Beautiful resort with luxurious buildings to roam and relax in. Room was very clean, staff (especially Vijay from the resort centre) were exceptionally attentive. The pool was a good temperature, and there were multiple sections and seating areas. There's even a shopping area within the resort!
Multiple restaurants with a different cuisine meant we didn't eat the same meal twice during our 2 day stay!

Very disappointing checkout experience at Grand Hyatt Goa.

Despite calling reception three times requesting help with luggage, no one came to assist. After waiting for quite some time, I eventually had to carry all the luggage myself during checkout.

Service should not be different during check-in and check-out. Guests expect the same level of attention and hospitality throughout their stay, especially at a luxury hotel. This was certainly not the experience I expected.

I would give this hotel a 5 star wedding if it weren't for the three weddings that were happening outside my Seaview room. Ask before you book if there is a wedding. the breakfast , staff and rooms were lovely.

Lovely hotel and staf are super friendly and helpful. Only drawback on my stay was the number of weddings taking place on the hotel grounds.
However, staff went over and above to accommodate, particularly Steffi.
Great facilities, large rooms and very peaceful. Would highly recommend.

There were two weddings at the hotel the second week. The music at different times through the day and evening was extremely loud. The people staying at the hotel were very noisy even during the night. The sound carried through the corridor and was amplified. I was woken several times at night. I complained, but little was done about it.

My wife and I had a great 4-day stay at the Grand Hyatt Goa. The hotel is truly amazing with outstanding friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean and modern rooms, and a really nice ambience. The breakfast was awesome with an incredible choice of flavorful items and live counters. There were four restaurants to choose from. In addition, we availed of some other activities such as the spa and sailing on a catamaran. I would highly recommend this hotel.

One of the finest properties in Goa. It’s literally at the Bambolim beach. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms were spacious as well with a good shower.
Their restaurants(all 3 + bar) are really good! The food and the drinks are awesome. Their Bar Star - Kush is an amazing Mixologist! I’d highly recommend trying his cocktails!
If you are looking to stay somewhere around the centre of the city, then this is an ideal hotel!
The staff is courteous and always ready to help! The breakfast spread was really good too!

Very friendly people who would do anything to make you stay very comfortable. The club room staff and facilities were excellent and the people always had a wonderful outlook and friendly smiles.
The restaurants had everything you could ask of and the chefs were always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and did everything to make sure you were happy with the wonderful meals.
The whole estate was immaculately maintained to a very high standard.
Our first time in Goa and surely won’t be the last!!

This was our best experience of hotel hospitality that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving. Rishav and his house keeping team were so thoughtful and kind. Ravi is a true gentleman and an excellent pool bar supervisor and Mukesh is incredibly hard working and attentive. Our biggest shout out goes to Sangeeta. I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable.

A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed over a week with the Grand Hyatt Goa and initially there were some issues with cleanliness and the age of the rooms, but their room division team managed to make improvements. Rishav a management Trainee was very special making the experience better every day with personal communication and little gifts like fresh flowers, hand written notes and treats while keeping the room at its best cleanliness. Sanjeeta one of the managers also made our experience special. Raul the manager at one of the best restaurants in Goa, personalized each experience and made the family and my child feel very comfortable. Algan and Harsh’s service was exceptional.

Great hotel- clean and tidy at all times. Food was consistently good at all restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable with attentive house keeping.

Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system.

Otherwise a lovely hotel and would come again.

Spectacular property where every room appears to have a view of the ocean. Our stay was short since for various reasons we had to vacate our previous hotel. The property does require a bit of walking if your room is in the areas further away from the reception. A golf cart is used at check-in and check-out, and based on a sign posted, they will drive you where you wish to go if you call, but they prefer you do not use the golf cart during the stay.

It is a beautiful property, with sea views, several activities, and dining options. Exceptional service levels. Staff are genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome. Akash and Rajendra in the Dining Room restaurant were beyond thoughtful and caring for our family's special dietary needs. Our housekeeper, Balram Adarsh ensured our rooms were always comfortable, well cleaned, and organized. Would highly recommend it for families. Great pool, spa, and gym. The adjacent beach is a small strip of land, safe and clean. Great for long walks. Onsite holiday events can get a bit crowded and noisy. If you're looking for a great stay-put vacation with family, this is a great choice.

We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a 6 day vacation in November. The location is great for sightseeing and shopping, it’s close to the main Panjim market. The property is new and clean, nice swimming pools, walking path by the beach, and the food in the restaurants is amazing. The staff is friendly, courteous and thoughtful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely be back.

