We spent 4 nights at Club Marvy with our 11 years old son. The resort is very green, lush and has a private beach with a water sports club. My son really had a lot of fun at the water park. Food was great, didn't eat anything bad. Staff all around the resort was very friendly and helpful. The shows, bands for evening shows were very good. Some days sea can get wavey but some days amazing. A la carte restaurants were nice. Will come back, recommended.

We have stayed at +18 Adult Only side of Club Marvy for our 25th year wedding anniversary and we loved it. There is a private beach secluded from the main part of the complex and two a la carte restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, service was always very good. Overall we really enjoyed and will stay there again.

Pros:
Foods are amazing
Beaches are great and sea temperature is perfect.
Staff are very good at reception, kesre beach and a la carte restaurants.
Cons:
Hotel is %60 full but they dont upgrade our room. We are only two adults.
I forget my swimsuit at the beach. They have an assistant chat but it is not worked. They couldnt find it. I go there and get my stuff.
I want to try breakfast restaurant at the adult side but it is also rejected. They dont have any idea about the customer appreciation.

We stayed 3 nights and liked everything about the property. We could not find any slot in A la Carte restaurants , this could be improved by property. Anyway , the food quality and the variety was more than enough in Main Restaurant.

İ would like to thank to Tuğcan, Ece, Egemen, Birol and Emre.. they are really good and helpfıll but i ve visited 70 all inclusive hotel, the worst is Marvy.. premium rooms are far to the restaurant, bar and etc, they say we transport you by buggy, i call 4 time but buggy doesnt come or comes after 30 minutes.. when you want to drink alcohol in the menu, they always say it is finished.. the snacks are terrible .. so i will never come again and i dont suggest to anyone.. i am really tired in this hotel

Tesis mükemmel bir yerde konumlanmış. Doğa harika. Yemekler çok güzel. Deniz manzarası ile masaj yaptırmak harika. Odalar ve manzara harika (yetişkin yerinde kaldık). Deniz, kumsal çok güzel. Tek sıkıntı odaların çok yakın olmasından kaynaklı gürültü. Maalesef bizim komşumuz bizi sabah 6.30da uyandırdı. Ancak resepsiyona bildirince uyardılar. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar gitmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer.

Not a marvellous resort

Very noizy place. We had to change our hotel room 2x within 3 days. Not at all a relaxing holiday experience. The staff doesn‘t care at all. The hotel looks nice yes, the food is good but the bad behaviour of the staff and the loud music every night make it impossible to relax.

That place is at Urkmez which is not a popular spot in Turkey. But the location of the hotel is wonderfull, also the hotel is pretty good. It is in the middle of Izmir, Kusadası and Cesme.

Relaxing and educational vacation

It's a very clean and earth friendly hotel with very polite and friendly staff. We loved the beach, the aqua park (both for adults and kids) the nightly entertaining and especially their open buffet style main restaurant which had a variety of all kinds of food and drinks. From fish to pasta, cheese bar to desserts everything was delicious. There are also couple of other restaurants at the property with beautiful views, however try to make your reservations even before getting there because they fill up fast. The hotel is only a half an hour drive away to historical Ephesus and Virgin Mary's House.

Fantastic hotel

The hotel was amazing. everyone in the staff try to make you happy and feel satisfied. only one disappointing thing that I asked for electric adapter and every time they said ok we will bring you and they didn't. Otherwise, everything was over expected. If you want to spend the whole time in the hotel, it is the best choice.

Horrible front desk Service- beautiful Hotel

This hotel is newly remodeled with lots of family activities. Unfortunately, the staff is not as helpful or responsive and even sometimes rude. Considering that is this a 5-star resort I would re-think to stay here because of the front desk staff rudeness. The rest of the hotel is a very fun treat. Beautiful pools and beaches and good food. The location is far from airport and Izmir City.

Nice pools/slides. Rooms very dated.

