Air conditioning sucked there. Were stains on the sheets they lied about having a fitness center was only there 3 hours and wanted to leave but couldn’t because they wouldn’t give me a refund. The phone in the room didn’t work none of the ice machines worked but the one on the first floor. The breakfast was so gross the waffle was dry and flavorless and the juice was so water down not funny. They had bugs crawling around.

The saying goes, you get what you pay for. First, just from the outside of the property you can see dead bushes, water stains on each floor coming from the air conditioners. There was a red stain in the bath tub. The lamp shades in the room and throughout the hotel look like they’ve been eaten by moths. The dirt and dust on the elevator floor, the ice machines on the 6, 5, and 3rd floors were not working. I wouldn’t even think about using the coffee machine or the microwave in the room. The headboards of our beds were chipped or worn out.
All it takes is some good cleaning skills, a fresh coat of paint and maybe it is livable.
I never complain or leave bad reviews but I wouldn’t even shower in there! I took a nice hot shower when I got home. I was literally afraid to touch anything.
Lastly, not such a good area either. I wouldn’t go there with small children.

This hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The hallways and rooms smelled like building damage, and the room was extremely musty. We didn’t even stay the night; we decided to drive home instead. This was unacceptable! The property should be demolished and rebuilt. And for the price, there’s no way a room in there should cost more than $20. That’s how bad it was.

We were given a room on the 4th floor, when we got off the elevator we immediately got blasted with a horrible smell of mildew we then went to the room where the lamps did not work, could not even see out windows, stuff dripping down the walls and crumbs on the floor. No doors on the closet etc. Very disappointing Oh and then to top it off we get a text message from the hotel at 8am wanting to know what time we were going to check out. Unbelievable....

Usually love staying here they have a great pool... I left another hotel they had an indoor pool so I could take advantage of the outdoor pool on two hot days only to find out that even the pool is all set up with chairs and looks great, they haven't gotten clearance from the county or something to open it up. So I ended up going to another hotel about 2 miles up the road that has an outdoor pool and so now I'm here paying for two hotels for two nights.
Also this morning I tried to watch TV and the cable wasn't working....
A very frustrating stay.

Wallpaper was peeling off and there appeared to be mildew underneath. The ac was rusted inside and out.
Beds smelled funky. Pillows weren’t real pillows. Everything was falling apart

Our stay was with a pet.So 1st there was a fee for each day not a one time fee as stated online.The bathroom fan could not be used as there was no cover,but there were dusk bunnies.Breakfast was more of a continental one which that wasn't what we anticipated .Air conditioner very noisy especially at bedtime.Maintenance needs to do more to keep up the facility and the grounds.The likely hood of me returning would be not.

Roaches in the bathroom. Torn carpets did not look clean. No one came the next morning to provide clean towels or even service the room. Rooms need updating. Chipped caulking and dirty windows and paint. I would have left if I could have found other accommodations. Staff showed a indifferent attitude.

This place is disgusting. Beware the picture online is not what the place really look like. The mattress had stains and bed bug shedding on them. There was blood stains in on the bathroom wall near the toilet. The place smelled like a locker room. The furniture was used furniture. I have pictures of I can upload. The lobby smelled bad and had missing ceiling tiles. This place need to be shut down

Not what we expected. The room the front desk gave us, was used and not as expected. The room looked as if someone used it before we came.It doesn’t look like what the photos shown on Expedia. And we were charged $100 for hold .For room we didn’t even stay in.Very bad customer service. I hope this helps anyone who is looking to stay at this property. Stay away.

