The entire motel is run down and dirty! The first room we were given had an unassembled AC unit on the floor next to the bed. The second room did not have running water. We went to the office again and were told that there was a pollution problem a few months ago, so just let the water run. We asked for a bottle of water to brush our teeth. They told us they don’t provide water to guests that we could go up the street to a store! We opened the tap when we returned to the room and the water came out in a trickle and it was brown! We booked a nonsmoking room but unfortunately it was connected to a smoking room and the smell came right under the door. We stuffed a towel along the door bottom but it wasn’t much help. The TV remote control literally stuck to your hand! The sheets appeared okay, so we got our own water, spent the night and then left early in the morning to go find somewhere else to shower. Do NOT believe a single review that says anything positive about this place. Everything is misrepresented on the website and the staff is unprofessional and lacking in even the smallest amount of customer service.

We needed a place to stay for the night on short notice, and when we started to look there were few hotels with vacancies in and around Atlantic City. We just needed a place to get some sleep which this hotel was adequate. On the good side, the clerk called us to verify our arrival time. The lobby was locked up and front desk wasn’t manned, but the clerk was quick to respond for check in and later on to get ice which was located in the lobby. The wifi was excellent and the tv channel selection was great. The room itself was adequate for what we needed, but the photos on the website were either renovated rooms or selective photography. We had a non-smoking room, but you could definitely smell the residual smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Most of the amenities in the room were old. The mini fridge leaked water. The sink and bathtub had rust stains, and ran the water in the shower for about 30 seconds before it ran clear. I could not rate the pool because it was closed for the season and we had to leave before breakfast was available in the morning. The area where the hotel is located was far enough away from the road so that it is quiet, and there are a few fast food restaurants, gas station, and supermarket nearby.

Decent hotel for the money. To say it needs a few updates is like saying the Kardashians have had a few cosmetic surgeries done. I haven't seen a shower like that since the 80s. But it's clean, reasonably comfortable, and fairly priced. I didn't pay Ritz prices, so I never expected Ritz amenities. It's within easy striking distance of Atlantic City and there's reasonably priced food choices all around the hotel.

You get what you pay for. The floors have been updated but the walls, vanity and bath tub are dirty. Holes in the wall that were just pained over. Paid for a smoke free room, said smoke free on the door, yet the room STUNK or smoke. Husband went to shower and the water was tinged brown. People def live there. Again, was tolerable for a few hours after a wedding before driving home in the morning.

Guy in office solved the problem but seemed annoyed. My bed was extremely squeaky. No other real complaints about the room.

the Outside area was pretty quiet except on the second night we had a neighbor who got into a domestic fight with her man with her kids and called the cops on him. You can hear through the walls to the adjourning rooms. The furniture and certain fixtures definitely need updating ( hangers and certain things were rusted, toilet slightly leaking) Pool appeared clean though didn't hear the filters running. Just be aware of some of the patrons. appear like they may do some other "activities" Otherwise wasn't a bad stay.

Spare yourself and stay somewhere else. The motel is run down and grungy. There was POOP at the bottom of the pool. Tv didnt work. The bedding and towels had rogue hairs on them. The entire place felt grungy and dirty. The person next door was clearly living there and gave major creep vibes. Smoking rooms are right next to non smoking and the smell permeates through the walls which set off our allergies. Coffee maker didn’t work, refrigerator was hot. Toilet didn’t flush. It was awful.

Run! Do not stay at this place. Run as far away as you can. Spend the extra money on a different place. This place was absolute trash. And the only reason I’m giving it any stars is so that I can write a review and describe how horrible the conditions were. The pictures posted online do not resemble anything that the hotel rooms look like. You walk in the walls are half painted in cream and a dreadful blue the craftsmanship of the floors are poor, the bathroom doesn’t have a sink but there is a sink outside of the bathroom and it’s falling apart. The shower was dirty. The shower had a film of maybe a cleaning agent? Idk button It was blue on the shower curtain and the walls. I used a towel to shower because I didn’t want to stand on the floor in the shower floor. And the towel ended up turning yellow I think from the water. The rooms scream construction site, unfinished. From the paint, holes in the wall, loose knobs.Unfortunately, I had to stay at this place because there were no other available options locally for us. I checked in later because I flew in late and was stuck at this place. I think people actually live in this hotel because they were hanging their laundry from the fence around the pool. There was trash stacked behind the pool on the land. I can’t express how bad the condition of this hotel is. When I spoke with the manager, they refused to give me any of my money back and said the rooms are perfectly fine. Do yourself a favor, and stay anywhere but here!!!!!!!

The staff were really good at check-in and very nice. The place doesn’t look much like what it does on the photos. It’s very outdated and a little rundown. But it was good for what it was for one night. The room was cozy. The TV was a nice size. . It was pretty close proximity to the boardwalk and the beach about 10 or 15 minutes driving. The room was clean and well prepared from a housekeeping standard, so we found it acceptable to stay for the two nights that we booked. The property is dated and some areas in a state of disrepair. The accomodations that we had older furnishings in fair condition. There was two lamps, on had a bulb out. There was three wall mounted light fixtures, one didn't work and were powered by a lamp cord plugged into a receptacle. The bathroom had a loose toilet and a loose toilet seat but was in working order. There was a wall hung sink with a mirror over it. The bathtub was older and was reglazed, but poorly done. There were grab bars installed that were loose and also not professionally installed. The shower head was mounted to a vertical rod mount to allow for height adjustment but was also loose from the wall plus the head would no stay in position. The ceramic wall tiles were also poorly installed and was missing grout in some areas. The office was part of a larger space that includes a lounge area and a few tables for the free breakfast. We chose not to use this since it wasn't very inviting plus there were better options nearby.
We also didn't visit the outdoor pool for the same reason.
This is the first time that I used Expedia. The price we paid was as advertised but had the description of the facility been better described I'm sure we would have looked elsewhere. Overall, clean but disappointed in the hotel accommodations and even more disappointed in Expedia.

