My room had floor tiles that buckled. I almost fell twice.The hallway carpet was shredded near the seams. The lobby smelled like mold. The entire place had the air of neglect. We took showers ( that was clean) and left.

For breakfast there’s premade omelettes and sausage patties and all bread items are frozen - you wait with other guests to use the microwave ! They advertise free Wi-Fi however it’s very limited and if you have a room that’s far away from the front desk router you basically don’t get Wi-Fi and have to hotspot onto someone. There is ridiculous fees to check in even an hour early or if you need a late check out Unfortunately in the area this is about the only place that you could stay

Desk clerks are unprofessional. The pool was not available. The breakfast was just cereal and prepackaged muffins. The room was clean but the ac unit was falling out of the wall and you could see outside. The bathroom was very very small.

Broken ice machine hole in our room wall Taco Bell on steps for about 12 hrs before it was cleaned up. Breakfast was an unorganized situation.

The room was well thought out with all the convenient additions--refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. My room was clean and fully supplied.

The breakfast, which was free, could use a bit more attention--the coffee ran out and some of the listed breakfast items weren't available, but there was a nice selection.

No pool as advertised. The “fitness center” was a small room that smelled of mold. Two days in a row my room was not serviced. WiFi did not work. “Continental Breakfast” no fresh fruit and bread was hard and stale. TOTAL RIP OFF!! DEFINITELY WILL NEVER GO THER AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!

This is the most D tier hotel - I chose it because it had a pool and breakfast. Pool was closed for \"construction\", sure. And the breakfast you had to heat yourself. If I wanted to do that I would have stayed at home. The beds were also radically uncomfy.

Terrible. Hallway was gross. Big gross bins in the corner. Room smelt musty, ironing board full of stains and walls had scum on them. Door struggled to close and bolt lock didn’t work. Mirror was off the wall. Garbage everywhere outside. Back security door was wide open. Couldn’t leave fast enough.

The room was clean. Check in took 45 minutes. The male receptionist took 2 deposits from me: $300!! It should have been $150.00. The cleaning woman, Katherine, was the only shining light at this facility. Management has to get it together. Would not stay here again.

Front desk personnel inept. Charged twice for security deposit. Paid with Visa but room charged to Amex. Told that our folio would be emailed 3 separate times but it was never received even after receiving an email from hotel telling me it had been sent. Free Wi-Fi advertised but we were unable to connect. No coffee at breakfast. No fruit. DIY frozen eggs and sausage. Will not return.

Beware of 100’s rooms which are very unpleasant
The room I was assigned after refusing the initial assignment was then, after I checked in and paid,mistakenly assigned to someone else as well so a “dispute for possession”
resulted late at night when I returned. Not a pleasant situation.
Breakfast, on the other hand, was quite nice and the better room I had obtained was itself fine.

I'm an egg lover and I really liked your unique approach to breakfast. Eggs were available in cheese omelette form, 2 minutes in the microwave and they were great!

Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious Upkeep

We stayed at this hotel mainly because there weren’t many options in the area, and it was about 25 minutes from where we wanted to be—so location-wise, it was manageable. However, the experience itself left a lot to be desired.

The property feels like it hasn't been cleaned or updated since it was built—possibly 50 years ago. The room was very outdated, and the air conditioning unit was concerning; it gave off a musty smell that made me suspect possible mold. The screens on the windows were all cut, and dirty.

Check-in was also unpleasant. The woman at the front desk wouldn’t even make eye contact and was very short with me—not welcoming at all. The only positive interaction I had was with a housekeeper I met in the hallway; she was kind, and I ended up using the bathroom cleaning spray she had left behind because I didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom as-is. Needs major renovations and perhaps staff training. I will say however when I checked out the man on desk was pleasant.

If your in the area for a show, a great option.

It's in a convenient location, right off the highway and Bethel Woods is less then a half hour away. The building is definitely dated but comfortable.

I had requested a room on a higher floor which I was given a room on the first floor. Very noisy in the hallway outside my room around 1am-2am.
Empty beer cans were seen upon my checkout on top of an ice machine that was labeled as broken.

I feel I got completely just pushed to the side as this Days Inn did not even bring the conversation up about the request of a room on an upper floor. Piss poor experience which I had lost sleep over because of the noise.

Days Inn...needs a cleaning.

Upon arrival the check in was quick and easy. The lobby has been redone and looks inviting. The hallway was not clean. It looked like it had not been vacumed in a while. The room upon entry had a musty smell. The mirrors had handprints on them. The tub did not drain while showering. The hairdryer was broken. The toilet did not look clean under the seat. Wood floor looked swept but not mopped. Paint chips throughout. The curtains were hanging and missing a clip. The bed was very comfortable. There was a sign that towels would be replaced every 3 days ti save energy. They have 2 pools both were under construction. The had a free basic breakfast. The stay was ok because of a lack of other options.

I can overlook is issues with neither pool being available, no coffee because both machines were broke, maybe even the lack of towels and stain on the bed. What I can't overlook is the lack of security, both physical and cyber. The guest internet was not protected by an SSL cert, so anyone using that wireless was exposed and not encrypted....hackers dream. The doors on multiple doors didn't fit the door ways (including our first room) which made it hard to shut, next to impossible for some people with limitations and the actual lock didn't work either.

Adding a new floor and some lamps doesn’t compensate for filth. Hallways dirty, a cart w soiled towels and sheets left in hallway all day and night causing terrible smells as well as the trash cans on property (outside) overflowing w trash.
