out of coffee early on and never refilled it. I also paid for a late check out but housekeeping tried to barge into our room way early.

The original room’s spa tub was dirty so they moved me to a different room. That room was the same. The spa tub was dirty. I had to wipe it out. The towels that were left on the tub were dirty.
The room was very dusty. There were bugs on the bathroom floor and the tub looked like it hadn’t been washed. The shower curtain was also dirty.
I was bit by something while in the room as well. I will not be staying here again.

Clean but did leave a bit to be desired. The light had a bunch of dead flies in it and the common areas could have been cleaner. There was a bug I smashed in the room that turned out to be an Asian roach but I never saw anymore anywhere else. The room did not look like it was vacuumed but the towels and sheets were clean. They didn't salt or treat the sidewalks or parking lot and I slipped on ice as soon as I stepped out of the side door and onto the sidewalk. I tried to file an incident report twice but nobody knew how to help me. Later that day they salted but it was too little too late. When I first arrived I was told I reserved a handicapped room. My mistake , but then there was not another room equivalent to what I paid for available. I settled for the room I requested but without a tv. All in all it was ok but I'm not sure if stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. I was able to keep in touch with them regarding late check in via text. And they were quick to respond. The pool looked amazing, but we didn't get to enjoy it due to out late arrival. The lobby and common areas seemed to be clean, but the bedroom could have used a little more attention. Our air conditioner made some weird noises some times, but the hotel was booked so no other rooms were available. It is walking distance to the outlet mall, with a Coney Island & Arby's near by. I would stay again. It was a quick trip, but it was nice. Great breakfast options as well.

Not sure I would stay here again. Price is good, but property is in need of basic maintenance and vacuuming. Area around our tub is peeling, carpet gets the bottom of my feet dirty. Wallpaper in common areas is peeling/curling at the edges. I removed and cleaned air conditioner filter due to a musty smell and found it completely clogged. Could be a great place to stay with some TLC.

Horrible experience. We came back from a wedding and there was a cockroach in the bed and the bathroom. We backed our bag and went downstairs and there was no one at the desk. We waited 10 minutes before someone finally came down.

Location is close to outlet mall.
The cost of the room was appropriate for the amenities but the room could have been a little cleaner. You could tell it had been cleaned but there were dust webs and a few bugs in the corners of the bathroom so maybe the room hadn't been used recently. The shower curtain should also be replaced.
There was also some garbage around the parking lot in the morning so I'm not sure what was going on through the night although we did not hear anything.
The beds were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was standard for a motel breakfast.
Good hotel for the price and I would stay again but my wife is saying no... hope this helps...

The hotel halls are disgusting. It stinks in the halls, and in the rooms. I came into my room after dark and roaches began to scatyer in the bathroom. Turned on lights and opened refrigerator cabinet to finanother cluster of roaches scatter. Toilet water was turned off at check in, discovered that was because it leaks when turned on. Was told I'd receive a refund, but instead saw a second charge pending in my bank account. We'll see if I ever receive a refund without contacting customer service for Expedia. I doubt it, though based on how the desk staff was so smug and laughing about it suggesting we just go up to the room and they spray raid.

This hotel needs TREATED for BED BUGS before you stay!

On July 19th, 2025, I found a bed bug crawling in my bed toward me under the sheets while staying here. I was lying under the covers when my partner pulled up the sheet to get into bed, and we discovered a bed bug crawling toward my body in between the sheets. At first, it froze, but when we opened the blinds to take a better look, it scurried away. Im attaching a few photos we took for proof to show the hotel, but it happened so fast they are not the best quality. I’ve had bed bugs before 10 years ago, so I’m very familiar with what they look like and the serious problems they can cause, both financially and mentally.

