Breakfast was ok, it could be better .. room was alright , I was issue a drink upson my arrival never recieve ( maybe due to my late check in -1:30 am ) but there wasn’t any drinks or water offer .. for a couple hours stay… I guess it’s ok.. now the shower .. was probably my best .. I didn’t take photo only because.. what was there to take? .. overall.. place was ok..

Average. Needs serious eforts for regular maintenance of room comfort.
Aircon is strictly sub par. TV/cable does not work. The hotel is somewhat indifferent about it. Breakfast is also sub par.

Quiet location, just a quick 5 minute walk to a nearby taxi/tuk tuk stand or you can hire a taxi through the hotel. About 5 minute drive from Miramar Beach. The room was clean, staff was helpful. Restaurant food/breakfast was good.

I had to cancel my booking on the day before because I fell sick. Hawaii Comforts had no issue taking the entire sum of money associated with the booking where they quoted that their agreement with Expedia allows them to do so in the last 72 hours. I was struck by this short-sightedness in taking all the money for no services provided. I can understand if the establishment took some sort of penalty fee and tried to do the right thing but no such attempt was made. I feel ripped off and I am going to publish this review so that the hotel knows what I thought of their behaviour.

The Hawaii Comforts was an excellent choice on our recent visit to Goa! The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so friendly. There is a delicious restaurant, a small corner convenience store, and an abundance of available tuk tuks just up the road. AC in our room was excellent, the bed was very hard but we got a great night's sleep. FYI though, the \"bottled water\" advertised is not truly bottle water as Americans would be used to, it is a refillable bottle of water. Though it was probably safe to drink, we still used water purifying tablets on it and only used it to brush our teeth as it was the very beginning of our trip and we didn't want to take the risk.

Good location and access to beach, plenty of food options in around the locality, not very crowded. the property does not bother to customer requests, requested a beach room, and some other queries 2 weeks prior to check in but did'nt bother to revert at all and kept arguing after a few hours of checking in. Despite several rounds of discussions with expedia & higher ups they all just apologize but no were near a solution. Everyone sounded to save their backs and wash of the hands but none willing to own up the case. Besides expedia expects its guests to reach out to it to confirm if the property acknowledges its correspondences. if that is the case better not to have an option of sending an advance msg if its not likely to be read. Besides expedia made it even crazier to have the guests ask all the names of the people to whom they have spoken over the phone & in person. shoddy coordination

Rooms are good size with aircon, fridge, fan, sufficient english cable news, coffee jug. No room safe . Hotel restaurant serves good meals and staff are friendlly. Airport taxi booked for 430 am arrived on time and cost 1150 Rp. 250 mtr walk to local bus stn fare was 10 rp into town tuk tuk was overpriced compared to other parts of india 150-250 rp. Bottle shop opposite bus stn . Wifi was very average.

Hotel is excellent, But if you are planning for short trip then it's not feasible as each time we need to travel 20 odd Kms to reach Goa famous beaches.

I loved my stay at Hawaii Comforts.

This Hotel was excellent I loved my stay here. I stay here for 7 nights and loved every minute of it. The rooms was spacious and well laid out. The daily room service was very efficient and super clean. The reception staff are very knowledgeable and ready to assist you with anything you needed. Breakfast was delightful and the restaurant was delicious as I had most of my meals in the hotel due to my elderly parents. All the hotel staff paid extra attention to us as they realised the special needs of elderly people.

The hotel also provided a taxi service that was reasonably priced and the drivers are very friendly and very knowledgeable of the whole of Goa. They always got me to my destination on time and they knew the exactly route and drove in a very safe and responsible way.

A Big thanks to everyone at Hawaii Comforts for making my holiday very special.

Wonderful Stay

We just finished a four night stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves . The staff was wonderful, the room clean and all of the equipment in good working order, except the WiFi was a little intermittent . It is located about a 10 minute walk from Donna Paula jetty in a fairly quiet area. This time there was construction on Donna Paula Rd. And traffic was diverted onto the street in front of the hotel. The staff was very accommodating and tried to assist us with any concerns and plans(without being aggravating)
If I had to come up with a negative, it would be that there is no elevator and we were on the third level this time, but the bell boys will handle the luggage. If you are physically impaired in any way, you should request a ground floor unit in advance, as there are not many there.
I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast included in tariff was healthy and delicious.

Missed to see any rooms on ground floor so may be little uncomfortable for senior citizen or differently-abled as there is no lift.

