Sarah
The room was dirty and the mattress was stained. All the towels and sheets had a yellow tint. It was family owned, I witnessed the man walking along the back side of the hotel looking up into peoples windows. I went and checked out early immediate.
Ruby
Well for 1 the hot tub was covered so it appeared not to be functioning and the pool wall looked nasty. Also, 1 of the beds appeared not to be clean as the sheets and pillows were grey colored looking. I was so looking forward to the hot tub too.
Julie
They were very accommodating with any request. Even when they were very busy due to the evacuees from the wildfire in Colorado July of 2926. The only problem I saw was the pool, it needed the too tile, which was dark blue scrubbed.. and the water temp turned down. I could scrape the crude on the tile off with a fingernail. Other than that I had a very good long stay.
Daniel
Hot tub closed and looks like has been for a while. Breakfast missing some usual items. Room clean and sufficient. Nice bed.
Beverly
This hotel js disgusting. The sheets were dirty. The toilet and bathroom were filthy. The rooms smells like musty and like sweat. Service is poor and did not get a refund when we didn't even stay there.
William
Quiet, clean and right next door to a great place to eat.
Terrianne
Comfortable, clean room and an ideal location made our stay here very nice.
Dennis
Left a previous review of the first night, second night was way better, no one running up and down the halls all night, forgot to mention their free breakfast was awesome, tons of variety, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, etc., other than the lack of sleep the first night, overall a good experience, very close to my nephews house, so very convenient
Angelique
Check in was good. Checkout is 11 am at 8:45 am with a do not disturb on the door We had loud knocking on the door for housekeeping. Told them no. We were still there. Went to leave our room for checkout at 10:40 am and there was a large trash can blocking our door with the housekeeping cart next to it. Not a pleasant experience leaving.
Janet
Staff excellent
Amy
Upon arrival we had issues with the bed, it was broken. There was no option for maintenance to fix or another room to go to. Additionally, the fire alarm went off from around 6:15 a.m. through 8:15 a.m. with no communication from the front desk regarding what was happening. There was no communication when it was happening nor afterward.
Kathy
Things might be changing - you absolutely cannot check in at 2:30, no one is there to help you. Yes, check in is 3, but apparently there is no flexibility. The bedding is not as good, but the bed is comfortable. The food is the same everyday
Crystal
Our room was superb when it came to cleanliness. Smelled good, fresh bed. Breakfast had wide variety, something for everyone. Staff was easy to find if needed. There was a pool to relax in. Love this place, will be back if traveling through again.
Joseph
The first room was beyond filthy. The floor, bedding, and bathroom were not clean! Asked to be moved to a new clean room, and the second room was not much better. Ended up sleeping on the top of the bedding. The walls are super thin, and you can hear everything from the rooms on either side of you. Will not be staying here ever again.
Tiffany
Check in was easy went to use the pool and the hot tub was out of service but it has been for over a year now bed was comfortable and the shower was nice
Robert
I had a very brief stay. The people at the front desk were helpful when I forgot a razor. My room was clean and adequate and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good as well. It is a 3-star hotel and does a good job at that.
Kymberly
I ended up only staying 1 night and ended up leaving around 3:00pm the following day. I had to stay there until I was able to check into my new room I booked in Colorado Springs which was about 45min away but definitely worth the drive! The beds made me and my kids highly itchy and they aren’t comfortable at all the breakfast is not that great either. The pool was like a hot tub 😭 the room we ended up going to had an indoor pool to but their water was just right. The bathrooms are also nasty. I’m sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this place.
David
Breakfast was good.
Valerie
Love this location and comfort of the rooms.
Jaroslaw
Waited 1 hour to check in
Angela
Nice clean and comfortable!

I stay here for business twice a year. With the new ownership and management it has completely gone down hill.
Unfriendly staff, room smelled musty, sheets and pillow cases with a yellow stained tint, cold breakfast, no plates on the second day.
Very disappointed.

