My kids had fun but overall we expected better. The staffing and service was poor and slow. A HUGE long waiting lin t check in with one person at front desk. Same for everything else. Water slide lines went slow and it was clear this was due to understaffing at the slides. All the eateries and cafe's seemed understaffed with huge waiting lines on what everyone knew was to be a busy week/weekend. Activities (high ropes course and arcade) and various eateries lacked signage so it was impossible to know when things opened. Signage was terrible at water park so you'd have no way to know what tube to take up what staircase to go on which slide. Our last day there, virtually all of the \"pools\" areas to play other than the big slides, were closed indefinitely so we did not get to enjoy 50% or more of the water park the last day, and no talk of partial refunds!

I wasn't pleased at all the property has late check in and the park close too early at 7pm we couldn't access the park till after 5pm. Late check in to get room took too long and then park closes early. I drove too far 4 hours and kids where bored after park closes nothing to do around the resort. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR everything there and not too many options to choose from ...Dont think ill go back for the time we spent driving down there and not enough time to actually enjoy park

We recently stayed at Kartrite Waterpark & Resort and overall had a really great time, especially as a family with kids.
We booked the king suite with the bunk room, and the space was more than enough for everyone—super comfortable and perfect for families. One of our favorite parts was the walkout patio to the courtyard. The fire pits and small obstacle course were such a hit with the kids—they were entertained the whole time.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated. However, check-in was definitely a downside. Our room wasn’t ready at the 3 PM check-in time, and we weren’t alone—the lobby was full of families waiting. With the waterpark closing at 7 PM, that delay cut into a big chunk of usable time, which was frustrating.
The waterpark itself has a lot to offer and is great for kids of all ages as well as adults. There’s plenty to do, and overall it’s a fun environment. That said, the cleanliness really needs improvement. We noticed used band-aids, clumps of hair, and general debris on the floors throughout the park. The jet pool area in particular was very off-putting—there was visible garbage and debris at the bottom, and it honestly made it hard to even consider getting in.
Overall, we had a good experience and made great family memories, but the cleanliness issues and check-in delay are areas that need improvement.

This park is really for kids under the age of 10. It is not suitable for kids over that age. We stayed during the spring break and so many things were closed. The Flo-rider was closed. There were not many slides. The most enjoyable thing, lazy river they closed for almost 2 hours yesterday. The park is only open from 11a-7p and to take away 2 hours from that time. I do not think I will spend money to come to this place again. It was a waste.

Facility is clean and manageable for kids under 10. Arcade is great with lots of options. Lazy river, surf ride and a few other slides were closed which was extremely disappointing. The staff said they were testing the chemicals. What does that actually mean and why? The AI agent that sends out info through text messaging states the waterpark and arcade open at 9 when in actuality it was 11 so kids were upset and complaining. Bixby’s dinner was extremely slow and the $45 steak was way overcooked and rubbery. Room was clean and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds.

The room was clean but sheets were stained, there was also no soap in the room but there was empty bottles, also was given 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 guests and asked repeatedly for more toilet papers and towels which never showed,up glad we could door dash some! Ehich actually arrived! Staff was very unpleasant except the one manager and a bartender we had an interaction with. Still waiting on an itemized bill that was supposed to be emailed at checkout which has still not been sent, also good look with trying to reach a real person for customer service!

We got a 2 bedroom suite -Wow how disappointing Water park rides kept getting shut down. Room cleanliness is terrible. Dust everywhere… Literally everywhere!! Lingering smell of urine, heat does not work in all rooms, MANY outlets don’t work. This was such a disappointing experience. Staff is friendly and tried but it was Easter weekend. We understood that they were fully booked.

The worst. I visited Kartrite Water Park yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. A large portion of the attractions and entertainment options were closed, which significantly limited what there was to do. Considering the price of admission, I expected a full experience, but that wasn’t the case.

On top of that, the park was extremely crowded. With so many people and fewer attractions available, wait times were long and the overall atmosphere felt overwhelming rather than enjoyable. It was difficult to relax or fully enjoy the day.

Overall, I was expecting a fun and well-managed visit, but the combination of closures and heavy crowds made it fall short. I hope the park improves availability and crowd management in the future.

The water park was a lot of fun but the bar was understaffed. We paid for a cabana and didn’t have a server, waited at the bar for 45 mins before being acknowledged. The restaurants were not open, except for bixbys which had limited choices (and half were sold out) that were over priced. The beds were uncomfortable and kids ran the halls all night long being very loud. I would probably go back for a day trip tot he water park, but staying at the hotel is not recommended. If you do your best bet is ordering food in.

Rooms are big enough for the whole family. We are definitely coming back. Summertime must be fun. They can enjoy outdoor activities.

I recently stayed at this indoor water park hotel, and unfortunately, our experience was far from relaxing. One of the main reasons we chose this place was for a fun and restful family getaway, but that was not what we got.

Late at night, the hallways were filled with kids running up and down, yelling and playing well past a reasonable hour. The noise made it extremely difficult to sleep, especially for our family after a long day. It seemed like there was little to no enforcement of quiet hours, which was very disappointing for a hotel that caters to families.

While I understand that kids will be kids—especially in a fun environment like a water park—there should still be some level of supervision or hotel policy enforcement to ensure that all guests can rest comfortably at night.

Overall, the lack of nighttime control and consideration for guests trying to sleep really impacted our stay. I would not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful and restful experience. I won’t come back!

The best things about this place is the updated decor and the arcade. The waterpark is much smaller than I expected, there isn’t even a wave pool. It’s well designed for small kids with two designated areas for younger ones; one with slides/ sprinklers and a bigger one with playground style steps, sprinkler and slides. The lazy river is nice especially because of the bay-like entrance. But that’s about all it has. Besides the fact that this place is small, I was disappointed with the service. Our room wasn’t ready until 40mins after check-in time, the sweet shoppe opened almost 20mins late, and the high line cafe had one staff working the front for the morning. The best thing about this place was the arcade which had nice games at 6-12 credits each, play-til-you-win claw machine games that guaranteed a prize for the little ones, and the redemption place had low point quantity prizes. There were so many kids running around unsupervised and making noise in the hallway well past the 9pm quiet time so I feel they are also lacking in security staff. I think this place has so much potential. Idk if they are reducing staff to cut costs but it affects customer satisfaction.
