Had never stayed at this brand of motel and will definitely stay again. Awesome people, awesome attitudes, and determined to help you no matter what it is you are looking for-

We were very impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Unlike most hotels, we couldn't hear voices coming from outside our room. It was nice and quiet, beds were very comfortable. The only things we could complain about were the free breakfast (not enough food and coffee for the number of patrons and lack of food choices), and the coffee maker we requested from the front desk had not been cleaned. There were still grounds in the basket and the carafe was dirty. Still, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Michelle
Clean room, friendly staff
christina
Can't say enough good things about the staff. They were incredibly busy when we got there, but helped us, and helped everyone around us. There were so many people there on evacuation orders, and the kindness that the staff showed everyone will not be forgotten. The hotel itself was nothing crazy, but it was what we needed. The breakfast was not great, but could easily be explained by a large, unplanned, influx of longer-term residents.
John
Great place to stay and nice location
Malgorzata
Brand new property, clean, and friendly. Room cleaning services available only once a week. Breakfast options were not impressive- yogurt, prepackaged eggs, granola bars, oatmeal packs. Breakfast self served until 9:30 am. At 8:30 pm no yogurt or eggs available. No one restocked it. Had to get breakfast somewhere else.
Jen

This was a wonderful place to stay. It had all we needed as a family having been on a trip for 5 days. The only thing I wish they had was spoons for the yogurt and oatmeal.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was great and very helpful. we did have trouble with the room card not working and several times had to have the card reactivated. The hotel was in a great location and easy to get to. I did not like having to download an app to use the laundry facilities.
Paul
The continental breakfast was not restocked leaving very little choice for those that didn’t come early. I got there 30 minutes before the end of the service, and the coffee was gone. In my opinion the coffee and hot water for tea should be a 24 hour service.
Christi
This was the most basic hotel ever. No one was ever at the front desk, zero kitchen supplies in the room (silverware, cups, plates, utensils, nothing) weird for an “ Extended Stay” that has a kitchenette in the room. Some of the most basic amenities in a hotel room were not provided. Plastic bag for laundry. Nope. Hair dryer. Nope. Shampoo and conditioner. Nope. The workout facility had 3 cardio machines in a very small unventilated room with no wipes to wipe anything down. The “grab and go breakfast” was disappointing. Nothing to grab both days and empty coffee pot during “breakfast hours”. The only thing that kept me there was the room was clean, the shower was hot with good pressure and the bed was comfortable. But…I wouldn’t go back.

Excellent experience

Very nice place to stay for a night and even better if you are working in the area. Rooms have a stove, microwave, apartment size refrigerator, and sink.
Aaron
Great all around

Staff were very helpful and attentive
Erin
Only 1 ice machine in whole building.

It was Ambers first night alone on the job and the washer for the linens was down so needless to say there was rooms not being able to be cleaned. However after some time elapsed Amber delivered what we reserved!! The bed was very comfortable & relaxing - not to mention very quiet. Great nights sleep

Room was very clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby!!! It was nice and quiet, had everything I needed, and just an overall pleasant experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit sad but that would be my only complaint. I would absolutely stay here again.
Michael
Great place to stay in a secure area with lots of stores in the area. Best hotel for the price!
Miriam
Room was nice and clean. Staff was great. My only complaint is that the bathroom did not have counter space next to the sink to put toilettes.
mike
The room was very nice, but made ticking noises after taking a shower that lasted two hours.
There was no hair conditioner for use, had to buy our own. This was an inconvenience that was not expected

Very clean and modern room. Quiet facility. Loved the added touches like closet organizer, coat hooks by the door, hangers. The breakfast options could be improved upon. All that was offered was coffee and packaged oatmeal, grain bars, packaged hard boiled eggs, packaged muffins and yogurt. No fresh fruit. Lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely stay here again.
April
My only complaint was I had to ask for a cup and the coffee maker instead of it being in the room already.
Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The staff was rude, the young lady at the front desk when I tried to return the key cards just staring at me and not even said thank you.
The coffee for breakfast it was just water, they admitted that it wasn’t proper made so they need to do it again.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Parking is easy and accessible. Parking lot well lit at night. Grab and Go breakfast is nice. Rooms and clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Special thanks to Nellie for going above and beyond to assist me.
Datum
My family and I love this property. It has everything I need and leans hard into convenience. The location is fantastic with lots of shopping in the area. Easy parking with good lighting helps me feel safe coming and going. The staff is great and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is the only area that could use a bit of umph as it is pretty darned basic. However, the kitchen is decent and so making breakfast is easy.
Helen
You had to ask for cooking utensils etc. They don't have a hot cooked breakfast, just packaged muffins, breakfast bars, yogurt, fruit and coffee. More of a take a snack .

