It is situated a 5 minute walk from national stadium BTS. So only 1 change of train from the airport. 5 minute walk to MBK . Room was clean & the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It’s only a 2 minute walk from paradise lost , a beautiful roof top bar, so I’d recommend to any one wanting to be close to things but not right in the middle of backpacking places.

I don’t want to put such a bad comment especially since the staff in reception and parking was very nice, however, the noise issue is terrible because the building next to the hotel was under construction. You definitely will be woken up by 8 am. Pick another hotel until the noise issue fixed. Otherwise not recommend to stay.

Forget the \"budget hotel\" worries, Happy 3 Hotel in Bangkok is a hidden gem! From the security guard's friendly greeting to the ever-smiling receptionists, the staff had me feeling welcome instantly. Shoutout to the amazing cleaning crew too, keeping things spotless and helping us with thoughtful extras like free toiletries such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, body cream, sanitary bag and cotton buds.

Horrible Horrible Experience.
We were not give adjacent rooms (2) even though it was booked in advance during check-in. The adjacent rooms is only available the next day but will need to check-out and recheck-in, a bit of inconvenience. The check-out was appalling, we were accused of missing one small facial towel in one of the room and they had the audacity to charge us 200 Baht for it. The staff went back to the room and said she cannot locate the missing towel. We told them it could be a mistake during the cleaning by the staff during the day but in any event they would not listen to our reasoning and refuse to check-out unless we pay for it. This is a matter of principal (not the amount) and paying for it is like accepting whatever they accuse you of \"guilty as charge\". Happy 3 should be renamed to \"Unhappy 3\". I have never stayed in a hotel in a global sense where the staff making such accusation over a facial towel.

Great value for the money-beautiful rooms (stayed twice this year). We go to Thailand once a year, and finally found this great hotel in a very convenient spot. The staff, including Martin and Saman, were always welcoming and extremely helpful! They are like family to us. It's just meters from the skytrain which can get you to almost every sight tourists visit. The airport can be reached quickly by skytrain from there.
It would be nice if they would provide conditioner, but everything else is there that you might need. Love this place!

We had an amazing stay at Happy 3 last April 17-21,2019. We booked for 2 rooms. Staff are accommodating and happy to assist you. The place is very clean and walking distance to MBK shopping mall and Discovery Siam Mall, as well as National Stadium station. I will definitely book in this hotel again when I return to Bangkok.

The property looks as it is from the pictures, the terrace, pool, and room to chill out are all cool amenities. However i did have issues with the location, it was a walk from national stadium mrt and it's situated somewhere in a rather dark alley. We asked for additional water as well with the weather being so hot, but the hotel staff told us were only entitled to 2 bottles per room, per day. Comparing to other hotels, this is the area that's lacking. The water heater was problematic as well with the temperature being either too hot or too cold even when you don't shift the knob. The tv was also jumpy intermittently.

Apart from their rather rigid check out time and limitation on access to their facilities after you check out, it was a pleasant stay. They did not allow me to use their swimming pool shower after I check out unless I pay 200thb. Usually hotels allow this so I was quite surprised they did not. The location is deep inside the street but did not feel unsafe walking back. However no dining options nearby apart from other hotels. You can walk from the hotel to Siam without actually needing to take the BTS. It's about 10min walk. The room is comfortable and so is the bed. Good for solo travel but some may not like the sliding door that only covers the shower or toilet at any one time. This is ok for solo travellers.

Location is good except that the walk to the hotel is dark and other than the lights from the other properties along the same alley provided some safety comfort, it is a bit scary. To play safe, I always switched on my torch function in my mobile phone so that traffic behind me can be alerted. Also, other than the absurd design and functionality of the toilet area, everything else is okay.

New and modernized hotel. Quite deep into the alley but walkable to National Stadium BTS and MBK. A longer walk to Siam area is possible if the weather is not too hot. Overall, have to say the hotel looks rather good. However, hotel is really strict on their policies. Meaning, very inflexible. They require a deposit of 3000THB, they sent us an email to notify us beforehand. So all’s good. It’s just puzzled that they have nothing much in the room so why such a big sum of deposit? Moving on, firstly, housekeeping was not thorough. Can see dust on the mirror, near the open wardrobe, bedroom slippers are reused and doesn’t look clean. Yet, even an extension of half an hour checkout requires a 30% official room rate. Non-negotiable at all. Buffet breakfast at 250THB per person but the spread was small. Found a small fruit fly and ant in the pork porridge, can close one eye but the food wasn’t tasty. Can easily get yummier breakfast elsewhere at a much cheaper price. The doorman was friendly, always full of smiles. This adds some brownie points for the hotel.

It’s a very nice and quiet location, it takes about 5-10mins walk to the National Stadium BTS. Along the way from hotel to BTS, there’s street food, McDonald’s, 7-11, and Massage Parlour, Very convenient. Their staff is friendly & polite.
As for hotel, when I check in, they told me there’s a balcony but it is a close up balcony which means you can’t open or stand and relax at there. And when I want to borrow scissors they told me only can use at the reception counter.

Booked a sweet deal with Expedia that included both flight and accommodation & I picked this hotel. Location was in a less congested area with short walking distance to MRT. I enjoyed the overall look and feel of the hotel, with plenty of space to put your baggage. Customer service was top notch and the staff greets you, which makes it feel like a great and homely atmosphere. Would definitely return if I'm in the area for a short vacation.

Overall the Hotel is good and quiet. The triple room is very spacious for 3 persons, higher recommended for group of 3. Room Wifi connection is poor. From the Hotel to BTS (National Stadium) distance about 300m walk 5 mins, surrounding area got massage shop, 7-11, Mcd and Tesco. Unfortunately we dont have enough time to chill at the Hotel's pool.
