The room was clean and the staff was ok but didn’t go out of the way. The beds weren’t very comfortable and sheets were rough. My biggest complaint is we were charged a $70 fee for our dogs which was never disclosed. They just put it on our credit card after we left. I would have stayed elsewhere had I known they were going to do that.

The modern exterior for this hotel shown on this website is not this hotel. Very disappointed when we arrived because of this. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Front desk gave us directions to walk to riverfront which were wrong due to construction. I feel they should have known about that and it was nighttime and ended up walking in dimly lit, uncertain area to get where we were going. Lobby area was nice. Bathroom shower had dirt accumulated on shower inside and out. That wasn't great. Bed was comfortable. Parking lot has a fence around it, which was welcome. Breakfast was all processed foods - just offering plain oatmeal would have been welcome.

The hotel interior was average overall but the parking lot was very limited in the front. We had to park in the back which was secluded and had homeless people sleeping on the sidewalks. The room was not prepared very well, we had no hand soap or trash bags. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was limited.

I had a suite and it was super clean, very nice, large and relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful, big, had excellent lighting and a wonderful shower (loved the herringbone tile pattern!), it felt like a spa. I enjoyed having a large refrigerator for my weeklong stay, especially that the freezer had ice, and I made use of the dishes and dishwasher. I loved having two large TVs and two separate lounging areas. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine (just wished they had bacon), the coffee was great. If I ever go back to Pueblo I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The room had potential, but the bathroom was filthy, moldy. The floors in the room had debris on them. The dishes the room keeps in the kitchenette were dirty with chunks of dried food. The wall had something like blood splatter by the bathroom. At checkout there's nobody at the desk.

Our room was quite small and since I was there for a bike race, there wasn’t much space for my bike, but we made it work. Our room was nice and clean for the most part but the bathroom floor seemed a little dirty.

Totally understand that we are in the high desert and need to conserve water, but the water pressure was abysmal and I was not able to wash my hair. To have this huge shower and then the showerhead only trickle out was disappointing, but the temperature was great. The beds are always very comfortable when we stay at Marriott, But we just wish our room was a little larger.

Very conveniently located to the start/finish of my race, but that also meant we dealt with a lot of traffic noise all night that woke us up. Just part of being downtown so we expected it.

First night we had a room with a bar below us that played loud music most of the night, and motorcycles driving by. Second night, we had a room that had a train going by throughout the night.
Breakfast had no cut-up fruit or bananas, and no almond milk. We'll never stay there again.

The gas station next door to the hotel has a problem with homeless population. So they blast opera music which can be heard loud and clear in our room....ALL NIGHT. I am currently listening to the music while I write this email. After a lousy night sleep I go to take a shower and all the soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Had to call the front to get soap to be able to take shower. Not a good stay by any means. Breakfast was low quality as well. After telling Allisa the manager about the problems, she said there wasn't anything she could do for me since I booked through a third party Expedia. Really!? Now I just had house keeping knock on my door at 11:05 wanting to clean room. Check out is 11:00 but I requested to the front desk 11:30 and had that approved by front desk, yet the are banging on the door. This place needs some help.

Absolutely the best!!!

TownePlace was conveniently located - everything was great. They had free breakfast - a complete kitchen setup and fridge in our room. For our family visit they had everything we needed and were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Felt very safe at all times. Was there with our baby grandson and had no issues. We will be back for sure.

Great Hotel in a not so great area

This hotel was awesome. Rooms were clean and the kitchenette were helpful with our extended stay. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were also very helpful. Only negative thing about place is the location and parking situation. They share a lot with another hotel and of you come back late in the evening you will find nothing up front and have to park in a dark back lot. Where there were quite a few ppl loitering and digging through the dumpsters

The staff and service are awesome. but I was disappointed at the property and construction. For a new hotel, the finishings seemed cheap and the walls were thin. Every time someone's door shut, I heard it. I heard the water running in other rooms. I heard the traffic outside my window. The bed was extremely soft and I had a hard time falling asleep.

We did not stay

We did not stay. The hotel looks really nice and I would have otherwise given higher stars, but the area did not appear to be safe. The neighboring run down convenience store was active & had a parking surveillance machine that would go off every few minutes. It’s also right next to the interstate overpass.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The property was spotless, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The amenities, including the pool and dining options, exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience!

Certain guests were loud during evening hours, disturbing the entire hotel. Front desk could do nothing to address the issue.

Go somewhere else

Checked in late. Hotel is brand new but in a very shady part of Pueblo. It shares a lot with another hotel in weird lot. Front parking lot is minuscule. NO front parking available so we had to park behind the hotel in a hardly-lit lot and walk two blocks, around both hotels, at midnight, to get back to front door because back gate to back door didn’t work. Bed was mid at best (felt older than the hotel). Shower as a joke - zero water pressure. Skipped breakfast because it was premade Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches lol. Finishes were nice and hotel is very modern. Should’ve been better and not worth more than $150/nt.