Make sure to ask if they have fixed their plumbing issues before booking. Almost my entire stay there was no running water. Front desk stated it was cause they had never been completely booked before and to wait and hopefully it would return. Eventually the smallest trickle of water was available so toilets were able to be flushed, however not enough water or pressure to take a halfway decent shower. I travel a lot and this was not my first or second choice of accommodations but because the property is fairly new I took a chance. Breakfast to go was weak but honestly wasn’t expecting much. The only positive experience was Conner at the front desk. Excellent customer service.

Check-In was great; Nellie is extremely friendly & professional. She informed us of breakfast time & location & even gave us coffee & a coffee pot/filters when we said we wake earlier than breakfast time. Room was very clean, only suggestion I’d make is adding full length mirrors to rooms. Even though it’s near I-25 it’s VERY quiet; we got great night’s rest. Wish there was a formal outdoor patio but it is a newer hotel so maybe in the future. Shopping, restaurants, convenience stores & Starbucks are all extremely close. There’s also laundry facilities on site

Great!
Deborah
All was good except that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom and only small bottle of shampoo and bar of soap was provided. Other hotels are offering large bottles in the shower area of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and also lotion, they also leave you makeup sheets. But other than that everything was great.
Cynthia
The front desk girl accidentally checked in another couple to our room. We happened to still be there but it was definitely unnerving how easy that happened. She didn’t really seem to care with a quick sorry. Won’t stay there again
Michelle
Easy parking, wonderful staff, spotlessly clean room, good dining & shopping options nearby.
James
Clean room, easy check in. Semi comfortable bed.
Greg
Excellent room and location
Ginger
Nellie was such a blessing. Very sweet and accommodating. Went above and beyond! Will definitely stay there again.
Rosalynn
Though the property is new, the room smelled of body odor and cheap cologne which means its unclear of how the property conducts cleaning. No carpet in the room made it seem if we were sleeping in a commercial property like an office. The breakfast was just coffee and breakfast bars. It was not worth the money we paid.
Valerie
Staff was super friendly, room was relaxing, very clean!
Angela
The staff was exceptionally helpful, the room very clean. I do wish they would add waffles to the breakfast items as that’s one of my faves during a hotel stay.
Tina
Everything was great and the staff was awesome.

I guess I didn’t realize that the room was so sparse. No coffee maker, no coffee cups, no lotion, etc. Reminds me of a super eight motel or motel six for decorations and furniture. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed is firm, but OK. Fortunately, the price was quite low comparatively.
Darah
The room was amazing! The staff was excellent! Diamond in the rough!
ADEDOTUN
Nice clean space. Breakfast is non existent in my opinion. No cooking appliances in the room. You have to requests from front desk, I believe for an additional cost. Only true negative for me was the lack of breakfast.

Staff was great. Greated us quickly, very friendly and helpful. Property was clean, room was clean and updated.
The only thing bad was the uncomfortable bed! Didn't sleep a wink.

Their hospitality is top notch. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room feels new, clean and spacious. It has kitchen and no carpet floor! The hotel provide free gym and laundry (not free). This place is close to shops area.
Minor flaw, hope they serve more varieties for the breakfast (^-^).
This hotel exceeded my expectations. So far, this hotel is the best.

