Clean room, friendly staff.
Matthew
Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was really good. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely come back
Michelle
The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, but not a huge selection. Staff was super kind and helpful
Madison
Sheets kept popping off the bed all night because they were too small. No other complaints!
Cindy
The breakfast could have been a little better.
Tim
Nice clean facility, most parking was on a slope, but was fine. Breakfast choices were disappointing after what we were told when we enquired (only one protein choice being scrambled eggs). Potatoes were very spicy. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable.
Robb
People were very nice and helpful, breakfast was very mediocre, tables/chairs dirty, pool and gym were nice and clean. Beds decent, bathroom could’ve been a lot cleaner.
Sammy
Breakfast was the same everyday.
Coffee machine in the lobby makes brown water (barely any hint of coffee taste).
The place is new and very clean. The staff was great!

The good thing was it was super clean my main thing I look for in a hotel but I did not enjoy the pool area much and the breakfast was not good at all so
Kasie
No coffee maker in the room.
Rebecca
Unfortunately, our experience started on a frustrating note. We arrived ready to check in and waited at the front desk for over 15 minutes before anyone returned to assist us. There was no sign, explanation, or acknowledgment of the delay, which made for a poor first impression after a long day of travel.
We were also uncomfortable with several homeless individuals wandering through the lobby area during that time. While we understand hotels can’t control everything happening nearby, the lobby did not feel particularly secure or well-monitored.
The room itself was fine, but the lack of front desk coverage and the overall atmosphere in the lobby left us disappointed. I hope management can improve staffing and guest experience at check-in.

Richard
Maybe a cheerful person at the desk instead of one that appeared to be sleeping.
Matthew
Wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend!
Latasha
Great experience, pleasant staff, clean and quiet room
Eva
Very clean. Comfy beds
michelle
This hotel is new, modern and very clean. The extra touch of a filtered water dispenser in the lobby and 24 hour coffee and teas was a hit with us.
Gregory
Breakfast would be great if served at 6 am. I leave early for work. Housekeeping is inconsistent. One day everything done. Other day, linens done with trash piling up. Last night, nothing was done. Might just do AirB&B instead
Ghyslain
Everyone was helpful at the hotel. Thank you
John
This is my first business stay at Avid and I really appreciated the return to doing the basics and doing them well. The room met all my basic needs - cleanliness, comfortable bed, workspace, good WiFi, window coverings. The breakfast was also basic and done well: eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, excellent Costa coffee (fresh grind and brew). They have fruit and muffins as well. I will certainly look for Avid on my next business trip.
sarah
Super clean room and common areas. Decent breakfast.
Susan
The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were amazing.
David
Clean
Eric
Room very sparse with little furniture and tile floors. Pretty minimal and unappealing breakfast.
Jenna
We arrived later than we thought we would, person at the desk was helpful and nice.
Margaret
Our room was cozy and had just the right amenities.
Amanda
The hotel is newer and has been maintained very well. Everything was very clean, the included breakfast had hot food, I really have no complaints. I would stay there again. It was very close to restaurants and close access to I-25
Brian
Clean, reasonable price, great breakfast.
Eve
Very clean. Open and airy.
Johnathon
not perfect but pretty good hotel
Robin
Initial review upon check-in was the room wasn’t cleaned. The staff jumped right on it and did a great job cleaning it up.
Muriel
Very quiet and staff is very helpful.
Margaret
The room was very loud. I could hear the conversation in one room and Law and Order playing in another room. It went on most of the night. The bed was pretty comfortable but the room overall was fairly small. The breakfast was slightly better than the standard at other equivalent hotels. I was suprised that staff, except breakfast attendant, seemed uncommunicstive to point of being rude. I don't think i would chose to stay at an AVID again.
Linette
Easy access off of I-25. Close to shopping and not too far from the hospital. Had a procedure early morning and stayed here so we didn't have to drive hours in the am. Convenient.

Newer hotel but with obvious wear and tear. Elevator wasnt working and the 1 elevator that did work was lacking in cleanliness. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly.

Clean rooms, yummy breakfast and courteous staff.

The staff was great, the breakfast was delicious and the room was ok. It could be cleaned better. Stains on the walls, hair in the showers, empty conditioner bottle.

I only really had one issue with the stay is that there wasn’t a microwave in my room and I couldn’t heat up my food without going to the breakfast area
But great clean hotel still deserves 5 stars

Clean room, convenient hotel and parking, nice breakfast. The only thing was there is no one at the front desk when we arrived in the late afternoon and no one when we checked out in the morning when we left. They seem to be sitting in the back. The lobby is left with no one. Seems odd.
George
entire hotel was perfectly cleaned from top to bottom and the staff was awesome

Love the atmosphere

Best place I’ve stayed at in town. Visually appealing, very clean, smelled amazing, and the breakfast was by far the best I’ve had at a stay that included breakfast. Highly recommend!

This hotel was amazing. My partner and I drove 16 hours and were exhausted, we saw avid hotel and from reviews it seemed like the cleanest and safest location. I was weary at check in as reviews from other locations stated rude workers but I was greeted my the nicest lady. I may not have made sense as I was running on no sleep but she still made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was clean and we enjoyed the coffee machine. Will be staying here again.

This hotel was very relaxing and comfortable! Nice gym and pool. The hotel is decorative and stylish. The staff at front desk very attentive & helpful.

Very clean, almost surgical. But no carpet in the room, no hair dryer, no room coffee pot, not even a closet. No amenities that one would expect. Felt very much like an upgraded and modernized Motel 6.
Would have been an OK place to stay if it were about $60. For just passing though looking for a quick stop off the highway, if it's the cheapest option... go for it. For comfort... walk away.

The elevator’s were sticky and needed to be mopped. The hospitality staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast was just okay. Could use more options. The walls of our room needed to be cleaned. The mirror in the room was also dirty. Otherwise the linens and towels were clean and the house maids did a good job keeping our room clean.
Marta

Staff was amazing!! Super friendly, helpful & kind! My first room was pretty good!! It had the best soaking tub in the world and enough grab bars I was able to get out of the tub easily! First time in over 5 years. Since my first back surgery! I asked for the floor to be cleaned while I was out, everything was swept under the bed.
My second room was not as clean! They told me it was ready for me to move into, but in my opinion it should have been rechecked before they let someone check in. I have rather short grey hair and found long dark hair in the bathroom skin. When I complained about it they didn’t seem to care. The front staff did come clean it but he asked if he should instead of offering! My floor looked ok. But when I spilled my bucket of ice and cleaned it up with the bath mat the mat was black so the staff sweeps if visibly needed and same for mopping!
Breakfast there was not much to write home about! No waffle maker! Toaster was on one counter and bread & bagels were elsewhere. One flavor juice, 2% milk & almond milk only! I dislike both!
They had washers but NO dryers and not enough hangers in the room for one load to be hung up!
That’s my 2 cents worth! Take it or leave it!
