The best things about this place is the updated decor and the arcade. The waterpark is much smaller than I expected, there isn’t even a wave pool. It’s well designed for small kids with two designated areas for younger ones; one with slides/ sprinklers and a bigger one with playground style steps, sprinkler and slides. The lazy river is nice especially because of the bay-like entrance. But that’s about all it has. Besides the fact that this place is small, I was disappointed with the service. Our room wasn’t ready until 40mins after check-in time, the sweet shoppe opened almost 20mins late, and the high line cafe had one staff working the front for the morning. The best thing about this place was the arcade which had nice games at 6-12 credits each, play-til-you-win claw machine games that guaranteed a prize for the little ones, and the redemption place had low point quantity prizes. There were so many kids running around unsupervised and making noise in the hallway well past the 9pm quiet time so I feel they are also lacking in security staff. I think this place has so much potential. Idk if they are reducing staff to cut costs but it affects customer satisfaction.

Everything was very clean and nice. The waterpark chlorine is a bit too high, both myself and son had to leave the area bc of coughing from the fumes! We did also have trouble sleeping bc the beds were very uncomfortable and no one os enforcing quiet hours and a liud family was next to us until 1 am! Overall, nice place. But we probably wo t be back again.

Check-in was at 4 pm but didn’t get the room until after 5 with me putting pressure on them. Water pressure in shower is non existent. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner is watered down and does not even make any lather. We left a night early as the couch bed is so uncomfortable. It was very noisy on the floor and we kept hearing banging from down the hall.

Room 314 electrical work was a problem . I had to go down stairs 2 times and call 3 times for them to fix the tv that keep shutting off and plugs going off and not charging our phones . It was my daughter 11th with guest there and it ruin the fun due to this. I complain because I paid 479.00 for the night and they never called me back the only return 63.00 back . For that amount of problems to have happen I should got more than that back and a call from a manager that I never did . Which I believe was Nicole who was suppose to call me . Def wouldn’t recommend this place for that amount of money and problems

Communication was horrible. We requested rooms to be together and despite being told notes were made they couldn’t be seen upon arrival. Wrong rooms were given. Booked room with two queen beds and they’re were two full size beds. Never received message today room was ready. Checked in at 10am didn’t get room til 4pm only because we kept following up. Was with a party of 12 and all of our rooms were on different floors. Main restaurant service was horrible totally overwhelmed. Food came out slow on the colder side. Understand this was a holiday weekend but then management should prepare for it and staff apppropriately

Upon arrival the room wasn’t ready for another hour and 15 minutes, completely unacceptable for people who are making the commute spending money to get there and stay there, every second and minute counts. Front desk man with a bun was very rude when i asked if he had a time in which the room would be ready he followed it up with “ I just got here 30 mins ago i don’t know how long “ quite frankly not my problem how long you’ve been at work at least give me an estimate. If you had suspicion the room wouldn’t be ready in time at least contact me, how do you give me a room an hour late but expect me to leave @11am sharp by checkout? Then entering the room first thing u want to do after being in a waterpark is take a shower , get to the shower no hot water running at all. First time going there and will be the last, complete waste of money and waste of my day. If i could rate it less than a star I would.

The room was really nice, the staff was nice too. I had an email for an upgrade but a call would have been nice, not everyone checks their emails frequently. Also, the water was really dirty, band aids and other items floating around were gross. We went out to dinner at the only restaurant open and it took 3 hours to get our food and drinks. The manager Mike was great, but several members of the staff were visibly struggling. He was doing all that he could but they were largely unprepared for the night. You are lucky to have him as a manager, but I would have a staff meeting immediately. In the pool area, a lot of the staff struggled with english or didn't know basic questions like where is the bathroom or what time do entities open or close.

The hotel is actually perfect for children. It’s not too big and the waterpark is great. Not overwhelming big. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are nicely decorated. Food at the restaurant was good. The drinks in the pool area were very good! The only reason why I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is because dining options are limited. But you can always leave the hotel and 5 minutes down the road there are so many great options.

We've come in the past and had a great experience but this time was a real disappointment.
The waterpark was closed Monday and we didn't know until the morning of arrival (sunday), which was so upsetting because thats the reason we came.
We booked on expedia for full price and then were told theres a \"surprise \" balance of $66 for a resort fee (which should have been all inclusive)
The kids blankets are unacceptable for the price of $360+ for one night. Rough and pimply.
The bathroom in the arcade area was a disgrace- waste in the toilets and overloaded garbages.
The arcade prize store has prizes at outrageous costs. For such expensive games you would thing the prizes would be a little more affordable.
The ropes course we hoped to do because the waterpark was closed, was also closed.
The kids room was supposed to be open 12-2 but when we got there was closed. Once it finally opened at 12:45 , the women said she has nothing to offer because they are \"cleared out\"
Whatever that means.
Overall, the place felt neglected , and totally not worth the high price we paid.
I feel there should be some sort of compensation for our poor experience here.
We Didn't leave with a good feeling and wouldn't come back unless things change.

