Room is clean, property managed by small team. Easy access to surrounding shopping mall and train station. Minor hiccups over AC leaking but all is good. Hotel stay were pleasant. Good size for family or friends vacation/ stays. Property front desk and cleaning service is excellent. I would highyly recommend.

My 3rd visit to BKK which is the 1st time i stay at KR.

Great hotel we booked 2 rooms and were placed on the 9th floor so we didn’t hear much noise from the street.
The room was clean and spacious for 2 people.
Used the hotel laundry service which was excellent.
The hotel staff were nice and the best was the night guard on the ground floor. He was very friendly and professional and always helped when we had to use the elevator. He made our stay better.

Location is great for shopping but traffic can get crazy busy because it’s such a central location.

I have a comfortable stay at the hotel and I like the complimentary local drinks provided at the lobby everyday. The hotel is within walking distance to Siam shopping area, MBK and food streets. BTS station is just in front of the hotel. I booked a taxi through the hotel for my trip to the airport and it was reliable and efficient. I will stay here again for my next trip.

One of the worst place to stay in Bangkok for its price. Apart from being right in front of a BTS, nothing else was commendable. I had booked 6 nights and checked out after the first. Because it’s so near to the roads and BTS, noise was unbearable and the staffs will disregard even if you’ve voiced it out. We tried requesting for a change of room on the first night but they said they were fully booked and couldn’t move us. The next day, their morning shift staff lied to Expedia when we tried to ask for a partial refund, saying they had already moved us. The worst of Bangkok hospitality I’ve seen. Even if it’s the language barrier, they don’t deserve that benefit of doubt. With that said, if your English is not good and you don’t speak Thai, communication is almost impossible with any of their staff, not that their English is even good to begin with. The exact description of this place: rooms are not soundproof, the view is either the back of old and dirty shophouses or some weird ministry/ school, the room lights are unless and overall dim af, the bathroom bath tubs are redundant as any small amount of water from the shower will start flooding the floor, their is also no amenities or facilities, the roof lounge is even weirder. By far, really the worst and I don’t know how the good reviewers are lying about this.

We enjoyed the big room as well as convenience of the location. The MRT Station is right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the noise coming from the road traffic is bad - almost throughout the night we can hear the traffic noise. I can barely sleep during my stay. Otheriwse, this will be a great choice during our bangkok stay.

This is our second stay at Krit Thai. The location is great, next to BTS Nation stadium. We chose it also because it has room to accommodate 3 persons - 1 queen and 1 single bed without needing to sleep on a foldable spring bed. Rooms are clean, no carpets which is great!
Sadly, the hotel upkeep wasn't ideal. The bathroom door handle was loose, the door creaks.
Room slippers are non disposable, which means u don't know who has worn it.
Only shampoo is offered, no conditioner.
We had the corner room and it overlooks the BTS tracks and road. Noisy. Apparently, the BTS starts running at 5am.
Overall, it's still a decent hotel with basic amenities met.

Not really happy with the hotel, the water heater in the room was not working properly, we have to keep asking the plumber to come back to check and re-check. Toilet kept have a cigarette smell when we checked-in on the 1st day.
The single bed position is located beside an aircon compressor the sound of the compressor at night make my friend can't sleep well.

It was an excellent stay at KritThai! My family and I stayed there for 4 nights while in Bangkok. It is a very convenient location close to all the shopping areas there like MBK. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The beds and pillows were comfortable! I'm always a sucker for soft pillows at hotels; it's some thing I always look for. The only thing is that you can hear the bts train from the hotel room; it didn't bother me in particular it just sounded like it was raining and when I looked out the window it was just the train. If you're a light sleeper, this might bother you a bit more. But my family and I were fine with it. We would stay here again!

Would rate it perfect if not for the sound proofing.Do understand that the hotel is in a busy tourist area and is next to the BTS.
For the rest, really can't any fault with the hotel.
Cleanliness and bed comfort are perfect.Love the pillows.
Location is very good. Two 7-11 within 2 minutes walk. BTS Station just in front of the hotel.
Do give it a try. I did and was not disappointed.

Very convenient location (just 2 mins walk to National Stadium BTS), comfy room, spacious and big king bed,

I would like to thank Mai for her extra mile service, we have ordered Grab Food, and it comes in 2 packets of soup, after collecting the food from the lobby, when we were back in the room, the phone rang, Mai on the other line called as asked if we need bowls and cutlery. She is very friendly, polite and extremely observant and helpful. We were very impressed by her initiative. All the staffs there are very friendly too.

Oh, not forgetting our hotel breakfast, it has a decent breakfast. selections and of good quality!

Will be back again!

The biggest problem is the street noise. SUPER LOUD all night long with crazy motorcycle driving by.
The hotel should really use some thicker windows.

Very basic hotel, not value for money

Would not recommend the hotel as there are few amenities (hotel website states the electrical plugs are universal but only 1 plug is), there is no constant supply of hot water (on and off), limited to 1 free bottle of water per person per day, breakfast selection was mediocre. Room size is small for 3 pax. The only pro is that it is next to BTS aka convenient but it also means it is noisy and can hear traffic in the room. Service sub par as well.. will not return.

