The public hot tub/pool area was a very nice touch. Real nice lighting and ambience there and throughout the hotel. The front desk staff were super friendly/helpful! Definitely recommend to friends/family.

After I'd settled in I discovered they'd sprayed an acrid vanilla scent on the bed. I could only sleep with the window open. What nasty smell were they hiding?

Also, breakfast was, like, sliced bread.

The hotel was only 15 minutes from AC and we save a couple of hundred dollars, we originally had a reservation with Courtyard, but they canceled on us due to hvac issues. Had to find one last minute and the orices were outrageous because it was last minute. So we looked in Pleasantville and found this little hotel. Room was soaciwith a normal size fridge not a mini and it actually kept the drinks cold not kind if cold. Full stove and lare microwave. Also had a dining table and couch. I was shocked how comfortable our king hed was, we had incredible sleep. Free breakfast next morning. Perfect, would definitely book this hotel against. Staff was very helpful and room was super clean

This is a good place to stay. The rooms are spacious and have a full kitchen where you can cook all your meals. In addition, the hotel offers a decent breakfast with the exception of hot items like eggs or sausage, but enough to get you through the day. The location is close to nearby casinos, restaurants and mall.

First location wise decent Walmart close by a nice 5-10 min
But the hotel does not match the photos. Very out dated only thing new seems the microwave. How you have a full kitchen with not pot or pans. Fork or spoons lol!! I’m sorry I counted two mismatched plates and two can opener and a knife and spoon. The refrigerator was big but the side of the outside states it needed to be replaced yesterday. The pool indoor great but staff had to give you towels and bring you into the pool area.
The bed big but why the bottom was this black whatever that made sounds when you touched it
I stayed at Staybridge and had to say a security deposit of $50.00 no problem!
This place $100.00!!! I even heard a man say he did not receive a receipt for it!
With some TLC this place could be a GEM! But today it failed!! I seriously doubt if I come back!! Owners should be ashamed! Replace them appliances!

Kitchen is very nice but you have to take out your own trash and take towels down to front desk if it’s after 5:00 pm.They don’t clean room I was there 6 days they never cleaned my room and I had sign on door. Breakfast is basic should not even have it pool and hot tub is nice . The elevator smells like pee and so did my room front desk said it’s the cleaning spray they used. The next day they mop elevator and the smell was gone.

My kitchen was very fully equipped to cook. I just bought my own pots and pans. Nice and clean nice and cold. Staff was nice and beautiful. I haven’t come here ever since my father passed away five years ago and I’ll be back again on Father’s Day the beautiful environment, peaceful, quiet, indoor pool sauna and hot tub no smoking and smoking available.

The room was super clean. The whole property was fantastically clean, actually. Everyone I ran into for my entire week stay was genuinely friendly and accommodating. Important! If you smell cigarette/weed smoke in your room call the front desk immediately. They will go and investigate. When I did they went and checked it out and it stopped almost immediately (even though the folks apparently said that they were NOT smoking, lol). They were being sneaky and smoking in the bathroom. Are you crazy? No no no! Thou Shalt Not! Smelled it in the afternoon as well as like, 5:30am. Naughty-naughty!

So back to the stay. Breakfast was fresh. Enjoyed the OJ and fruit most days. Pool was great. Hot tub was bubbly-bub-bub. Surrounding area was walkable with a children's park about 5-10 minutes away. Swings and all that fun stuff. Full kitchen means no need for fast food/junk food every day. Did I mention the rooms are clean as a whistle? Got to meet one of the top brass while checking out and had previously observed him actually straightening up the property. That's how you know the place is run well. I pay attention to everything. Will definitely keep this place in my faves and come back again. Had a great week!

They have limited cleaning hours. My room was clean. And the hot tub was nice. It was clean and working. There is even a steam room. The pool is decent sized. It is located near ample stores and eateries.

Overall our stay was nice and we would stay again in the future. The only issue we had was our one room was not ready at check in and we had to wait about 35 minutes till we got in. Kids loved the hot tub but the pool water was a little chilly for them.

