The room was dirty, visible dirt on the carpet & behind the beds & tv stand. Bathroom floor was dirty. Room next to the pool, curtains didn’t close all the way. On the positive side the staff was friendly.

Checked in around 230. Ist room i was given had a bathroom sink coated with dried dark brown substance. The front desk person looked and said it was backed up. Must have been there a long time to be dryed and caked on. Gave me another room. I came back around 1a.m. only to have them tell me we have to leave because we have a small dog. Website says pets okay. They said the website is old. Needs to be updated. Then decided since it was late to let us stay. Awful accomadations.

We asked for More linen and said they had to keep it so they did not give us none. And the reason I booked motel 8 was because it had a pool for our granddaughter and lo and behold. The pool was not heated. I will not stay at super 8 again. Thank you

Pillows and bedding were clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy. We listened to the headboard above us bang against the wall all night. About what we expected for a night at a Super 8. A few things could be improved but overall a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed to sleep in.

I liked that I was given a choice of first or second floor. We were able to conveniently park close to our room, which was appreciated. It’s clearly an older property. The window isn’t insulated very well and we could hear vehicles and voices outside and in the hallway. Our room was clean but there were dark brown stains on the flat sheet and the cover over the comforter that we noticed when they were pulled back. Teresa at the front desk was great though. After looking at the picture I took of the stained bedding, she immediately apologized and grabbed new ones for me. Housekeeping needs to step up their game for sure. The air conditioning worked well and I found the mattress to be comfortable even with my painful back. The price was right so I can’t complain too much. Would I choose this motel again? I might because Teresa was great.

Some points that might be helpful to let others know is that although they have a washer and dryer on the first floor, they are coin operated, and there’s no laundry soap in that room. However, upon mentioning these things to Chad, he quickly and without hesitation, gave me laundry soap to use as well as quarters in exchange for my bills.
Regarding the complementary breakfast, if you’re looking for protein, it’s not here. They had a wide variety of flour based items, such as waffles, muffins, granola, oatmeal, and English muffins. Being that I’m on a carb restricted diet, I had breakfast elsewhere. I don’t hold that against this establishment as that is my choice to have a diet restriction.
They have an indoor recreation area that has a very large, clean pool, a billiard table and one other table game that I think was ping-pong. I didn’t go in that area and also I’m not exactly sure.
You can’t beat the location as it is right off of the freeway.
I’m a firm believer that people make the difference, and feel like my opinion of this hotel is definitely influenced by that.m

Well, hmmm, it was clean and the staff pleasant and helpful. The room was small and the bed filled most of it and I hate those tiny pillows everyone has now. There was no night light in the bathroom. We forgot ours, so left the bathroom light on all night. It was fine if you don’t spend the day in it. The breakfast was your typical motel fare. If you’re after a better meal, there are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby.

It is what it is. Not much to report about staying at this budget Super 8 hotel in the middle of Minnesota. We stayed here for about 5 days and the entire time we were there housekeeping only changed out our towels once. I asked the lady at the reception desk why housekeeping wasn't doing our room, she said it was because they had too many guests at the hotel, so I had to do my own towels. Our room smelt of mold due to it's location next to the pool room. But most of the employees at the reception were easy to work with and our room was very quiet which was nice, I couldn't hear anything coming from the pool room when people were swimming there. I give this budget hotel a 4 out of 10

This hotel is very outdated. My double queen room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. One light did not work. The safety lock that you hook from the door to the frame was broke and unusable. The grounds are poorly maintained as the parking lot and surrounding landscaping is full of weeds. It does not warrant $140/night.

Wifi didnt work, room stank and was super humid, fitted sheet on one bed had no elastic so constantly came off, the other bed was made improperly so the duvet and sheets were all over the place. Floors in the toom felt filthy and damp. One of the bedside lamps didnt work. Deadbolt on the door of our room was broken and the side door of the hotel was broken and wouldnt shut properly so not safe.

Reasonable for the price. Room was adequate for the age. Carpet had a little musty odor to it. Shower curtain only hung to top edge of tub so ended up with a lot of water on the floor. Staff was aware of it and said they were \"working on it\". Given the water stains on floor they have been aware of it for quite some time. Room was clean but showed it's age. Staff was friendly. Would stay again for an overnight trip.
