Check in was simple. However, upon entering the room, there was a smell like bleach. The room and doors look very worn. The snack in the vending machine machine were expired. When I went to the front desk it appeared that the attendant didn’t know what to do. They asked us to wait 30 minutes ago to see what can be done about the expired snacks. Checked out a day early and went home due to the bathroom not feeling clean enough to shower in. When trying to leave the entire block was unsalted, and it was extremely extremely icy. We were stuck in the parking lot when we asked the attendant for salt to salt the street they said they didn’t have any. So we waited in the parking lot until thank God a salt truck came by.

The room was ok . It was clean and a place to stay. Bed was comfortable , wifi was ok. I didn't feel safe staying there. I am a solo traveler and the place is poorly lit. The door to let guests onto the floor where the rooms are located closed very slowly giving someone ample opportunity to come in behind you without swiping a key card. The outside of the establishment is poorly lit as well making it difficult to properly gauge the entrance of the hotel. So poorly lit that I drove my car off the highway into a ditch embankment trying to drive up a hill into the hotel. Thank goodness my car and I am ok. All in all it was a decent stay for a short stay.

First, we had requested and were approved for a late checkout at 12:00 PM, yet we were woken up around 11:30 AM and told to leave the room immediately.
That was both inconvenient and unprofessional.
More concerning, I woke up on Tuesday morning with multiple itchy bites on my body. After checking the bedding and mattress, I noticed signs that strongly suggest the presence of bedbugs. The bites appeared in a zigzag pattern, which is characteristic of bedbug activity. I've attached photos for your reference and urge you to have the mattress and room professionally inspected as soon as possible.

Love this wonderful place

Room was exceptionally clean. There were no problems - everything worked, nothing was broken. The upkeep was thorough.The staff at the front desk are the nicest people. I've stayed here twice and will come again. Very nice hotel for a fair price. There is a rooster that will get you to the breakfast room on time.The area is great - there are lots of good places to eat and fun shops to visit.

It was simply a place to put my head on the bed because. The property needs updating. Everything in the room was just okay. It was neat and cleanish.

I was woken up 3 times during the night on Saturday night from loud noises. The guests were really rowdy. I couldn't tell if people were yelling in anger and fighting or just really loud.

Do not stay here!

I dont like to bash other businesses but this hotel is not a place to stay. We arrived and checked in we went to our room as we entered we immediately noticed the cigarettes smell in the room it was so strong it was nauseating. As we check out the room there was spider weds everywhere, dust bunnies all over the floor, bathroom wall tiles came off and there was a big whole to the outside. We opened our jointed room door to find shattered glass and food everywhere very disgusting. We went done to the front desk and put a complaint in there was no sorry or anything he said i was change the room and have maintenance look at it. He then said to us your new room is in the main building but your kids need to make sure they are quite very rudely. It Catch us off guard because our kids were just sitting down not even saying anything. We get up to our now 2nd room looks clean until we get to the bed pillows there was blood and black mold on them it was absolutely disgusting. We go down again and complain with pictures and a different guy at the front desk tells us its impossible and that we put it there. We told him no not one of us is bleeding and how do you put black mold on something it grows. It was an absolute disaster and we would never recommend anyone to stay there. The whole time we were there we did not see a single cleaning person when we asked they said maintenance cleans the rooms. So much more happened but not enough space to keep going

This is a days inn so not expecting much...however cleanliness is still important and the room was gross. room was non-smoking but reeked of cigarette smoke. Bathtub had hair in it (not just like one hair either, a bunch). There were scrapes or \"cuts\" in the bathtub vinyl that make the hairs harder to see, which gave me the idea that if something doesn't obviously look dirty it isn't actually cleaned. Wonder what else was filthy because you can't easily tell that it is without looking closer.

This motel is located out in the rural edge of the Catskills, near the small hamlet of Wurtsburo (which has restaurants and stores, gas and groceries. Not a destination town, but charming to visit.) The property is large and green, like a big park, comfortable and affordable.

disappointed- the add is deceiving plus Ive never been in a hotel where you HAVE to pay- not just hold on you CC-pay a deposit even thought the room was paid for at booking. Staff not friendly, noisy. one handicap parking spot. I just had knee surgery and had to park way on top of a hill.

Glad I reserved this Inn. Exactly what we hoped for after a great day riding our motorcycles. Up for the races in Middletown but didn’t want to stay that close to the track. This Days Inn is quiet and comfortable and clean. Cheek in was great and the host was friendly. While some items were a little dated it did not bother me in the slightest. Would stay here again if traveling the area.