Upon arrival the hotel lobby is small but clean and free of odors. However, the Front desk staff are not the friendliest. Whenever you asked a question, the answer comes with an attitude. Overall the facility is clean, but needs major upgrades. Our room was cozy, but has a random roll away chair with no desk. The bathroom ceiling has mildew probably due to poor ventilation. The bathroom fan appears to be working. The washcloth and towdls are super thin. Best to bring your own towels. Even though, a stove is in the room, there is no pots or pans to cook with, so you would need to bring your own. The safe in the rooms dont work. They are locked by management, so you would need to find other means of securing your valuables. \"Breakfast is continental and not hot breakfast\" as one staff member replied when I asked if they had any eggs.

The hotel room was nice, but i wouldnt recommend them because if safety. My car was parked near the front. In broad day light my carcwas gotten into and my purse stolen. Yes my fault for fiegetting my purse but when i asked for them to look back on the camera, the camera where my carvwas, easnt working. All the orhersvwere. They just kept saying they werent responsible for my car and that there was a sign. I found the sign , mayba 6×10\" on a pool near the road but on the opposite side of the pole. The sign was pointing toward the parking lot but no where near where i parked. They also had a large 2feetx 3ft sign when you waljed into the hotel saying they had 24hr servalence. The restaurant that is nextcto the hotel turns into a night club. Open untim 3am. They take all the parking spaces. When asked where to park i was told to wait til 3am when its closed or i could go behind the hotel and park by some trucks. So when i asked about being safe at their hotel, i was told i was...just saying

This place was affordable, but they had a LOT of rules. Mgmnt discouraged taking breakfast to the room, but there's a whole kitchen in the room. Didn’t make sense. Had to request the front desk to let you into the pool. Did appreciate the quiet designation, to help remind my 6-y-o!

The pool was really the reason we chose to stay
So my son can have some swimming time for his bday
But I had to keep going to staff if I needed and cooking supply’s like pans, etc.
a roach came out literally at the end of our stay
ALL of the dishes were completely dirty like they used it and put it right back into the cabinets without washing

The dish washer runs but does NOT clean the dishes
Overall I felt like I was in a dirty hotel

The hot tub was great but the pool was cold. There was mold in the bathroom all over the shower wall. The drain in the bathtub was broke. Went to pull it up and the whole thing came off like it wasn't even glued. Trying to get towls was next to impossible. Staff was not kind. The vending machines did not work. It is forsure a 1 star hotel.

There was an issue with the hold on my CC that the hotel knew at 11am in the morning. They called and left a message at 6pm that they would be cancelling my reservation and releasing it to someone else. When I called the hotel they said they would accommodate my stay. When I drove to and arrived at the property I was told they could NOT accommodate me and I could go to local hotel. Something I could easily do myself. As my companion expressed her displeasure with the situation the desk clerk was rude. Completely unacceptable customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Had the room for two days after the first day I got a call asking why I didn’t check out and then they told me they went in the room with no one in there and it smelled like smoke. No one ever smoked in the room. Told me I had to pay extra fees and move to a smoking room. The smoking rooms were extremely disgusting could tell they never get cleaned. Asked for the manager and said the manager was out of the state and I couldn’t talk to anyone and it wasn’t going to fix anything. I don’t recommend. All about the money and charge for absolutely everything

The room cleanliness was very poor, we didn’t even take a shower, the tub had soap scum in it, toilet was dirty, dust everywhere, headboard had greasy hand prints in it, floor was dirty, the room overall felt old and dirty. I couldn’t wait to check out in the morning. And because the front desk Agent was less than helpful, we was tired I didn’t even try to complaint. The hotel it self is neglected. I came with my 5 and 4 year olds around 11pm just after a snow storm took our lights and heat. I ask a single question about possibly checking out later than 11am out of worry to not have heat back at our house in the morning, instead of saying no we can do that or the price will be the following, the front desk person suggested I should of gone to a “better hotel to have fun and enjoy” whatever that means. I checked out around 9:50am right after we woke up. Room 209

We really enjoyed the extra space for a family of four, location, comfortable beds, and full kitchen amenities/appliances for a reasonable price. Could be cleaner in the room and dining area. There was dust near walls, on top of furniture and waffle machine In dining area really needs a complete scrub down or replacement which prevented a five star rating. Overall a great place to stay for a family with older children.

I made a social media post in reference to the Patel Hotels and how they often hire illegal immigrants to clean and I have been targeted. They just arbitrarily took my security deposit and claimed my room was dirty during checkout. I asked for something in writing that says that is even possible and he told me he owns several hotels in the area and that is how it is and refused to put it in writing this is direct discrimination
