The place is interesting, price per stay is a bit tricky, just be careful that there is additional charge on top of the invoice, I would say it is acceptable as there is a lot of services inside the place...

Several aspects of my stay could have been improved:

- I requested to check into my room just 15 minutes early, but was told there would be a $15 fee.
- The room appeared as though it had not been prepared for days. The air conditioning was off, and the humidity was so high that the carpet felt damp and the mirrors were fogged, as if someone had just taken a hot shower.
- The shower was extremely slippery. When stepping in, I nearly fell. In my experience, this is often due to soap residue buildup from inadequate cleaning.
- The pool hours are very limited, only open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This does not align with what I would expect from a “resort.”
- I was not allowed to bring my coffee into the pool area because it was not purchased from Starbucks. I explained to the security guard that both coffees my wife and I had were purchased from a coffee shop located directly across from the pool on the same casino property. Despite this, we were told only Starbucks purchases were allowed, forcing us to discard our drinks in order to enter the pool on time.
- One of the restaurants served a $20 hamburger that was very disappointing—comparable fast-food options are significantly better.

There is really nothing bad to say. While the location is not on the boardwalk like most of the other popular hotels, Harrah's is still worth staying at. The rooms were nice and clean, the resort has a bunch of shopping and dining locations, and it is overall a perfect place whether you are there alone, with a family, or as a couple

We reserved a non smoking room only to find out there were no non smoking rooms available when checking in. Also the individual who checked us in didn’t appear the slightest bit apologetic about the situation.

Not only did the room reek of smoke, but the water took forever to drain from the bathroom sink and shower. Thankfully our visit was only overnight, so we beared with it.

Very surprised to have this poor experience in an establishment like this. Will definitely not be returning.

Feminine black male at registration desk was rude. I was not made aware that if I didn't check-in before 8pm I would be given a different room other than the 1 I booked. Shower head was filthy on the top. No microwave. Booked stays should not have to pay for parking. There was no Casino free plays for booked guest.

The fitness center has the basics but bigger than most hotels. They don't clean your room unless you ask and one day they couldn't but they left me anything we needed, ie, towels, toilet paper, etc. You can use their AI bot via text and that was helpful and I had toothbrushes sent up. They seem like they are really busy.
We left something in the room and it wasn't an easy process to get it to the front desk for a family friend to pick up. But we eventually retrieved it. It's expensive to eat and get coffee there, so make sure you bring your own water and snacks. If you are a health nut, definitely bring some healthy food options, they have a small fridge in the rooms.

This casino is old, seedy and run down. Our hotel room was outdated and old looking. Bathroom was decent. Entire stay our hotel room smelled like cigarette smoke and weed despite our room being a non smoking room. Perhaps floor was not non- smoking I don’t know. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone. Mccormicks and Schmick’s was great. Very bad ratings for Bobby Flays burger place and Guy Fieris chicken place. Pool looked amazing in pictures but in person was also dilapidated and overcrowded. Could not even gamble due to long lines at rewards center to even get a card and the smoking in the casino itself was even out of bounds and disgusting. The old man and the hooker in the casino was just the icing on the cake.

Unhelpful staff. Difficult to navigate. You have to pay $15-$20 every time you want to leave the resort with your car, essentially trapping you in the resort because there is nothing within walking distance. Our mini fridge was broken and there was no microwave in our room, making you forced to eat at the overpriced restaurants in the hotel. Pool is only open until 5pm. Housekeeping came into our room despite do not disturb sign being on the door. Only come to this hotel if you’d be satisfied spending your entire stay gambling, otherwise this is NOT the place for you. Also worth noting this is not a family friendly environment. I would definitely return to Atlantic City but I would rather stay practically anywhere else but here.

The staff was rude when I check in once I got to my room I go into my room and it was dirty hair all in the bathroom on the wall the toilet nasty I call down to the first desk they put me on hold for 30 minutes then they hung the up so I went down there talk a a first desk manager she said she was she said that side was for people like us low budget she send a housekeeper to clean the room he use window cleaner to clean the room and the next day housekeeper stole my grandson shoes I will never stay there again

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was terrible, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Upon entering my room, I found feces on the toilet seat, which was absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was disgusting. Throughout my stay, I felt as though I was treated terribly and as if I was less than a guest. The entire experience was awful, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I wouldn’t even let my dog stay there. Significant improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and professionalism are urgently needed.”