The owner should place scenic posters to cover the plain plywood picture windows at the front facade to give the place charm and a better first appearance.

Although the people that stayed next to us were quite pleasant and quiet, all I could smell was weed.
We were about two hours late from check-in, which is usually not a big deal. Check-in is at two around 4 o'clock when we about eight minutes away they called to ask us where we were and they were not polite.
We were staying on the end unit, so we could take the sidewalk along the side of the building to the parking lot, but it was blocked by bicycles.
They were very particular about me not being there on time, but they were OK with some guy filling his entire cooler with all of the ice so when I needed a little bit, there wasn't any. They didn't say anything to him. Why would I expect anything different?

This place was good for a 1-2 night stay. Close to parkway entrance. Very reasonable for Friday and Saturday night stay. The furniture was outdated but the bed and bathroom were clean. The staff were helpful. When I could not get my TV to work.The staff came to my room quickly and fixed it. The breakfast was limited. I would recommend village kitchen for breakfast which was close by.

Place is in desperate need of upkeeping. Shower head broken, slow drain, floor all cracked up around toilet with mold exposed, the whole toilet wasn’t even attached properly as it probably needs a new wax seal. There were dead bugs on floor in bathroom which proved it wasn’t cleaned well. Carpeting and sofa was gross. Bed was ok but that’s about it. Pool area needs repairs and updating. Signs are worn out. Says only 4 people in pool but there were many kids in there and no one watch watching them. The whole place is in need of repairs from the outside to the inside. Windows were filthy. Their mini van sits outside the hotel with 4 flat tires. Real welcoming site as you drive in.
The continental breakfast wasn’t much. We tried to get a cup of coffee but the coffee creamers must have been expired as it curdled. There was no one around to even mention anything. There was no one there when we checked out at 6:45 am so we just left keys in the room. We wanted to discuss these issues with the young man that checked us in as the online photos and descriptions are deceiving.

The hotel from picture looks updated and clean, not at all clean. Landscaping is horrible, not well maintained. Room dirty walls and bugs. I had a bug in my bed, and had to strip bed to make sure there were no others. Walls in shower were black from dirt and not cleaned in months. I would not go back to this location ever.

It was a fine experience for the price. We were in town for a party so 6 of us rented two separate rooms to sleep in for one night. In our room the TV did not work, there was mismatched chairs and one had white stains on it. The bathroom was clean but everything was stained (like grout and toilet bowl). One of the hangers in the closet had a piece of chewed gum on it. The walls are not the same color as they are in the photos, and could use a new paint job. My friends stayed in a different room and said the water coming out of their shower was not clear. The towels and linens seemed clean, and the mini fridge was convenient. Overall, a fine place to sleep for a few hours, definitely not to stay in for more than a night or two.

This should be an just average lodge or motel. Overall feeling is simplicity (aka cheap but clean), you can tell that the furnitures are worn everywhere and you can't help asking yourself - why would I stay at a place much worse than my own home? If the price is 40-60 dollars per night, I would be ok, but Expedia charged me about 140(?)!!!

I booked two rooms for my sisters and I. I was so embarrassed and I am now the joke of the family. We came for a wedding shower. Although clean, the place is run down and the bathroom situation is not optimal. All rooms are different by way of smell and conditions. Smell like smoke. We almost left but the attendants tried to accommodate the best they could. We had to look at a few rooms to find ones acceptable.

We did not stay on the property. We checked-in and upon sight of the room and its surroundings, decided the hotel was unhealthy and below standard of any motel. Regretfully, I was not granted a refund. Pictures on the website are misleading. I was forced to find other accommodations elsewhere at the last minute which was expensive. I am unable to provide photos because I ran out of there asap. The hotel receptionist was laying down asleep on the "reception" area.

My partner and I used Expedia to book one of the Jacuzzi suites from here. Believe it or not, we were really excited about this room. That emerald green jacuzzi with the glass bricks was just too cute... Even if it didn't work, we would have been thrilled just to marvel over it and take some cute pictures with it. We love the aesthetic of glass bricks. Sadly, it wasn't meant to be. Neither was the rest or the shower we were excited for. Expedia says check in is from 4 pm to midnight; but the truth is that this hotel might not check you in at all. We were told that we could not check in because the hotel was fully booked. Now, my partner found that hard to believe because Expedia had several rooms (including 2 of the Jacuzzi rooms like we booked) as available. They also wondered how the hotel was fully booked while there were only 2 cars in the parking besides ours; and one of those vehicles had flat tires. But who knows, perhaps all the guests were out by the time we tried to check in (about 30 minutes before the midnight cutoff). Perhaps the rooms were still listed as available online and could be double booked due to technology malfunctions. I'm not sure the computer at the front desk was working that day. It looked dark the whole time. I can't believe i still want to give to give this place another chance the next time I'm in town. Its just too darn cute.