Rooms are incredibly dated and poorly maintained. Basic 3* (at best). It wasnt the luxury experience we were expecting at all. Major dissapointment on arrival to the room.
The slides and overall pool areas are excellent, truly fantastic.
The hotel caters mostly to french/belgians. If you go with kids - unless they can speak french - they will be lonely and not able to experience the same kids club fun that they others have.
Evening entertainment was below par - only 2 shows in 6 days and other resorts in Turkey have nightly activities.
A lot of walking up and down hills.
The buffet restaurant probably used to be excellent, but the choice and variety is poor now compared to most other high star all-inc places in turkey.

If you want to just relax....

If you want to just enjoy the beach the hotel and a water park this is the place to be. Its nice clean and while mostly germans were stationed in this hotel it was very nice and peacful. Had a great time. The food options were just excellent.

Lovely resort made for a relaxing holiday.

Lovely resort with beautiful pools. Friendly staff and excellent food. The kids club was great too our little one loved it. The only negatives were the bathroom needed updating as the mirror was hanging off the wall and bathtub looked like it has been hastily repaired. However we were at the last week of the season so I'm sure it will be fixed for new guests next year. The outdoor pools were gorgeous but because the weather was colder, so were the pools, so we didnt stay in them long. We used the indoor pool at the spa and gym which was warmer. There were lots of activities at the outdoor pool everyday such as darts, Zumba, aerobics etc. Other activities including mini golf, tennis, canoeing and pedalos. A lovely kids club that had outdoor pool slides and some fairground rides.
The restaurant is used for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the buffet food was fantastic. We tried to book an a la carte meal on Tuesday, we arrived the previous Saturday evening, but it was fully booked for the whole week so I would suggest booking that at check in. There were only the 2 restaurants open because the other was closed for the season. We certainly would go back, we had such a relaxing week at Paloma and we didnt feel we needed to leave the resort as there was plenty to do for the week in the resort itself. We got a lot of exercise as there are a lot of stairs and hills but to be honest we needed it after the lovely food and drinks we consumed!

The hotel is an adequate 4 star hotel. The setting is lovely, kids facilities are good and the food is adequate, what lets it down is the quality of the staff. For most of them, anything and everything seemed to be a chore.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning setting.

Very well set up and staff are very friendly. Plenty of food choice at buffet meals. Beautiful views and stunning setting, with two private beaches. Amphiteatre provided some fun entertainment, but the music in the terrace bar catered for a more Europhile audience. The infinity pool is a highlight, but was presumably chilled as it got colder as the day progressed. We didn't leave the resort - didn't need to - but my understanding is that there isn't much in the area to do.

Club Marvy war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön und sehr abwechslungsreich. Das Essen war sehr frisch und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich wobei das auch daran liegt das wir Anfang September dort waren (weniger stressig für die Mitarbeiter). Auch die User Experience wie das man per App Getränke an den Strand bestellen kann gefiel uns sehr.

Der einzige Punkt welcher uns störte ist die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer welches uns aber im Adults Only Bereich weniger Probleme verursachte. Im grossen und ganzen kann ich sagen, das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, wer noch nie hier war, verpasst definitiv etwas :)

Aufgrund von den guten Bewertungen und dem Hype um dieses Hotel haben wir uns etwas mehr erhofft.
Zimmer:
Insgesamt haben wir zwei mal das Zimmer gewechselt, wobei wir mit unserem dritten Zimmer auch nicht zufrieden waren. Im ersten Zimmer war bei Ankunft die Toilette noch sehr dreckig und wir hatten direkt einen Wasserschaden unter der Toilette entdeckt. Dadurch stand viel Wasser im Badezimmer, wodurch es auch muffig gerochen hat. Wir konnten dann das Zimmer wechseln. Das Zimmer war gut aber nebenan war direkt ein Mitarbeitereingang, wo die Türe unglaublich laut auf und zu ging. Insgesamt konnten wir nur 3 Stunden schlafen. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns dann ein weiteres Zimmer angeboten, ABER mit Aufpreis! Wir müssten insgesamt noch mal 55€ pro Nacht zuzahlen, da angeblich kein anderes Zimmer frei war. Da es unser Urlaub ist, in dem wir entspannen und nachts schlafen wollen, haben wir das gemacht.
Auch in diesem Zimmer gab es ein Problem. Das Fenster im Schlafzimmer hatte einen Griff mehr und ging durch den Wind immer wieder auf und zu. Da wir auf einen dritten Wechsel keine Lust hatten, haben wir eine Kommode vor das Fenster gestellt, sodass es geschlossen bleibt.

