The room was very nice. Full oven ,dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Little kitchen where we made waffles and had coffee was nice and clean. Very close to inconvenient to get to the boardwalk.

Overall our stay was nice and we would stay again in the future. The only issue we had was our one room was not ready at check in and we had to wait about 35 minutes till we got in. Kids loved the hot tub but the pool water was a little chilly for them.

The room was clean and comfortable. It's usually an amazing stay for the price. This stay the pool and hot tub were colder than usual. The pool was unusable for me, I'm 63. I think this is a hidden gem. Mexican bar and grill in parking lot had great food and drinks.

No.. the kitchen was not fully equipped.. they had a coffee maker but you needed to bring your own coffee! Ridiculous! Towels were disgusting.. the entire bathroom needed to be redone.. the tub was gross! I don't suggest anybody going there.. dreary and depressing but unfortunately we didn't have a choice! One of the worst ever

Upon arrival the hotel lobby is small but clean and free of odors. However, the Front desk staff are not the friendliest. Whenever you asked a question, the answer comes with an attitude. Overall the facility is clean, but needs major upgrades. Our room was cozy, but has a random roll away chair with no desk. The bathroom ceiling has mildew probably due to poor ventilation. The bathroom fan appears to be working. The washcloth and towdls are super thin. Best to bring your own towels. Even though, a stove is in the room, there is no pots or pans to cook with, so you would need to bring your own. The safe in the rooms dont work. They are locked by management, so you would need to find other means of securing your valuables. \"Breakfast is continental and not hot breakfast\" as one staff member replied when I asked if they had any eggs.

The hotel room was nice, but i wouldnt recommend them because if safety. My car was parked near the front. In broad day light my carcwas gotten into and my purse stolen. Yes my fault for fiegetting my purse but when i asked for them to look back on the camera, the camera where my carvwas, easnt working. All the orhersvwere. They just kept saying they werent responsible for my car and that there was a sign. I found the sign , mayba 6×10\" on a pool near the road but on the opposite side of the pole. The sign was pointing toward the parking lot but no where near where i parked. They also had a large 2feetx 3ft sign when you waljed into the hotel saying they had 24hr servalence. The restaurant that is nextcto the hotel turns into a night club. Open untim 3am. They take all the parking spaces. When asked where to park i was told to wait til 3am when its closed or i could go behind the hotel and park by some trucks. So when i asked about being safe at their hotel, i was told i was...just saying

No nose installation at all. You hear what people talk next to your room and above your room. If you want to sleep at night don’t stay at this hotel. Jacuzzi didn’t work, towel at the pool one per person and it kid’s size.

This place was affordable, but they had a LOT of rules. Mgmnt discouraged taking breakfast to the room, but there's a whole kitchen in the room. Didn’t make sense. Had to request the front desk to let you into the pool. Did appreciate the quiet designation, to help remind my 6-y-o!

The pool was really the reason we chose to stay
So my son can have some swimming time for his bday
But I had to keep going to staff if I needed and cooking supply’s like pans, etc.
a roach came out literally at the end of our stay
ALL of the dishes were completely dirty like they used it and put it right back into the cabinets without washing

The dish washer runs but does NOT clean the dishes
Overall I felt like I was in a dirty hotel

The hot tub was great but the pool was cold. There was mold in the bathroom all over the shower wall. The drain in the bathtub was broke. Went to pull it up and the whole thing came off like it wasn't even glued. Trying to get towls was next to impossible. Staff was not kind. The vending machines did not work. It is forsure a 1 star hotel.

There was an issue with the hold on my CC that the hotel knew at 11am in the morning. They called and left a message at 6pm that they would be cancelling my reservation and releasing it to someone else. When I called the hotel they said they would accommodate my stay. When I drove to and arrived at the property I was told they could NOT accommodate me and I could go to local hotel. Something I could easily do myself. As my companion expressed her displeasure with the situation the desk clerk was rude. Completely unacceptable customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Had the room for two days after the first day I got a call asking why I didn’t check out and then they told me they went in the room with no one in there and it smelled like smoke. No one ever smoked in the room. Told me I had to pay extra fees and move to a smoking room. The smoking rooms were extremely disgusting could tell they never get cleaned. Asked for the manager and said the manager was out of the state and I couldn’t talk to anyone and it wasn’t going to fix anything. I don’t recommend. All about the money and charge for absolutely everything