My first day was ruined due to being placed in a stinky room so much so that I ended up sick from the smell of smoke I arrived at 7pm. I was offered either a room change or clean and I chose the clean because the changed room would’ve been a downgrade. By 10pm no one had came to clean the room. 12am my room still wasn’t cleaned and i ultimately was moved to a downgraded room at 12:30am. Staff were extremely rude and condescending. They don’t give you info about the amenities or anything. 0/10

The rooms at Harrah's seem dingy, though I have been going there for years, I do expect to have a bathroom door that closes, which during my last stay, did not. When sharing a room, privacy is important. The hallway outside the room needed to be vacuumed. The room itself could have used a vacuum, since I found popcorn around the bed. The beds are on platforms so there is no area underneath the bed. The linens were crisp and clean. I wish there were magnifying makeup mirrors in the rooms, that would be so helpful. Otherwise, the atmosphere in Harrah's can't be beat. And the convenience of the shops and restaurants were awesome.

If you check in after 8pm, your room type is not guaranteed. We called ahead of time to let them know we were going to be checking in very late around 2am. They assured us everything would be fine as long as we made it before 3am. We got there at 2am like we stated & the manager on duty told us they had no rooms available for us even though we paid in full for our reservation already. Waited 45 minutes for them to contact housekeeping to find us a room for the night to sleep all 7 guests. Luckily they found a suite. We didn’t get situated in our room until after 5am! They told us to be back at the front desk before 11am the next day to get keys to switch to our rooms. I arrived at the front desk at 10:30am to be told they don’t have any rooms available still. They said come back at 12pm & we should have the rooms ready. Mind you, this is half of our day now wasted because we had to wait around for the rooms. Went back at 12pm, no rooms available STILL! I demanded to speak with a manager & luckily she was able to get us in our room type immediately. The rooms were not the cleanest but not too bad. We went out for a while & when we made it back our second room key card wouldn’t unlock the door. We called the front desk & they said they would need to send a locksmith to get us in our room. The locksmith showed up 30 minutes later with an attitude, arguing & just down right disrespectful. Security had to be called as things escalated! Never again will we stay here!

Large facility with comfortable rooms, restaurants were very good with food that I enjoyed. Rooms although comfortable are somewhat dated as were some of the elevators. Very busy facility with many guests but with that said it was not noisy or loud.
Overall depending on which tower I would return. Pool hours could be later especially for those who are here on business and return at end of the day wanting a swim and pool is already closed

Bathroom vanity was rusty. The toilet was dirty. The shower set up poor water splashes everywhere they need glass door not partial show door. Bathroom ventilation system is horrible the ceiling got puddle patches and started leaking when bathroom steamed up from taking a hot shower. Bedroom carpet was dirty not sure when last shampooed. Bathroom faucet worked poorly when turned on for more than 2 minutes the water would stop coming out the faucet and make loud burp sounds and go off then spray when it came back on. Shower pressure was good. But, the shower also had pressure issues after 15 minutes in the shower water would go off by itself cause pressure got that low. Little black peso it’s on the bed and small bugs in the room. I don’t recommend staying coastal towers at this hotel at all. The pool on the 4th floor so dirty and was way too small. Needs an upgrade and new management!

I am guessing we were in a renovated room, room 416 in the Coastal tower. The bathroom lacked hooks for towels, the half door is pretty dumb. Overall, the room was nice, though. The design of the bathroom was at best, a 2. No place to put a washcloth or hang a dry towel near the shower...

Well when I first entered the room it look nice but my vanity mirror light or the lamp in corner didn’t work and we told them but no one ever came up to check it. There is no place in bathrooms to hang your towels and wash clothes. It’s a casino so the food is super high so got out fit your meals . Valet was 40 dollars for our whole stay which I liked or you can self park and that was 15 for the whole stay. Hotel is high it has 4 different wings on it . Get money out atm before you come bc the ATM in casino charge 10.00

Here’s a few reasons why I wouldn’t book another stay at Harrahs.
1. No water pressure in the sink
2. No door on the shower so the floor gets soaked
3. The shuttle is super unreliable and left us stranded at Caesar’s for hours until we found the jitney
4. The tazza staff member was super rude when someone took our order and she had to make ours over again.
5. I guess the cleaning staff left the connecting door unlocked in our room and in the middle of the night the next door occupants walked into our room. Thank god my husband heard them
6. There weren’t very many food options, most places were closed