It was a little run down but breakfast bar was awesome

An average stay. Don’t let the high reviews fool you
kevin
Way too small work space. So much other stuff on desk that there was no room to work
Susan
Clean staff friendly
Aaron
Didn’t feel clean and amenities were in unavailable without any mention online before booking
Scott
Very convenient and pleasant facility. Clean and comfortable, at a very reasonable rate.
Renee
This was my second time staying at this holtel. The staff remembered me and were so welcoming. Clean rooms, amazing beds, and even better people. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in town!\"
Ana
Was good could use better breakfast and fix their pool
Elizabeth
The staff was very friendly but the hot tub and pool were not available. The sign said it was shut down since September by Pueblo Health Department. The sink was slow draining and dirty - which was repaired but I had to report it twice to get it addressed. They had no change for the vending machines at the front desk. The manager brought change from his room. The tib spigot leaked. It was okay but I would not stay here again .
Tim
The hot tub was the reason we booked the room and it was
\"temporarily closed\". You shouldn't actively advertise it when it is closed.......so disappointed.

The staff was extremely courteous and attentive The room was very clean
Raven
The towels were stained. There was what looked to be like feces on the wall near bathroom. The lights flickered when the the plug in was used near the sink. When I asked for full service of the room they refolded the dirty towels it appeared and did not change the sheets, just made the bed.
Keith
Great staff!
Michelle
Friendly staff, clean, safe and comfortable room
Douglas
Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Stephanie
Food was your standard quick breakfast options, staff was quiet, but fine. Rooms were clean, AC worked. Only bummer was no elevator and their inside pool/spa was closed
Tom
Room was not all that clean. Bathroom floor and floor inside the door desperately needed mopped. Bottom of tub did not look very clean either. The pleather on the chair was worn and peeling.
Douglas
Clean room
Renee
I had a very comfortable stay. Staff was really nice and approchable. I was impressed by the levell of cleanliness as well.
Lynda
Clean room pleasant front desk staff
Marc
Room was clean and the team at the hotel was polite but not overly expressing willingness to help. We were disappointed that the advertised pool and hot tub were not available because the county had closed it down 3 months prior and nothing has been done to fix it. The pool was not the reason for our stay, but definitely wish they would have that removed from their Expedia listing if it is not going to be available.
Ashlea
The room felt neglected. It was filthy. The floors were so bad that our feet were dark and dirty after walking on them, left black marks on the mat in the bathroom. The walls in the bathroom were gross and hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
There was old food and crumbs all along the side of the bottom of the fridge, trash wrappers next to the bed frames.
Our trash wasn't emptied nor did we receive more towels after the 1st night of our stay.
There was no pride in caring for this hotel. Don't let the pictures deceive you, the rooms don't really look like the pictures advertised.
Unfortunately we won't be staying here again which is a a shame since this is the only hotel in Pueblo West.

we cancelled our reservation due to no pool and was still charged for the room after being told we could cancel with no penalties
Susan
Clean comfortable bed and good breakfast options. Plenty parking for trailer. Pass key excellent food and service right across the street. Staff were helpful and good customer service. Downside, no elevator and I was charged full price even though my $125.00 + key dollars were applied when I reserved room for 4 nights. They said I had to call the admin office to get a refund
Jolene
The room was reasonably clean; staff was friendly. The breakfast was not refreshed with whatever they offered and the pool and hot tub was not functional. Very disappointed.
Robert
Best check in ever

We’ve stayed at this property several times. The main reason was while moving to Florida and having things done on our Pueblo West property. This was before the ownership change. Property was maintained, pool was open and side door was accessible. We’ve stayed several times since while returning to Pueblo to visit my mother. With this last stay, we probably won’t return. The pool again was not working, side entrance not accessible. No housekeeping. Breakfast was consistent with a couple of items missing. Fortunately we did stay in a somewhat updated room, but one of the sheer curtain panels was missing. We were happy to see it at least had laminate flooring. We’ve stayed in the business suite, but the couch is very dated and damaged. Staff prior to ownership change was always visible, friendly and willing to assist. Staff now is never visible and answers to request are always negative. The price was nice especially since we’ve seen room rates posted at twice what we paid during certain times. There is no way this hotel can justify 2+ the price we paid in the condition it’s in. A little TLC and friendliness would go a long way to improve the property. We travel to the area about every 6 weeks and will seek other lodging in the future.