The room cleanliness was very poor, we didn’t even take a shower, the tub had soap scum in it, toilet was dirty, dust everywhere, headboard had greasy hand prints in it, floor was dirty, the room overall felt old and dirty. I couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. And because the front desk Agent was less than helpful, we was tired I didn’t even try to complaint. The hotel it self is neglected. I came with my 5 and 4 year olds around 11pm just after a snow storm took our lights and heat. I ask a single question about possibly checking out later than 11am out of worry to not have heat back at our house in the morning, instead of saying no we can do that or the price will be the following, the front desk person suggested I should of gone to a “better hotel to have fun and enjoy” whatever that means. I checked out around 9:50am right after we woke up. Room 209

We really enjoyed the extra space for a family of four, location, comfortable beds, and full kitchen amenities/appliances for a reasonable price. Could be cleaner in the room and dining area. There was dust near walls, on top of furniture and waffle machine In dining area really needs a complete scrub down or replacement which prevented a five star rating. Overall a great place to stay for a family with older children.

I made a social media post in reference to the Patel Hotels and how they often hire illegal immigrants to clean and I have been targeted. They just arbitrarily took my security deposit and claimed my room was dirty during checkout. I asked for something in writing that says that is even possible and he told me he owns several hotels in the area and that is how it is and refused to put it in writing this is direct discrimination

Arrived to a flooded room. When I informed the front desk, they looked like it was my fault and gave me a bad attitude. Switched our room. 20 minutes into my stake. The manager knocks on the door and was told that there’s been a noise complaint. It was just a couple of people talking. We just arrived and were excited to be in Atlantic City. The manager was going to call the police because I disputed the fact that there is a noise ordinance posted in the lobby that says you must be quiet after 10 PM and it was not after 10 PM.

The hotel was very quiet, which made for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room overall was nice. I also appreciated the convenient location. Hotel ia close to fast-food options, Family Dollar, Dollar General, and across from a trampoline park, which was great for the kids. Another plus was the on-site convenience store area, which offered helpful items such as toothpaste, snacks, bathing suits, and other essentials.

There were a few areas that could be improved. Like the bathtub. Ours was peeling. Need to be replaced or upgraded.

Additionally, our pool experience was disappointing. Although everyone in my party was already included and paid for in my reservation, when we arrived at the pool the room key did not work. I had to return to the front desk. There I was informed that we won’t be able to let ourselves in they had manually let us in, count us and then distribute towels to each person. This process felt unnecessarily strict and made me feel mistrusted. Felt like I was in prison :(

Breakfast could also be better managed. There was along line, limited waffle makers, and no staff assistance to help with the flow. By the time we waited, the kids were hungry, and we ultimately went to McDonald’s instead. Having staff assist during breakfast would make a big difference.

Overall, the hotel has several strengths, especially in location and comfort, but addressing these concerns would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel is not far from the ACY airport. Checked in late due to flight delay, but staff was pleasant, advised elevator wasn’t working at check-in, thus had to use the stairs. The area has many stores that are within walking distance. The room is spacious and equipped with all necessities. The bathroom vent began draining brownish water on the last night of my stay (I had only stayed for one and a half nights). I called staff, who informed that someone's toilet was clogged and plugged it. Maintenance was notified. That sounded disgusting, and I needed to use the bathroom. Staff was unpleasant during the chat, however he offered to change my room. I was given a room opposite the doors but wasn't mentally prepared to move all of my belongings at nearly midnight and had to check out by 7 a.m. due to my schedule. I agreed and moved to the new room. I didn't get enough sleep before checking out at 7 a.m., but I did have a clean restroom to use for a few hours. There was noise during my stay due to a baby/kid crying, and on my last night after changing to a new room, a child was talking loudly in the hallway with some adults around 1am which made it difficult for me. Overall, the stay was okay, but not pleasant.

My husband wanted to watch some college football before our day on Sat. Said something to the front desk, with in 5 min came saw the TV was defective and brought us a new one!