A few little things annoyed me on the first day but after telling the front desk, they had someone take care of it which really impressed me but there's too many little things that I didn't feel like i should have to complain about so I can't rate this hotel higher than 3.5 stars. I felt the faucets, toilet seat cover, and the bathroom light switch needed a good scrubbing. They look they were just towel off but it should be shiny not looking like there's build up. There is this red stain on the bathroom light switch that housekeeping doesn't seem to notice. I had to grab a tissue and rub it off because that's disgusting. There was a humidity smell in my room for days until the last day they put something to freshen it up. They need to get rid of that bathtub and that old toilet flush valve. It was old and not appealing. The shower seriously needs a glass door. They need to update the shower hand faucet to something small and lighter as well. Everything else seems to be updated except the bathroom aparently and that is where all my complaints are. Other than that, I eventually got used to all the annoyances in the bathroom and the hotel is at the best location, walking distance to MBK and escalator directly at the hotel's front door. The staff are extremely courteous and professional. They give you free breakfast which is a full on buffet. For the what I'm getting and the price I'd paid, I would consider staying again.

This hotel can easily be one of the best hotels in bkk. From service to cleanliness and comfort, it surpass my expectations. The ideal location to be in town with accessible BTS and bus stops right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is also very well prepared. Very good location, just beside the station, close to bus stoppage, every other shopping malls are nearby. Cozy environment. Neat and clean. Friendly and smiling staffs. Competitive price. I have to mention about good breakfast.
They take some amount of money as their security deposit upon check in, which in my thinking could be lesser or removed but overall they won't charge from the amount until you do not broke/steal anything from the hotel.

Everything the big boys offer

Sitting right between Ibis and Holiday Inn Express, the Hotel is steps away from the BTS, easy connection to the airport link and the Siam and MBK shopping complexes. A small Hotel compared to its neighbors, but offering a service level much larger. We were greeted out front, our luggage carried in to the reception desk and then to our room. The room had 2 very comfy beds, and a bathroom with a deep soaker tub. Breakfast is buffet style offering both Thai and Western. The Late check out at 1200 was also a nice touch. Going to be back again.

The bed sheets and pillow cases were really clean. As I am a very sensitive person when it comes to hotels bed sheets and pillow cases. Usually i would need to have another personal disposal sheet on top of it. Surprisingly it does not caused me any sensitive issues during my entire day there. The only thing that i dislike was the toilet that's really small and the toilet hose was leaking which causes the toilet to be wet and uncomfortable to step in. Amenities the common ones. Toothbrushes not included though. The toilet roll and it's holder was in an awkward position to retrieved the paper and it was an exposed holder. Bed and blanket quality were alright. Just the pillows. Too soft. I had requested another 2 more which came in harder a little compared to the in-room ones. Hair dryer was in a better 'quality'. The breakfast's not that bad (reviews not that pleasant) though it has some repetition but it's those common ones. I love how they make their scramble eggs and their home-made yogurt was sour and refreshing! Great for after a heavy breakfast. Staff were all friendly and accommodating to needs. Pretty accessible / walking distance to MBK and those Siam shopping centers and BTS were just directly outside the hotel.Thanks for the overhead bridges links. Especially towards Central world / Pratunum / Platinum area (it's crowded and distance walking might take sometime).

Great Experience! There’s personable service provided by their service staff - Ms Kristine, Mr Nop and others, did not get their names. Well done all! Keep up the good job!
I enjoyed by stayed and those small talks while waiting for my grab car.

Hotel was easy to locate, there’s a lift at the side way, if you don’t wish to climb. Breakfast was adequate and it would be great if you can serve “ Thai milk tea” as part of the iconic drink.

Overall an enjoyable and pleasant hotel stay! Absolute worth every $$. Thank you

I enjoyed the stay. It is located right next to the National Stadium BTS station and just few stops from Siam. The room is clean and comfortable. What’s the most amazing is its breakfast. I didn’t expect a budget hotel would offer tasty food with decent variety of choices!
What’s to be improved: WiFi. It is on an unsafe network and connection speed is a bit too slow. It offer two pairs of slippers but they look really old and used and I am not sure about their hygiene. It will be better if they have one time use slippers

The hotel is relatively clean, for the room with 2 king beds the bathtub and shower were separated so that two people can shower at once. Breakfast was decent given it is free. However, when we requested for extra pillows, the staff was obviously not happy and when the pillows came, they were without pillow covers. Before arriving at the hotel, I emailed the staff to check on transfer to BKK airport on our last day and they said there was \"no fees\" required. SO I thought it was a free airport transfer but turns out they only meant they can help us arrange without charge but we still have to pay for the taxi (650,000THB for SUV).

Gem of a location

A clean and simple hotel.Staff friendly and always willing to assist.A decent breakfast setup.
In this age of connectivity,seriously need to improve on their wifi connection and speed.Needs to improve on the hot shower situation.
Great location, BTS is literally right at their doorstep.

so close to BTS station, nearly MBK mall, Siam Discovery, so convenient. Rooms are bright and clean. The down side of this stay is stayed on a lower floor and quite noisy at night.

Nice apartment with many friendly staffs. Breakfast spread is good compare to near bigger hotels. Bed room is big and clean. Definitely a good choice among the few bigger hotels there despite being much smaller.

Staff is helpful, especially Mark. One improvement would be about the wifi. I have to get new passowtk every 3 hours, which was a bit annoying.

Overall very decent hotel with very helpful staff.

However, the wifi connection was extremely bad. On top of that, after a few hours of non-usage, you will automatically get kicked out and have to request for a new user/password every time during my 5 days stay. Not really sure if it was a technical and temporary issue or not.
