Overall a decent space if you need a touch down place if, you are doing business in the area. Very close to coffeshops and restaurants. Older property that needs a few updates aesthetically. Other guest are not always considerate and had to deal with loud music until 11:40 pm during my stay.

If you're looking for a BASIC stay that is clean and a lower price, this place is for you. There really are no amenities other than what has become standard, i.e. free WIFI.
This hotel is on an EXTREMELY busy highway. I did get a room on a somewhat sheltered side so I didn't hear the traffic.There was sidewalk construction so it was difficult to walk to the shopping mall across the road.
The staff was helpful but I had to inquire a couple of times to get someone to come to my room and get the WIFI & TV to work properly on my first night.
Be prepared to leave $200 CAD deposit for smoking. I don't smoke so that was really annoying and then I had to physically swipe my credit card to get my deposit back upon checkout. REALLY INCONVENIENT. They should have designated non-smoking rooms & not take a deposit. But their policy may speak to a clientele that will vape or smoke & cause problems.
Another issue was their demand that I pay a surcharge for another day when I had spoken to their staff when I first checked in that I would probably stay another day. On that \"extra\" day, I had to strongly advocate that I would NOT be paying a surcharge when I had already informed them that I would most likely stay another day. The owner happened to be standing there so he approved the NO surcharge. If he wasn't there, I'm sure it would have been a bigger fight.
All in all, it's basic. It's clean. It's inexpensive. The staff is nice enough. It's a 2 star hotel so you get what you pay for.

The stay was good but basic essential needs were not available. There was no provision of water available, one needs to buy from their vending machine or bring from outside.
Secondly, only one charging port was available to charge one thing at a time which is not feasible if you want to charge multiple devices together.
Furthermore, there was no access to online streaming platforms, one have to login their account on their device. So no availability for entertainment.
The lights in the room used were deemed and yellow light was fixed, which was leading to eye strain or headache.
Bathroom had a constant pungent smell during the entire stay and the cooler available had a very extreme noise which was not helpful during the sleep

The parking is very easy, just beside the hotel building. The ac/heater in the room was a bit noisy and the bed was taking me deep into the bottom of it since It was a spring mattress and the springs in the middle part of the mattress weren't good enough to hold me up.
Overall, it wasn't that bad, was clean enough.

Terrible property, we checked in and the hotel tried to say we didn't have a reservation when we clearly did. They couldn't understand a lick of English and were very rude towards another guest that was staying at the hotel. The room was filthy, the bed looked like it was just remade (not cleaned or changed)! Urine in the toilet, bins weren't emptied and now I've weird bumps on my skin. Genuinely just go to another hotel it isn't worth it, I promise.

If you're a late night arrival from Pearson, it works out cheaper to get a airport hotel because when you factor in transportation costs it's roughly the same if not the same and you get a better experience guaranteed. Also more than likely a free shuttle.

If you're going into Toronto, you'd be better off just booking accommodation there as it's generally cheaper and even if it's more expensive 1) you get a better experience and a cleaner room 2) this hotel is genuinely in an industrial estate a 45 minute walk away from the nearest metro/ train into Toronto and can be quite sketchy at night.

Overall, avoid, save yourself the hassle because it's usually cheaper or better to just go elsewhere.

The room was clean but very dated. A few water stains in ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Not really that bad. Price reflects the condition. It’s fair. I would not stay here with small children, room very small. but it is fine for a what it is: a motel for travelling. Had an unusual experience though. At 3:15am the room phone rang. This was actually 4:15 am because it was time change day. It woke me and I answered it. No one there. I Hung up. Same thing again. Phone rings. So this time I unplugged it. Then 30s later a knock on the room door. The rooms are only accessible from outside. Damn sure I wasn’t opening the door at 4am to the parking lot in this part of town. So I open the curtain and it’s the guy from the lobby. Through the window , I ask him what he wants , he said “you need something ?” He was holding some clear garbage bags. I said no and he walked away. This was all strange for the time of day and disrupted my otherwise decent sleep.

Room was good for the price in my opinion. Who else can book a room that has a sauna and hotub in the room for a nice price?! The room is outdated in certain areas but it wasn't an issue with me whatsoever. I just needed a place to sleep and having the sauna and hot tub was a bonus as it definitely helped with relieving joint and muscle pain.

The room was clean albeit a little small, hardly had room to get our suitcases in. Beds were comfortable, no bedbugs.
Downside: no restaurant attached but there are a few fast food places to go to. Also there's no shuttle bus to get to the airport, so although we saved $ on the room, we had to pay for a taxi and tips. Not much of a savings.

This is exactly what I look for when I’m traveling. This is a building that under any other ownership might be falling apart. It is a little older, but it is extremely well kept and very clean. The staff are super friendly and it remains affordable. There need to be more places like this That keep overnight stays affordable in a well kept and friendly space. We had to run with the hot tub and sauna. It’s the first time I’ve ever had both in the actual room. I highly recommend it.

Stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi and sauna in the room, and it was such a fun time! The staff were nice upon check in and out, the bed was super comfortable and massive, and the place was pretty clean. The few downfalls were that tv was crooked, we struggled to lower the heat of the hvac unit, and as bigger people the sauna steps felt a little squeaky lol.

No coffee machines in the room or in the lobby. You have to walk to Tim Hortons which is on the other side of the Queensway and it is a fair walk. Not fun on a cold day.
The TV is IPTV and too complicated to work for people who don't know how to use it. And there are No instructions anywhere.
We couldn't get the tv to work at all.
The front desk didn't tell us the wifi password when we were checking in.. We assumed it was in the room. It was not. I had to go back to the front desk and ask for it. Then she gave it to me.
On a positive note, the room and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.
