Room was amazing! Cleaned, tidy and massive with a big King size bed, though it was a little too hard for my liking but over all, it was excellent.

Massive bathroom with a bathtub and surprisingly strong water pressure.

Great location. 7/11 is down the street and big shopping centre; Siam, MBK and etc are roughly 10mins walk.

Lastly, a washing machine was good but once it started spinning fast the whole building shakes.

Overall, highly recommended! 10/10!

The only con i hve to say is tht the wifi is so slow.
Pros: walking distance to MBK and Siam discovery, paragon. The toilet is huge. Aircon is good. Bed is comfy. Tiny little balcony.

Wonderful. We enjoyed the upscale hotel and amenities. We stayed in a family unit which was perfect for the 5 of us with plenty of space. Best hotel experience of our Asia trip. Walking distance to some of the major malls and 7/11 for cheap treats.

Absolutely loved our stay and will return. Impeccable customer service from the time we arrived, during our stay and when we left. Friendly staff who go out of their way to assist, clean rooms and timely housekeeping daily. Zero complaints about the room and its amenities. Location is great too, about a 3 min walk to National Stadium. Son loved this hotel; we'd definitely stay here again for our annual BKK trips.

Second stay here in the duplex, 3 bedroom. Always a great stay for family in the heart if Bangkok, Siam area. Each room has washer/dryer, large fridge, stove and free

The front desk staffs were able to spoken english, also most of the other staffs too. The location of the Hotel is walkable to the station (5 mins). Distance to MBK is around 10mins, Siam centre 15mins, Central world around 25mins, Stadium one around 20mins.

The room come with a living room with a sofa. A small kitchen with cloths washer and a small microwave. The toilet has a tub and spacious enough.

The water provided come in a glass bottle.

Overall, the price for the room was reasonably and space provided. Also, shopping centre near the Hotel is definitely a plus points for me.

The only thing for me is the room door and toilet door is hard to close... lol.

4 stars out of 5 stars for me.

LiT Residence is Exceptional

Everything was fantastic. Accommodations were the best. Spacious, clean, and homely. Stove, microwave, large refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, eating area, washer/dryer (and detergent), and daily complementary water in each room. Housekeeping exceptional, and so were front desk and dining staff. Much better than anything I’ve experienced in the U.S.

This are we second time stay here, on first night my kid get some thing bite, about 10plus red mark, we thought that is moquito, but how can be in the air con room?
We have to apply the oil to prevent this happen again, after 4 night when we leaven the place to airport my wife say she also get the bite, is too late to say any thing, my kid full body give about 30 bite, even we apply the oil, we very disappointed this how can happen in the 4 star hotel? Got the cimex bedbug there.

Third time staying at LiT, a first at the residence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean upon check-in. Daily cleaning for the bathroom can be better.

Am happy that they look at minor details like providing a brand new sponge for washing in the kitchen. Washing powder is provided for laundry. Bed was really comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there.

I was given room which was had very strong smoke trapped in the aircon., even though I booked a non-smoking room. I spent one night in that room and felt unwell. My child and I had to breathe in the smoke all night and wash our clothes, which had absorbed the smoke. The next morning I requested a change of rooms, which was carried out. My other family members booked a room with 2 singles but were given a King bed. This involved getting the housekeeping to take action. Both incidences involved inconvenience and time wasted. Apart from that, the location is good and very close to MBK Mall and trains. However one has to walk through a narrow back street (not suitable for young kids/strollers or the old) as one has to jump aside into shallow drains, whenever there is traffic to get to main road. 7-11 and cafes nearby.

well they gave us a room that the balcony face into construction work of another building.
So actually we woke up from 06:30 with all the noise until late hours of the evening (so much for afternoon nap), when i asked to move to another room, they gave me the regular answer , this is the type of room that you ordered.
i will definitely consider other hotels next time.

Very nice apartment type rooms complete with kitchenette and washing machine. Peaceful and relaxing. The residence is set behind the main hotel building but check in is done in the hotel. We would stay here again. It’s centrally located by main shopping centers and the sky train providing easy access to all of Bangkok.

Have to take a Tuk Tuk to get to most places, but it's cheap as long as you agree on a price up front. Very nice rooms with a refrigerator and microwave. Nicer than any Hilton or Marriot I've stayed at.

Clean and comfortable rooms with great service.

The room came furnished with an induction stove, a washing machine and two television sets. It was also clean and everything felt new.

Most importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a short walk from National Stadium BTS Station and the Siam BTS Interchange. The Bangkok Art and Culture Centre and the rest of the shopping district is just round the corner.

We stayed 1 night but flew out at midnight the next night. Lit were so accomodating. Held our bags for early check in and late check out and let us use the facilities to shower and get ready for our journey. The stay was awesome as there facilities are 5 star. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. Location is perfect for shopping and the bts. Breakfast was delecious. Would defiantly come back. If only this was a chain of hotels I would only stay at lit.