Daily garbage might be nice. Nothing was done in 4 days. Decent place.
Christine
Courteous staff, clean establishment, safe surrounding, plenty of choices to eat, nearby shopping.
Randy
Hotel was conveniently located off highway next to several restaurants and shopping. Building was in great shape and well maintained from outside. Check in was great and staff was able to get us in early. Fantastic service from staff. Inside of hotel and lobby was. Wry clean, smelled fresh and well taken care of.
Room was excellent!! Exceptionally clean and fresh. Paint, amenities, bed, tv shower were all in great shape and new!
Unexpected suprise was there was full size refill with top freezer, microwave and cooktop in the room which was more like a 5 star hotel or a timeshare type of room.
Highly recommend this hotel for next stay in the Pueblo area. Excellent price.Excellent staff, clean and comfortable
Will definitely stay here again when coming through area!!

coffee wasn’t very good
John
The location is very good for us when we visit our Grandchildren who live in Pueblo West.
Cindy
Found out I would have to go to the front desk to get supplies for the kitchen. At least put the coffee pot in there. It was weird that the cupboards were bare…
Dana
Clean rooms. Quiet. Friendly staff.
Datum
I was a training manager for a premier hotel brand. That has made me a very critical traveler. This property blew me away. Everything was perfect from the staff, to cleanliness, to the functional design of the room. This is now my go-to hotel for stays in this area and the brand will be put at the top of my searches in other areas. Excellent job.
Brent
We literally found a fingernail in our bedding. That was so gross, but it was accompanied by a fair amount of hair too. The breakfast was scant and did not match what was listed. Plus the coffee was weak. I will never stay at this site again.
Fredonna
Such a great stay! The staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. The room was spotlessly clean and quite comfortable. There were several grab-and-go breakfast options. We will be back!
Jennifer
It was fine but I never saw staff at the front desk. The breakfast was meager. The vending machine was broken. The room was sparse but adequate.
Jeffrey
Staff was nice, and clean room
Anjanette
We were passing through town and decided we better stop for the night. We arrived after hours and the front desk got us checked in quickly and without problem. Friendly, clean, comfortable and economical. We will stay again the next time we come to town.
Jillian
No rooms clean and staff very rude
Shawna
I stayed there while my father was in the hospital. Due to the serious nature of his illness I had to modify my reservation multiple times. Easy peasy. Everyone was so helpful. It was nice to have a kitchen so I didn’t have to eat hospital food the whole time.
Jael
Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff and will absolutely stay there again

When I checked in I was given keys to a room that was occupied. It was an awkward moment of walking into someone’s room and I would have been extremely upset if someone walked into my room. It made me really nervous.
The room was really clean and comfortable. A lot of space.
They don’t provide a lot of toiletries. Just a bar of soap and a small shampoo. Nothing else.

The room was clean and comfortable however the check in process was terrible. There was nobody at the desk. Rang the bell and a girl came out to tell us that she had to go find the other girl. Line was piling up and still nobody. Guess the front desk lady was dealing with a situation with another party accusing another worker of stealing their bags and ipad. Next morning we went at 730 to the breakfast and there was nothing but yogurt, nutragrain bars and instant oatmeal. Coffee was out and the front dedk guy said he was not going to make anymore. Also there wasnt any water juice or milk. The free breakfast they advertise was a joke. Good thing we didn't have kids with us.

Nice place to stay on your way. Overall very clean, not much to expect from the breakfast and the hotel is conveniently located next to the highway.

Staff was nice! The inside of the hotel wasn’t clean hallway were dirty as if hasn’t been vacuum in weeks and rooms were not ready when we checked in. The eating area wasn’t cleaned either!

This is a really nice place. Looks new and has some advantages for a long time stay. fridge, stove, sink, dresser and a nice closet. It is also in a great location. Everything you could want to do is within 10-15 mins of driving.
Graciela
I like the cleanliness
Alan
SUPERB hotel stay.
Wonderful 2-night stay. Everything was SUPERB! Extended Stay America is our new favorite hotel.
Scott
The room was super clean and quiet. The bed was extremely uncomfortable unfortunately.. but that may just be my preference in mattress. The bathroom was nice. Toiletries were minimal. The staff were amazing and so friendly. I will be coming back again this weekend and get a king room on my travels to Pueblo. I was happy this hotel was far away from the areas you have to worry about crimes. The parking lot is well lit and it’s away from the areas where you see a lot of break ins and theft.

At check-in, I was asked, \"Do you have a room preference?\" I didn't.
So I was offered a 4th floor choice with a view of Pike's Peak.
You guys know how to hook a new customer. I'll be looking for Extended Stay Suites from now on!

Check in is slow, bathroom wasn’t spotless (somebody else’s hair in the sink), but otherwise was really good. Quiet. Comfy bed.