It was our anniversary so we chose to stay here as the Hyatts never disappoint. This hotel however exceeded our expectations! The staff are amazing and truly know how to deliver a great customer experience. Deepmala was great and dealt with our issue regarding our room straight away and then chkd in regularly with us to ensure everything was perfect. The property is beautiful and a short drive from panaji, the town centre. Rooms were stunning and clean with a huge bathroom. Overall an amazing property and the best stay!

Great property overall with options to keep the kids occupied. The buffet breakfast had huge options…
The on-site casino was great . Though they have a cover charge for entry , it covered dinner , drinks and entertainment ( dance singing performances)… which was decent. They provide drop off for kids while adults are in the casino… which worked out well.

Amazing property. I will need few more days to fully enjoy all facilities. However, a few things that I will like to point out - (1) Hotel was almost non-responsive few days before check-in. I expected more communication from the hotel and get our requests (2) Room service was very slow. You have to be very well planned with your room service requests. (3) Lift wasn't working occasionally (4) Few things would have been better like hair dryer electric connection (4) Restaurants need to provide more local cuisine. (6) Breakfast was very good and very prompt and thoughtful service (7) Pool service and experience was wonderful. Overall, I recommend and I would like to come back.

We stayed for 5 nights as a family. Checkin process had a few hiccups that were handled well by the staff. Better communication between staff would go a long way to improve checkin service. Stay was pleasant as the property is amazing. We had a beach facing room with an open patio and the room was clclean and comfortable. Staff tries to make your stay pleasant and service is good. Shout out to Arlene and Arijit at the chulha for adding a personal touch. Breakfast Buffet is decent with a lot of variety, however is a notch below 5 star that I would expect from other comparable 5 star properties like the Oberoi group. Lunch at Chulha, the Indian restaurant on the property was good, including the lunch buffet.

We booked the club room, which entitled us to the club house where between 6-8pm you can have free drinks from good selection of spirits, wines and beers. A very comfortable and relaxing experience. Beautiful hotel and rooms but let down by the \"unpractical\" bathroom design and features. For a family with kids in the same room, the bathroom is a bit uneasy as the door doesn't have a lock and to top it, the shower area has a fully transparent glass door!!! The design team needs to be called out for such an unpractical design (I wonder how it never got mentioned in any of the reviews). The bathroom aside, the access to the beach (with rocky sands) is good, making it like a private beach. The staff and the room service were exceptional.

Great property with great ambience, amenities and closeness to soothing sea waves. The food spread in dining hall was good enough during breakfast and meals. Still there is a scope of improvement where it can compete with some bigger names in this category, like a more organised check in process didn’t had a touch of five star property, secondly kitchen staff can be trained to keep their arguments to minimal while guests are dining, last but not least a bit more politeness and proactive approach from staff managing the amenities. Some of staff looked lost and didn’t knew what they were doing.

Special mention to Mona for ensuring and smooth checkout process, the hotel needs some more dedicated staff just like them.

Overall we had a great stay, kids enjoyed pool and other amenities in the resort.

My Trip was amazing.Property is maintained as per Brand.It is my suggestion to avoid Rainy season....june july....as too much Rain spoil your day.Breakfast is awesome,Dinner is ok. They sud Provide complimentary balls and tubes in swimming pool.Taking charges for such small -small things is not suitable for grand hyatt.Room wash rooms sud have liquid hand wash...as bar is not hygenic.
We were not welcomed at Reception. However Girls at Reception are cooperative.
Overall....my stay was gud and satisfactory.

I had visited this property with my family in this Diwali Vacation. It was really an amazing stay in the hotel with all facilities. we get what we pay. Food service, housekeeping service, SPA everything is as per standard and we actually like their service and property a lot.

The staff were always ready to help. Even though the resort was full, they handled the crowd well. They need to have regular shuttles to Panaji town. It is practically impossible to hail taxis from the hotel.

Love Grand Hyatt Goa! Coming back soon!

We had an amazing amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Goa! Will recommend for anyone who wants to escape. The resort is beautiful and the rooms are extremely well kept! The ocean view is the room I can recommend - totally worth each cent. The service and understanding and love shown by Vishnu and Lourdes was par excellence! Our kids were on online school and sometimes buffet breakfast didn’t work for tge kids - Vishnu saw to it that the kids got breakfast in the room! Amazing amazing! Such kindness and such thought! This is what makes the ordinary - extraordinary! Loved the stay! The beach is lovely too and quite private. It’s not big but our kids loved it everyday and so did we.

Great stay. From check in to check out it was how one would expect a stay at a Hyatt to be. We arrived early, but there was no issue with an early check in. The Sunday Brunch Special was excellent, as was the Breakfast Buffet. Staff were amazing. helpful and very friendly. Bed and linens very comfy too.