Pleasantly surprised as to how centrally located we were making it easy to get around whether by foot or motor. Residence side equipped with modern comforts incl. a washer for convenience. Hotel provides daily bottles of water and housekeeping on residence side. Quiet location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms (beds, bedding, towels) and hotel grounds. This is my 2nd stay at Lit Bangkok Residence.
I love the quite environment despite being only 10mins walk to the National Stadium BTS/MBK.
Impressed by the permanent staff's attitude and attentiveness to our needs.
They will come out to make sure the cab they called for you brings you to the correct destination and will hand you a card to direct cab drivers back to the apartment - Each time you cab out!
Impressed.
Will definitely come back to stay here again.

My room was upgraded and it was great. Room size is big and we especially like the washer/dryer as we can send our soiled attire (with perspiration) to wash every evening and have a fresh set of attire (washed and dryed) ready to wear the next day. Only disappointing thing was that the free Wifi expired on the morning of my last day of stay. I did not bother to contact the service desk for a new Wifi id and password since I'm going out for more shopping. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this hotel for family stay.

Second time to LIT Bangkok.
Trying the Residence wing as the previous time was at the hotel side.
Even more comfortable this time round as the room was extremely cosy and comfortable for sleeping.
Excellent service as always and it like going to a home away from home.

For the location and comfort and price.. Almost everything is perfect except that breakfast is still ever the same, and they have no phone chargers to spare for a forgetful traveller. Though I must say, who needs a crazy breakfast when BKK had so much to offer....

I hope to stay at LIT again soon :)

Love this hotel a lot. Its a 5 mins walk to MBK & 10 mins walk to Siam center. The staff are friendly & helpful. The room is spacious with a kitchen area & a washing machine to do my laundry. (If only they had stated that they have a washing machine in the room we wouldn't have brought so many clothes). The only down side was the shower will keep changing temperature & the water flow was pretty slow over the weekend. But everything resume back to normal on Monday. A little disappointed with the balcony its more like a ledge but I guess its due to our room size. If we were to book a bigger room the balcony is big enough for 2 chairs n a table. Anyway this hotel also provides baby cot. It makes our boy feels at home. Overall highly recommended very suitable for those travelling with family. We really had a great stay. Will stay this hotel again.

Hotel is located at the side road away from the main road. Not so convient for my 80 years old mil. Booked 2 x 1 bedroom deluxe for a family of 4 (rm 427 & 428). Room too big, pricing not cheap for BKK standard. We would have stayed elsewhere if not for our other group of friends preferance. Hotel very strict on the no of people. Shower in room 427 need to look into. Housekeeping doesn't mop the floor & wash the mugs. teabags etc & water bottle not replenished most days.

Nice hotel, great location in a quiet street very near to MBK and National Stadium BTS. Helpful staff.

The only downside (and unfortunately it was a huge downside for me) was that the room was EXTREMELY hot. I don't know if this was because of the architecture or the orientation. But despite leaving the air con on at coldest setting even when we weren't in the room, the room never got adequately cool. The bathroom, while being superbly appointed, was also literally like a sauna.

Book the delux one bedroom for 4 nights. The apartment is pretty new, cosy and big. the housekeeping staff did quite a good job keeping the rooms clean. 4 bottles of drinking water are replenished daily.

The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from national stadium bts station and MBK. They provide tuk tuk service from hotel to the bts station.

Really enjoyed our stay. For the location & size, I think the price is pretty reasonable! However got quite a number of mosquito bites during my 5 days stay!

Everything was superb. Its my first stay & i really like it. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Only 1 small issue was the room wifi. it cant be share & have to log in individually & it expire earlier even before u checkout which can be quite a hassle especially when you are in midst of settling some last minute personnel business/work emails during holidays. Have stayed at the Lit Hotel previously which was excellent. This is a new addition to the hotel and is right next door. Excellent addition with large fully self contained room with separate living/dining area. 2 x TV's, washer/dryer, microwave, cooktop & medium size fridge. We will stay here again for sure!

The hotel is perfectly located : not along the noisy main street but in the quiet alley with just a few minutes walking distance from the BTS station. Also, it's quite close to the Siam Centre with just around 10 minutes walk. Staff here are really helpful and nice. We needed to the staff's help for booking a van to Pattaya. They acted quickly and even came to our room and updated us in person. And of course, the driver they found for us was very nice too.
Rooms are clean and spacious. It's nearly flawless except 2 things: at the first night we found one of the litter bins were not cleaned up; the choices of food in the breakfast sections were very limited.
But still, I found this hotel is really very nice and I would definitely recommend it to my friends if they visit Bangkok :)

Excellent modern hotel!

Decor and comfort of this hotel is top notch. We book a 2 bedrooms service apartment for us 4 girls and the space and comfort is very good. Location is excellent as well. 2 mins walk to National Stadium BTS. 5 mins walk to MBK shopping mall and 8 mins walk to Siam shopping area. Will definitely recommend to all.

Convenient to BTS and recommend to stay !

This apartment is convenient as it's quite close to the BTS station. However, if you get a taxi to the hotel, it's located at the midst of the lane (one way), most of the taxi driver didn't able to locate it except you show them the way. In overall, it's clean and tidy but I saw a little cockroach in room one night. Still highly recommended and it's appropriate to family too !