The hotel was very nice. The restaurant had surprisingly good food. Staff is very helpful. My only dislike was it's location. Dona Paula doesn't have very much to offer a visitor. Choose this location if you have a specific reason.

We stayed at Hawaii Comforts for a day, initially booking online and planning to extend by a day if things were good on ground as they looked on paper. When we arrived and enquired about our room, the staff were not helpful at all and the description of rooms on the expedia page for the hotel and on their own site were completely confusing and overstated. Also, the hotel is on a dodgy downhill road, for those who put safety on priority.The room conditions were nice and the services thereafter, including room service and the complimentary breakfast, were great. There are no amenities, which feels like a let-down for the price they charge. Overall, a comfortable stay marred by misleading management, under-delivery and an incompetent reception.

I booked this hotel thru net being busy season the hotel never took advantage and offered me best rates than any other hotels in goa I was with my wife and a four year daughter both insisted that whenever we r on vacation we would stay in the same hotel. the staff was really friendly and helpful they served complimentary breakfast which was excellent with lot of choices the rooms have nice view of beach its in a peaceful locality very close to donapaulo beach and Miramar beach

I chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews and i wasn't disappointed. Its fairly small and basic but of a good standard for the money you pay. Good size rooms with modern fixtures and fittings. One of our rooms had a nice view over the harbour. They do room service and the food is both cheap and of a decent standard. Its not exactly a holiday hotel on the beach but we were attending a friends wedding and it suited us perfectly.

We travelled as a party of five to the Hawaii Comforts, the staff are very friendly, they could not do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable, clean and tidy. We were pleased with the hotels location, a quiet spot that we personally preferred, and the bonus is that it is within walking distance to the beach. Our overall experience was very good and will definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel and breakfast, but our bed was extremely firm, it felt like sleeping on the floor with a mattress pad. I like mattresses on the firm side, but this caused my back to hurt for days afterwards. Service was a bit strange, including the fact that they woke us up at 8am to collect our luggage on day of checkout even though checkout wasn't until 11am. Wifi was extremely unreliable.

An Oasis in Goa

The hotel was located in an interesting area about 3 miles from the largest city in Goa. It is secluded and integrated into a very local neighborhood next to the Dona Paula jetty. The rooms and restrooms were huge and I had 2 massive balconies in my room. The only issue was that the ac was very loud. The breakfast was convenient although I wouldn't have minded a bit more selection. I would recommend it for those looking for some peace and serenity. Do keep in mind that the area is quiet and secluded and the larger beaches are quite a few miles away so I would maybe look somewhere else if you like to be the center of the action or looking to party in the evenings.

Comfortable stay prior to early morning flight. It was further from the airport than i was lead to believe by the website 20 plus miles instead of 5. I believe this was rectified by the hotel staff and they paid half towards my taxi which i thought was a lovely gesture. Staff were also friendly and very helpful. Had a nice stay thankyou!

Fantastic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and large rooms, with exceptionally large bathrooms.

The location is away from the main tourist areas, but very peaceful and relatively easy to get to using taxis and rickshaws, so ideal for anyone who wants to stay in a quieter area. We had great ocean views from our balcony and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A new hotel, with all the amenities.

We were welcomed at the hotel with a glass of cold juice, asked to relax while all the paperwork was done, then shown to our room. A clean, comfortable, a/c room with a tv, fridge and \"happy hour\" balcony. The hotel is on a dusty, but quiet road that will soon be paved. The staff are exceptional. They helped us with tours, local information as well as taking care of our onward bookings. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet menu, included, as well as a varied supper menu which is also very tasty.

The bad first - Donapaula is rather remote if one does not have their own transport - not many buses ply and autos/taxis are ridiculously expensive. It is better to hire a taxi for the day and much better to rent a (motor)bike. There is not much to see nearby. So far as the hotel itself is concerned, the only problem was the internet - we were just unable to connect and when we did, it was too slow. There were some periods where the connection worked and was moderately fast, but overall, internet access was poor. On the bright side, the hotel is excellent and moderately priced. The breakfast is good and hearty, the staff very polite, courteous and helpful. They also give you good \"touristy\" advice on what you may do/where you may go, if you ask them. They have tie-ups with cabbies and bike rentals, so it is very easy to get transport if you are willing to pay a little more (the prices are a little high compared to what one may find outside) The rooms are neat and clean - very well maintained too. Would recommend this place to anyone that has their own transport.