My family enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean when we arrived. The amenities were close by and easy to navigate through big groups of people to get where you want to go. Only minor comment I have is about the bartender at Bixby’s Derby. He was upset we set in a aiable chairs that were at the opposite side of the crown. He complained that we should have sat near the crowd. Our food was delivered late and was give 2 year old passed expiration date condiments.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, our experience at the restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. We waited over an hour to be seated, and once seated, it took an additional hour for our food to arrive. When the food did come, it was cold and did not meet expectations. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and while they were courteous, the service delays significantly impacted our dining experience. We hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made, as the resort itself has great potential.

Water park terrible. Understaffed. Garbage cans overflowing. Closed down all rides for over an hour. They said it was for cleaning. That is nonsense. No cleaning was done.Dont go there. They advertise a free shuttle to resorts casino but when we asked for it they said it was out of season. On a holiday weekend they had shut down most food options. My advice would be spend your money somewhere else

Some of the major attractions in the water park were closed. Most of the amenities were closed. They advertise about multiple bars and restaurants while one is only open at a time. They don’t have enough of help to staff the place. We hung out in the lobby lounge the one night and the next morning it was still a mess from the night before nobody had yet to clean it at 9 AM tables filled and counters with plates and drinks from the night before. Everything is way overpriced not what I expected from a resort for children.

Arrived on the property. My room was not ready. The pool was closed. There were fire trucks everywhere. No concierge, no cards to bring your stuff in cause, everyone was waiting for the rooms I drove around for an hour. Came back. They told me it would be a minimum of 1 hour until my room was ready, I asked to read for a refund, I was told I was going to be refunded and not charged anything more. I was charged more never given a refund. Gi.
Ven messages all the my trip.Long asking me how my broom was as if I was still there , and they texted me an emailed me two hours after checking when I was already home that my room was ready

Oh boy where do I begin? Its begin by saying I stayed at The Great Wolf Lodge in Ontario earlier in the year so I was comparing this stay with that stay the entire time. With that being said. This stay was horrible. Let's begin by their customer service. Wow! They are the worst. They dont answer the text message system that they push on you to get answers to questions or requests during the stay. They took forever to answer and sometimes ignored. I requested a toilet paper roll 3 times (twice by text) and once by phone and it never came. I had to walk down the hall and find a cleaning lady to obtain it from her cart. Then there are the pillows. They are just terrible. Get ready for shoulder and neck pain from their pillows. I stayed during New Years Eve and paid for the \"party\"- There was no party, it was a waste of money. They lied and said fireworks can be seen from the waterpark, but later I found out that was a lie and it can only be seen from the halls of the resort or outside obviously. Their Breakfast \"Buffet\" was terrible- Stood for 10 mins just for empty plates since they were washing it. It's a BUFFET, how do you not have enough plates?????? The buffet had maybe 7 items. Horrible waffles that u needed to make yourself. NO pancakes. No choices of bagel. It was a complete WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! All the people who work here arent friendly. Now let's talk about the main attraction- THE WATERPARK. Expedia does not allow anymore so I would just say it was a WASTE.

Everything was awful from the room to the customer service. You can’t get anyone on the phone. There were ants in the room and one on the bed. There were no towels in the room and the towel rack was hanging off the wall. When we did ask for towels, we were told to come get them at the front desk. Also, the toilet paper holder was falling off and there was rust on the bathroom fixtures. Lastly, don’t expect to sign into Netflix or anything similar. WiFi barely works and you’re getting the absolute bare minimum here. It’s just not worth the price. Never again.

First and foremost, Gloria at the front desk is an absolute gem. Her welcoming demeanor and helpful attitude are the reasons I keep returning to your resort. It is truly a pleasure to see her each time I visit.

Additionally, I must express my sincere gratitude to the lifeguards on duty. On January 1st, there was an incident that put to test their skills and bravery. The way they handled the situation was nothing short of heroic. Their quick thinking and expertise were truly impressive, and words cannot adequately express my admiration for their actions.

Overall, your resort has become my favorite destination, and it is largely due to the remarkable staff who make every stay enjoyable and safe.

We had a very nice day at the water park but our experience at dinner was unacceptable. We ate at Harvey Wallbangers for dinner. We waited more than 30 minutes to order at the bar, after spending more than $80 our food was ice cold and inedible. We were unable to get silverware, water or napkins. While sitting at our table with our children an argument broke out between the bartender and several patrons about the slow service and the bartender shouted that the bar was closed and walked out. We felt bad for the bartender because he was clearly understaffed which wasn't his fault but the whole situation was totally unacceptable. My husband then went to the bar upstairs and nothing was working. Overall we would rate that experience as 0 out of 10.