My partner immediately reported it to the front desk. The staff member offered to move us to another room, and claimed it was the first time she had heard of bed bugs being an issue. (Honestly, what else could she say? I wouldn’t expect her to confirm it.) We immediately got our things and left the hotel, and still feel significantly uneasy and nervous about our items that were in the hotel room, and if we accidentally got any hitch hikers in our belongings that are now in our car/going back to our homes with us.

I strongly advise you to avoid this place until they properly treat their rooms for bed bugs. These pests can quickly spread from room to room and floor to floor, and it will only get worse.

In addition, the elevator did not work, cars on blocks in parking area, box springs very dirty.

Parking lot is littered with countless cigarette butts. One or more cars in rear parking lot that looked partially stripped, one missing the front wheel. “Landscaping” is nothing but overgrown weeds that appears to never receive any care.
Carpeted stairwells that appear to have never seen a vacuum. Had to get a new room due to faulty AC. Family member in another room had to get a second room as well, toilet wouldn’t flush. The entire property gets so little care that it is just horrible. Couldn’t wait to put this place in the rear view mirror.

The floor had sticky stuff like glued into it, damaged items in room(tv stand wood all over the floor and broken), the pool was falling apart, tiles around the inner part were actually floating in the pool and the tiles around the pool room were breaking off as well. First off, the tv wouldn’t work. It was like they didn’t pay their Dish network bill. Kept saying you must subscribe to watch. Then the cable from the wall to the tv was completely ripped out of the wall. Some kid could have easily stuck their hands right into the wall without any problem. Then the tv screen was so filthy it didn’t look like they had ever cleaned it. The carpet was disgusting. Ripped in places. Dirty. The tv remote was broken and they used a black piece of electrical tape to try to fix it. Which clearly didn’t work because if you picked up the remote the back fell off and the batteries fell out every time. Good thing the tv didn’t work anyway. Then when you’d go to use the bathroom and turned the light on it would take the light a good 5 to 7 seconds to finally come on. In the parking lot in the back looked like they are working on a couple of junk cars in their spare time instead of up keep on the hotel. If you were staying on the 3rd floor you couldn’t use the elevator cause the button is broken, so you had to use the stairs to go up and down with all your stuff. If you wanted a soda there is only one machine on the 3rd floor. If you did use the elevator, it sounded like it was gonna kill you with all its grinding and whining. The stainless steel inside the elevator was so disgusting it looked like it had never been wiped down. It was gross. The toilet had nasty stuff near the bend part inside. The parking lot looked condemned. Grass growing thru the crack.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, there was hair in the tub and along the sink before we even used anything. There were blood splatters on the wall and on the glass on the paintings, there were stains on the bathroom towels and we were unsure if they were actually clean or dirty. There was very little staff present. So when we were checking out the lady working the desk was also running around to fill food back up for breakfast and the desk was left unattended for easily 5 minutes.

Check in was good. Person at the desk was very hard to understand. After a long day of physical training in 90+ degree weather I was told my room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. Close to 60 yrs of age and two bad knees I certainly wasn’t happy about that. Room was decent enough however there was a blood stain on the side of bed and I’m not a picky guy and found this disgusting. Breakfast was highly disappointing. All I wanted was a good glass of apple or orange juice but machine wasn’t working. Also wanted a waffle however that machine was out of order as well. Like I said I’m not a picky guy but when others that I was training with stayed there too and complained about the same issues my thought was I’m writing my first review ever. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Elevator broke 2 days into a 4 night stay, and we were on the 3r floor. Condition of property was disappointing, the rooms were clean but the halls and stairwells had been neglected. Halls would smell like food cooking, lots of spices in the air, which usually smelled pretty good, but your hotel shouldn't smell like that.

Carpets in the property need deep cleaning. AC worked marginally the first night, but failed during the day (while we were out engaged in activities). Friendly manager attempted to reset the AC unit, but it didn't respond. We were able to switch rooms, which had a good working AC unit, thankfully. Good enough breakfast, but this property needs refurbishing!!! Good price, but very rough around the edges.
