The checkin was quick and courteous the room very clean and stocked the location very convenient to what I was doing The breakfast looked very appealing although I didn’t take advantage

Only negative was I booked a king size room and they gave me a double bed room I didn’t raise it as an issue so not sure how they would have handled an adjustment

Room was decently clean and very quiet. There were areas in the shower that could have been better but are hard to reach (between doors). Toilet too close to wall, anyone with moderate hips is hitting wall to use restroom. Quite uncomfortable. Breakfast room was very warm and dark, toaster running the entire time. Bacon was labeled as sausage, eggs were watery, coffee from a machine so I skipped it. Have been to other Best Westerns in last few months and this one paled in comparison but was a decent place if you needed to stop overnight.

Check into bathroom layout. Ours had no sink.

The \"bathroom\" area was not acceptable. First of all there was a tiny room with a shower and toilet. No sink. You had to leave the room and go across to a sink that also held a coffee pot right near the sink. Amazingly, there was no place to hang towels at the sink. We had to hang a towel over the bottle of lotion hanging on the wall! A shelf for HBA would help. A telephone in the room had no cord to plug it in. Why have it at all? Breakfast ends at 9:00 a.m. Parking was OK. The room was clean. Staff were pleasant.

Our stay was very nice. There were a few issues.
The light in the bathroom has a fan that made a terrible racket and went on with the light. The door was to the bathroom was difficult to close.
When I came in the air wasn't on and it was one of those crazy hot days. It took a long time for the room to be comfortable.
There were no water bottles in the room - even for purchase.

Room was beautiful and clean. Everything functioned properly. The staff was cheerful, respectful, and professional. Each had a great smile and warm personality. Our only issue was the size of the bathroom. It had a great tub and a fully functioning jacuzzi but it was small. Very small. Also, the mixer handle of the shower/tub was not functioning properly. Turned to the top it was off. Turn it to the left it went from cold to colder. Turn it back to the top the water would stop. Now turn it to the right and it would start out scalding hot and as you turned it all the way to the right it would be very hot. There was no way of getting a comfortable mixture of warm water. I ended taking extremely hot showers. Not fun. But otherwise the accommodations were excellent and I would be happy to return and recommend this place to my friends. (Of course I would give them a heads up about the shower and tell them to see if other rooms have a larger bathroom.) Also, I really enjoyed your swimming pool. Very refreshing.

Nice stay overall

The first room I was given smelled so bad, more than just the cigarette smoke I detected. I went to the desk and requested a room change which was given to me immediately,without hesitation. The next room had an odd smell, but not unbearable,and no cigarette smoke smell. I had room spray scents with me. So that helped alot. Breakfast was the basic you would expect when offered complimentary. And the area was very clean.

We planned our stay here around a concert at nearby Bethel Woods. Everything was fine until we saw that all of the toiletries provided contained argan oil and there is a tree nut allergy in our family. Unfortuneately there were no other soaps available at the desk and we made do with some cleansing wipes we had in our luggage.

Inexpensive, Clean, amazing staff, huge room, convenient location to dining, most comfortable bed and pillows and parking. You can't go wrong, because I still can't believe I paid next to nothing just to lay my head after DJing a New Years Eve event in the area. I was well pleased and will certainly be back when I have to DJ in that area again, because most of my events in that area mostly ends between midnight - 2 AM in the morning and I hate traveling back to the NYC that late and far.

Everyone there was very friendly.
The only negative was the exercise room which i was looking firward to.
Tread mill wasnt working or stair stepper.
Rather dissapointing.

This property is not clean or well maintained. The pillowcases had brown spots on them, and the bed’s headboard had a white substance smeared all over it. Unfortunately, there are very few other lodging choices in this part of NY state, so this Best Western is also appallingly expensive.

Quiet and kind stay

We were in town for a quick stay for a wedding nearby. The location was easy to find, right off the highway and the staff were very friendly! The room was a bit dated, but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. Everything was clean, beds were comfy enough. I took advantage of the breakfast, which was a simple one, but still delicious. Check out was simple and again, the staff were very friendly.
