Visit i January 2026: Location 5, Serkan, Hasan and Arman 5, Breakfast 5, rooms 1. Will never come back to this cave. Parking listed as available-closed, furniture black with pilled off paint, in the rooms no space for third suitcase, bathrooms outdated and leaking everywhere, and worst: bed bugs. I’m wondering how they get three stars…

Great location, beach in front of hotel with complimentary sunbeds has its own car park and breakfast is served with a slight difference each day. Not suitable for less mobile people as there is no lift.

I stayed 5 nights in a sea view balcony room. Amazing view from the balcony! There are a few quirks with this hotel. As other reviews may have mentioned, there is no elevator(lift) so be prepared to be going up and down stairs for the duration of the stay. And at night this will likely be in the dark since the stairways are not lit (at least not during my stay). The hallways are lit with motion detected lights but they go off as soon as you enter the stairway. There is a popular restaurant attached to the hotel that features a live band several nights a week. If you are in the sea view room then you'll hear the band until close to midnight, so if you're an early to bed kind of person you might want to keep this in mind. Other than this, the hotel was mostly quiet. The safe in my room did not work, apparently a previous guest left it locked and the hotel didn't have a key to open it. The breakfast at this hotel - great! So much food, no way I could eat it all. Really good staff at the restaurant, especially Hasan who was very kind to me. Also many other dining options near the hotel. I would stay there again despite the quirks.

We booked this hotel because it said it was a promo price of €45 instead of €300. Now I have to be honest, we expected something a lot more fancy than this. The room was not too big. The shower had some temperature issues (mostly later during the evenings) and the airconditioning took a while to actually start cooling off properly. We had been in quite a few hotels before, and never paid this much (espcecially one that said it had a discount of over €200...) for a hotel that didn't have a pool (okay, it's next to the beach, but it's really not the cleanest/nicest beach in the area).
All in all, friendly staff, okay rooms and breakfast though.
If you're looking for a basic hotel, a bit further from the actual city center of fethiye: this is the place to be. But don't expect something fance.

The only thing that was a not what we are used to is; there was no coffee maker in the room, my wife and I both enjoy a cup while getting ready of the morning and then late evening. We found one at a local store and overcame.

Odaya sadece yatak sığdırmışlar başka alanınız yok. Klima çok eski o yüzden set degerinde durmuyor ya hep çalışacak hasta olacaksınız yada sıcaktan pişeceksiniz. Merdivenlerden pişe pişe elinizde bavulla 4 kat çıkıp inebilirsiniz.Koridorda merdivende hiçbiyerde havalandırma yok. Odalar küçük ama manzara vs harikaydı. Akşamları canlı müziğe denk geldik biz aşağıdaki cafede ve onlar da güzeldi. İlginçtir balkon kapısını kapatınca odaya rahatsız edici bir ses gelmiyor.
İstemememize rağmen oda temizlendi her gün. Bir artı olabilir bu da.
