They charged my card everyday I stayed there $50 as a deposit so that's $250 worth of deposits I gave them and I still have not received one back!!! There isn't anything in the whole room of the hotel that's worth $50... Not the 20 inch TV or the leaking nasty Fridge

We were excited to have a nice hotel with a hot tub. The hot tub was maybe 85 degrees.
Also, our TV was completely blue screened.

The bed was nice and overall the place was clean. But we chose it for the amenities listed and it’s obvious this place doesn’t care about maintaining key amenities.

Look for what you pay here vs the other hotels, it is usually a great deal. Sometimes prices spike on the weekends. It's not new, not in exceptional condition, doesn't sparkle when you walk in however, it is usually a bargain and it is generally clean. It is an old property but I have stayed there many times and it is fine if your not looking to be wowed !

Great little family getaway spot. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for our family. They keep the pool at 84, hot tub jets aren’t always working but temp was great. Seems like a spot for family and teams to stay, or the odd teen birthday. Parents were supervising, and the kids were very respectful; teens even letting my 4.5 yr old join in on their pool games. Hours of the pool were great 10a-10p. The breakfast… was amazing. They threw down with it, and were always on a fresh pot of coffee. It was a popular place, but plenty to eat, variety, and fresh. I did not go hungry! They keep the property well kept, and smelt great. Rooms were well kept for not being entirely new; the jetted tub in our room had been retiled recently and was enjoyable for our little one to use when in room. Overall spacious and well setup room. There are rooms that don’t face the pool area, if that would be bothersome prop request other area. Also target and other shopping in the parking lot, makes it easy to access groceries or whatever you may need. Area seemed to have lots, but less of a downtown vibe as that is usually where I stay. Minutes from gated communities and nature.

Room was okay, TV is pretty small but worked fine, hair dryer stopped working after a minute. Overall it was fine, but it definitely had a 4 out of 5 feel about it.

Our room was excellent. It was clean, the bed was so comfortable and the jacuzzi tub in the room was big and relaxing!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. We had scrambled eggs, sausage links Bagels and fresh fruit the first morning. We had hash browns and biscuits and gravy and fruit the second morning. All of it was delicious. The pool was a little cold but we swam anyway. The hot tub was perfectly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

The walls are paper thin, so if you find yourself in a room adjacent to someone staying up all night watching Family Feud, plan on hearing every Steve Harvey punchline. The hallways smell strongly of wet dog smell, which might be a combination of strong cleaning agents and chlorine from the pool, or just might be from wet dogs. You get what you pay for, but if you want a good night's sleep in an odor-free environment, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

The hotel and staff were great. The lobby smelled strongly of chlorine because the pool is right there and the doors were open but it did all smell very clean. The room was quiet and comfortable. The only complaint was that the bed was VERY squeaky, any movement made the springs creak. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of items. I would stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet basic cleanliness and safety expectations. The bathroom was not properly maintained; the bathtub had visible rust and orange discoloration in multiple areas, which made it appear unsanitary.

Additionally, several people in our group reported seeing bed bugs, which is extremely concerning for any hotel stay.

The fitness center was also very disappointing. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained. There were walking pads in place of standard treadmills, and several machines were broken. The elliptical in particular posed a safety hazard due to missing pieces on the handles.

Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of functional, safe amenities made this stay far below what guests should reasonably expect. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience and safety for future guests.

Check in was good, 11:00pm somebody set off and alarm in the hallway. 3 am two men were in the hallway talking loudly and proceeded to keep talking in the hallway until 4 am.
Talk to the front desk and they said they didn't see anyone on the camera's which tells me he wasn't looking.

Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, fresh made waffles, fruits, yogurt, cereals, coffee/teas/juices. Pool and hot tub were open the whole time we stayed and people enjoyed them everyday. We had to have room switched twice while there but staff handled it well both times, one was the fault of the guest in the room above me. Things tend to go wrong from time to time but they handled it quickly and that was appreciated. Rooms were clean and stocked appropriately. Suites have two beds and a pull out couch making it a great choice for families or larger groups. In the lobby there is a little area with food and drinks for convenience. Hotel is near a lot of restaurants, shopping areas and a movie theater.

Room was a for a disabled person so the bed was very low which made it hard to get up out of. The sink plug was broken and my husband fixed it and the toilet over flowed and instead of a staff member coming to fix it, they gave my husband a plunger. Customer service could have definitely been better. I have family in the area so I often use a hotel while I am there but next time I will try a different hotel.

The staff is very friendly and quick at the desk if you need anything. My room had a large clean comfortable bed, but it’s definitely an older hotel with lots of deferred maintenance. Lots of rusty edges on the metal frames of the doors. Old furniture with lots of dents and scratches, small television, out dated bathroom, etc. You typically get what you pay for and this is a good example. For the price I paid I thought it was fair. Great location and I found it to be just fine.

The beds were a bit on the firm side. The curtains don't close all the way so just be prepared for potential lights from neighboring store signs filling the room at night. Also, just a suggestion- maybe wait until after breakfast to vacuum the lobby and area between the double doors- especially with them locked in the open position during the process in 10° weather. It was a very cold early morning dining experience. Regardless, the overall room/stay for the price was worth the value and staff was personable

I paid for breakfast, but there were not even powdered eggs. All food was high in calories and carbohydrates.
We ended up going to a diner to get something decent.
For God's sake, not even a pot of coffee was available.