Restaurants: die Auswahl der Restaurants ist sehr gut und das Essen war auch immer lecker. Viel Abwechslung gab es im Buffetrestaurant nicht. Aber dafür gab es sehr viele unterschiedliche alacard Restaurants, wo das Essen immer ausreichend war und immer geschmeckt hat.

Nie wieder - Wir waren in der Hauptsaison dort – mit Kind – und es war eine absolute Enttäuschung.

Hotel & Anlage
Von außen wirkt die Anlage traumhaft, perfekt für Instagram-Fotos – aber das war’s auch schon. In Wirklichkeit ist es extrem hügelig, ohne Buggy kaum machbar, und mit Kinderwagen eine Zumutung: viele Treppen, steile Wege, null Komfort.

Essen
Auf den ersten Blick wirkt das Buffet toll, aber es wiederholt sich jeden Tag. Tische bleiben dreckig, Getränke kommen nach ewigem Warten, Obst wird kaum nachgefüllt. Reservierungen in den à-la-carte Restaurants sind über die App so gut wie unmöglich – angeblich immer ausgebucht. Erst nach Beschwerde beim „Marvy Assist“-Team haben wir einen Platz bekommen… und dann waren mehr als die Hälfte der Tische leer! Das „exklusive Konzept“ ist ein Witz.

Zimmer
Alt, abgewohnt, unsauber – mehr Schein als Sein. Wir hatten das Gefühl, seit zehn Jahren wurde nichts mehr modernisiert. Sauberkeit? Fehlanzeige.

Strand & Pool
Viel zu voll, Liegen nicht zu bekommen. Am Pool Chaos pur. Das Meer war zwar schön, aber sehr wellig – immerhin ein kleiner Pluspunkt.

Service & Management
Wir haben uns über all diese Punkte mehrfach beim Management beschwert – getan wurde NICHTS. Null Entgegenkommen, null Problemlösung. Das Personal besteht fast nur aus Trainees und Studenten, niemand wirklich geschult. Service = schrecklich!

Fazit
Preis-Leistung ist eine Katastrophe. Auf Fotos wirkt alles traumhaft, in echt ist es enttäuschend. Ja nicht buchen!

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und rundum begeistert. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit, den aufmerksamen Service und das hervorragende Essen – allein wegen der Küche würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen!
Das Hotel liegt in einer idyllischen Gegend, ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen.
Ich kann dieses Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Club Marvy. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der gepflegte Strand, das vielfältige und qualitativ hochwertige Essen sowie die weitläufige und ansprechend gestaltete Anlage. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Lautstärke der Abendunterhaltung. Die Musik und Shows waren so laut, dass an erholsamen Schlaf vor 23 Uhr leider nicht zu denken war. Die Kinder hielten sich bei den Shows zeitweise die Ohren zu. Wir sind jedoch überzeugt, dass sich dieses Problem mit einfachen Mitteln beheben ließe. Insgesamt bedanken wir uns für die erholsamen Tage und kommen gerne wieder

Ich war das zweite mal im Club Marvy und habe es sehr genossen. Besonders im Erwachsenen-Bereich ist es sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist sauber und toll gestaltet. Das Essen ist Mega!