Everything was great. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and fast check in
Jessica
Heater had a lot of dirt and debris in it. The elevator was out of service and the pool was closed for inspection.
Jamie
My room was fantastic! Garreddy at the Front Desk was awesome. Seems like he does everything there, including the breakfast buffet! It’s a small hotel but I felt very safe and the bathroom amenities were great.
Lynda
My stay 2 weeks ago was better. The front desk staff was ready for my early check in because of my surgery. The new clerk wanted to charge me $20 to cut a key and leave it at the front desk at 1pm even though I co

I had surgery day of checkin. They knew in advance and had everything ready. I had my day surgery went to the hotel. The front desk check in woman left notes for the others. It was a great experience. I am going back for my second surgery on the 27th and I will do it again!

Very convenient for my stay in town. It was a nice hotel and room was a great value. I will return when I need to stay in Pueblo West.

The tub didn’t drain .
Housekeeping entered my room 2 different times that I am aware of with the Do Not Disturb sign on my door
The pool was out of service and has been for awhile. I never would have stayed there if I had known that. ( False Advertising)
I told the manager before I ever entered my room that I didn’t want to stay there and I wanted to transfer my booking to another hotel since I booked through Expedia and she said I couldn’t and talk to Expedia.
I contacted Expedia and they said I had to deal with the hotel. What a scam….
I paid $2300.00 for this crappy hotel
All Quality Inns are terrible and I will let everyone know and Expedia is just a scam and everyone will know that too.

Needs improvement
The room is outdated and needs some renovations on the furniture. However, the bed was comfortable and I slept so good and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I was also really dissappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed due to them being unsafe to occupy, whatever that means.

Terrible hotel!! First room we were given smelled of disinfectant and when we turned on the AC to help there were what appeared to be rodent droppings in the vents. The front desk reluctantly gave us another room that also smelled strongly of food. Beds were awful. Property is old and does not have an elevator. Do yourself a favor -spend more and get a better room somewhere else. This was at best a $50 hotel not $165!!
Ami
Clean room and i loved the breakfast. Quick check in. Would definitely stay here again.
Charles
Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to the desk for check in. Even called the front desk while at the front desk and still no one showed up or answered the phone. The rest of the stay was fine.
Lynn
This place needs a serious upgrade! It stinks, it’s very rundown. The pool was actually condemned!! No joke, there was a sign on the pool entrance that the pool has been condemned. Don’t stay here. Expedia needs to step it up, they have no business advertising and allowing customers to book such a shabby property!!
Rich
Tried to check in and no one was at the desk for 30 minutes. Pool was closed by order of the health department. The remote control for the TV was broken. They ran out of food at the free breakfast.
Wendi
Front desk person was amazing and a huge help!
Gene
The location was excellent for our needs.

We were able to check in at 10:30pm, after being at the state fair all day. Check in was fast and easy and the lady at the front desk was amazingly friendly. They also had hot coffee which made my night.

Nice Place
The staff was friendly. Not exceptional, but friendly. We needed another night and they gave us a good price.
James
The area around the property wasn't all that appealing and there is not a lot of dining options.
Davin
Customer service is horrible.

Colorado trip
TV, Phone, and hair dryer didn't work. Tried calling front desk from our cell phone but no one answered. Room is very dated, had yellowed pillow cases and black stains on towels.
Brittany
I think the family who bought it lives there when we asked for a king bed they told us it was sold out. Smelt like curry.

Best Hotel Ever!!
I had a demanding week, and the Quality Inn graciously offered my kids, pets and I a week of comfort. I felt safe and secure, and the rooms were impeccably clean, with service that was friendly and welcoming. Moreover, I would like to express that, having stayed in many high-end hotels, this one truly exceeds them all! Thank you to the team at Pueblo West Quality Inn!
William
The bed wasn’t finished being made at least I hope that was the problem. There was urine on the toilet. I dirty towel left on the sink from maybe wiping above the light or something. It just wasn’t clean. We came and checked in them left and came back late and didn’t want to bother with it. Will not be back!
Nate
The customer service was great appreciated the EV chargers, unfortunately everything needed updated. The beds were horrible to sleep in. You went to the middle. They are old and outdated. The room carpet is dirty and nasty and outdated. Some money needs to be put back into the hotel for upkeep.
