Awful all round

The room was filthy. Big toenail cut off on the nightstand. Sticky floors and even stickier in the bathroom. Microwave unplugged and gooey. The good news is the third floor corner room is quiet. The bad news is the mattress on the bed very soft had some lumps in it but I made it work with the one and a half soft pillows I provided. TV and its remote barely function but I worked around it by hitting buttons on the TV. All in all reasonably good location and what do you want for this kind of money.

The staff was super friendly. My stay was quiet and the beds were comfy. I’d happily stay again
Gary
Holes in the bed sheets and cover. Floor needed a good cleaning.

How did this hotel get a rating of 8? Maybe I read it wrong and it said 0.8 .
Worst hotel I have stayed at in years.

I rented this hotel for one night on our way to Denver, I thought why rent a more expensive hotel when it's just one night to sleep. this hotel was awful it was so dirty and underkept. the curtains were dirty; the light fixtures were torn. the door to the restroom was hard to close and just over all dirty. I got the two-bed option, and the bed was too small for two adults we had to sleep literally touching. we were so grossed out but we checked in like at 2am so too late to go searching for another room. we got out of there as soon as we could didn't even showered. in addition the room is noisy you can hear the bathroom water.

Place felt sketchy. No electricity all night.

The room lacked: table, chair, bathroom floor tile, folding portable luggage stand, facial tissue 'Kleenex'.
Needed: new bed cover and additional furniture.
All of the preceding is expected with a 2 star motel and the price.
This motel is a 1 or 1.5.
Also, the Wifi was not consistently accessible from the 2nd floor room.

Man this place was in rough shape. The bedsteads are like cots, with metal legs at each 4 corners, perfect for stubbing toes. They were cheap* and it seemed they do the best they can (ie seemed clean) but floor soft and sagging in spots, everything beat up/chipped/unrepaired. Felt kinda like the place you'd get murdered in your sleep. * despite the cheap price ($47?) I think we actually paid ($66?) thru Expedia so the booking agents are making bank mebbe making place like this seem more respectable....

No chair in room. Towels were threadbare. No water glasses. People in the next room were loud all night. Yes ALL night. With the tv volume on 10. Had a horrible stay.
David
Clean room, quiet, and conveniently located close to a gas station and restaurant.
Vanessa
The worst I was made to move my car out the parking lot
Linda
Room was filthy and we did not feel safe at this hotel

Lots of parking.
Mike
This is a rough hotel. You get what you pay for. Rooms are old, floors are warped, missing and dirty. Equipment is showing its age. Not the best part of Pueblo either.
Debra
Room clean .It had 1 end table by bed. No chairs or desk. Some paint missing on wall.Sink clean but stained. Ok for 1 night...bear bones hotel.
Holly
Mattress hard, pillows tiny, bed so close to the wall, we xoulsnr get in. Then the drug deals outside our room with cars and screaming music were icing on the cake.
Dan
The worst! I programmed the TV myself to operate. Bath area had trash on the floor. Toilet was filthy. Key card failed and had to be replaced by might staff on a day long absence. Bed frame did not match the mattress. Mattress was old and lumpy. Pillows were flat to non-existence. You want cheap stay here, you will get cheap.
John
There was SAND inside the bed sheets -- but the Staff personnel are super excellent, wonderful !

It was easy to find parking, and there were plenty of rooms available, but the room smelled weird…. Like an old barracks.
Ray
Its old hotel. You get what you pay for.

Worst place I've ever stayed. One star is too high of a rating. They should have paid me to stay there. Room was not very clean. Stains Etc in tub and sink were painted over. Straight hot water was barely warm. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and I never got any sleep. At a quarter after 7:00 there was no coffee to be had.
Joe
The room was bad the sink didn’t drain neither the shower no hot water it was warm
Lou
it was ok, it's old . The staff fine . I payed to much.

Bathroom was not clean

The only downside we'd have to say is the poor Wi-Fi connection and limited cable channels available. We have a toddler and he was wanting Disney or Nickelodeon but none of those was available. And with the WiFi always going out he couldn't use his tablet.
Jolene
Workers are a joke
Mary
Very accommodating for those in need of longer stay and definitely the best rate in town.
Kelli
Great location and comfortable living quarters 😁
Brandon
For the price deal i cant complain to much. however, the 2 pillows were razor thin, yes it was pretty clean overall. The toilet was dirty, and the shower which was designed for a 4ft human was missing the shower curtain and there was no chair to sit in. Thats all i got
Kyllian
Great place and out of the weather...

Room was disgusting. Left over drugs on the air conditioner, dog food on the floor. No shower curtain. Will never stay there again.

Very nice staff and clean rooms
Mary
Very satisfied with my stay!
Andrew
Nice check in clerk. Very quiet, as we stayed in the back.
But you get what you pay for. Thin mattress & pillows, total 3 towels. Room definitely shows it age. Desperately needs a deep through cleaning, which is typical of low budget hotels. We'd stay again, just for the low price, don't expect much

The rate is unbeatable in Pueblo and they let you stay longer, which I really appreciate. This is a great hotel for those on a budget.

Nothing bad happened during my stay, but all the people associated with this property, both guests and employees, made me feel uneasy due to their behavior or appearance. But again, no negative experiences.
Mary
The cheapest hotel in town, but meets all your needs!

Mold around bathroom tub. Shower head was really low. Had to squat down to rinse my head. Room was dated and flooring is coming apart. Shady individuals walking around premises.