I have never in 58 years been disgusted with a hotel stay.. The only reason I didn't turn around and leave was I just got in on an unexpected Red Eye and I didn't have kids with me.. I have stayed at Super 8's and Motel 6's that were miles better than this.. I get there and even though I had called and let them know I would be in early in the morning and not VERY early in the morning they had still canceled my reservation so, very deprived of asleep I was hit with that from someone that should not be behind a desk in customer service.. Expecting a normal Wyndam owned property breakfast, only to find only toast, cereal, day old muffins, and coffee.. The elevator was making all kinds of noise but got me there, there was as must wall paint missing throughout than on the walls.. The room carpet had not been vacuumed, the lamps unplugged and the only outlet was behind and attached headboard that had to be removed to plug it. No outlets for phone,etc.. Toilet was usable but I chose not to attempt the shower.. no plug in the sink drain.. Bed: Made, but pillow cased were three shades of brown/white. I accidentally went to the wrong room and my key card opened the door to an empty room that was actually cleaner the mine.. Thank goodness it was empty.. No usable amenities, all closed. I'm it even sure there was wireless or not. When I left there were many room I could tell from the outside they couldn't use or didn't because the windows were boareded up. This place seriously needs to be updated, the entire place is full of defects. My husband and I were passing by and needed a 2 night stay. I do t believe they have a cleaning service, the rooms are dirty, the curtain was torn, my husband picked up the mattress and there was a bad of chips, crumbs , I was so disappointed, the microwave didn’t work. They shouldn’t even charge a deposit. Every place you look was filthy. FYI: breakfast is not included. I can honestly say, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Would not recommend, we stayed two nights. There were ants in our room, mostly centered in the bathroom. We asked the front desk to spray for them or take care of it. Our second night they were still there and they said that the front desk must have forgot. The rooms was dirty when we arrived, full potato chips on the ground. We had to clean the room ourselves to feel comfortable taking our shoes off.

The pictures didnt match the experience. The staff was delightful but the rooms were subpar. My refrigerator was broken and had a bad smell. There was dirt/mildew on the walls, the tv channels barely worked. The \"breakfast\" was donuts, cereal and bread that you could toast. I will never stay here again

Price was fine and convenient to A/C. Stayed over after a concert but honestly wish I just drove home instead. Wouldn’t say to “stay away” but definitely wouldn’t be my first choice. One positive was that they are pet friendly for $20. Helped alleviate concerns to have our dog with us.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would give it 0 stars if that were an option. The entire place was extremely dirty from the moment I walked in. To make matters worse, I actually saw a rat run across the front area, which was shocking and completely unacceptable.

At one point there was nobody at the front desk. My room even had a dirty socks seems like from the previous visitor.

I bought Clorox wipes to clean evething and paper towels

The staff was unorganized. The pool was filthy and not even in service, despite being advertised as an amenity. The same goes for the gym, it was supposedly available, but in reality it was closed, and the windows were so dirty you could barely see through them.

To make matters even worse, I paid extra for a city view, which was a complete waste of money. The windows were so dirty that there was barely any view at all.

Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The place look cute in the outside but in the premise is dirty ones you walking in the main floor look clean but ones you start going to the room the hall ways are dirty the room are not too clean I had to change room because it’s wasn’t clean the pool is dirty and disgusting for breakfast all they have is Kellogg donuts and coffee and toes the room are not all that looking I wouldn’t recommend to no one I wouldn’t stay there ever again….

Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns.

While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable.

We got our keys and headed to the room, but the conditions were shocking. The hallways had visible damage, including holes in the ceiling, and the smell was overwhelming—a strong urine odor throughout. It was disgusting. When I opened the room door, it was clearly filthy and falling apart, so we didn’t even step inside.

To make matters worse, another individual who did not appear to be a guest was riding a bicycle through the hallway near our room. The entire environment felt unsafe, unsanitary, and honestly gave off the kind of unsettling feeling you’d expect from something you’d see in a trafficking documentary.

I immediately requested a refund. The manager first offered a “nicer side,” then denied the refund and claimed I was lying. Thankfully, I had photos and Expedia issued the refund.

If you value your safety, your children’s safety, and basic cleanliness—do NOT stay here.

AC DIDNT WORK, TV AND CABLE DIDNT WORK. breakfast was terrible (no fruits, no veggies, no eggs, no juce). Only corn flakes with milk , mini muffins and bread with jam, coffee. That’s it. No proteins at all!! If you don’t need breakfast it’s ok to stay one night.

The property is very worn and showing signs of serious wear and tear. The front desk staff was functional and robotic, not friendly. The bed was comfortable enough. We've had numerous stays at this location over the past year. The accommodations are clean but a little dated. Alex has always been professional, amenable, and accommodating. During our last stay it was a bit noisy due to guests with unruly children but that is not a reflection upon the staff. The housekeeping staff was efficient and responsive.
