Will not stay here again. I find it ridiculous they will not serve drinks while gambling unless you have one of their loyalty cards to prove how much money you spend. We had a hotel room, and spent the majority of our time on the slots. We are from out of state and this policy is alienating people who are not from the area. There were no perks to make us want to stay there again.

Stayed here for a cheer comp. Hotel was just okay- not worth $500 for a weekend in my opinion.
Hotel was clean- room was decent.
Pool hours stink if you have kids- only until 2pm
Was convenient within walking distance to our destination for competition.

The room was a Junior Suite. It was a lovely, spacious, and clean room. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the bathroom. The toilet ran the enrire time, even though I tried jiggling the handle. There was also a vent in the shower area that was quire filthy. Looks like it's never been cleaned. That was surprising since the rest of the room and property were very clean.

I felt like the front desk staff was not very friendly however everyone else on the property seem to be very friendly. We booked a coral suite, which was big and nice and had two bathrooms however it was like an old-time sink with no sides to put makeup or anything on I had to put the makeup on the toilet seat because there was not enough room around the sink to put anything. I think it'd be nice if they actually put a vanity even just for brushing teeth

This hotel was very clean. My room's layout wasnt the best. I had to open doors to find the bathroom and closet but they were clean. I wasn't wowed by the room but we just needed a clean place to sleep after an event we attended. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of eating options

Breakfast at breadsticks cafe took about 35 mins to be served but the food was good. Unfortunately we were booked a corner room where the view was of a roof right below the pool . The quality of food at quick bites was just okay . The soup is the best thing there and the pizza was disappointing as they don’t keep it in the oven long enough , you’ll enjoy it if you like soggy pizza. However, The rooms were spacious and staff is friendly.

We reserved a premium king in the Rendezvous Tower, which was spacious. We had a side view of the water & boardwalk. The halls were quiet, the bed comfortable, & the bathroom/amenities perfect. The casino was convenient, the eaterie choices variable. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The king bed was very comfortable. We had a refrigerator and coffee pot but not a microwave. The closet was very large which we really appreciated. We ate breakfast and lunch in the casino food court which was very convenient and had lots of choices. The Margaritaville cafe had good coffee and pastries. We chose to eat dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe and Caesars Palace.

Breakfast at Breadsticks was excellent,staff was also. Room did not have a great view, could see a little of the ocean Bed was super comfy, furnishings were great.. Bathroom needs a upgrade! One sink with no room to put anything, except one wall shelf that already had a tissue box amd hairdryer on it. I am use to bathrooms with a count top attached to the sink with lots of room.

I just don't appreciate the fact that the room was under a $100. And you end up with a lousy view of the air conditioners and the spotlights nothing toward the street, or the beach window views really do make a difference. But I guess you have to shell out $300 a room for it.

Tv did not work last night. Was told they were having issues when we called down, nothing posted anywhere. Issue with parking lot, players card was not working there was a line behind us with people getting out of their cars before someone finally came on the loud speaker to help. First day had to pay parking because no one answered for help. Not sure we would stay again.

My stay was great. My only dislike was my room had a faint smell of cigarettes eventhough it was a smoke free room. Its probably because the elevator to the floors is located in the smoking side of the casino, causing the smell to migrate through the elevator shaft.

When checking out my autistic son must’ve mistakenly ordered five movies that all started within one minute of each other and when I was checking out, the people at the counter were very rude. Very disrespectful and I didn’t mind paying for at least one, but there all these movies were started simultaneously without a minute apart. It clearly shows that someone was using it that shouldn’t have been using it or didn’t know how to use it or that you can’t watch five movies at one time and I just felt like nobody gave a crap about the time of the movies and what was going on and they were just very rude. I deal with Customer Service and I’ve never experienced anything like this before if they work for me, they would be fired.

Our room was very nice. The bathroom was amazing! Very large, double sink, large walk in shower.
A few negatives: pillows too soft, no cable TV...heard other guests say there was a cable issue? In room coffee was no good. Luckily there was Dunkin in the food court in the casino, along with several other good food choices.

My room was nice and looking out the window you could see the parking lot and the beach. The staff were very nice and friendly. We ate breakfast at ruby’s pancakes with turkey sausages and eggs with home fries and sausage, it was delicious

The room was nice to be an older hotel. The hotel needs some upgrades. The tv was not working for a day of my stay. The problem was not fixed until after I check out. The coffee maker needs to be cleaned or replace. Overall, staff was pleasant and easy check in and check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay again.

My first stay with Resorts was a wonderful experience. We can for my son fall break. So I thought why not come back for this spring break. The experience was not great due the neighbors both nights. Very loud both nights. First and second night, two very different groups. We could not sleep most of the night. However, the staff was very friendly when we needed help with them going to the neighbors. It just wasn't the best experience this time around. It has been a long time since me and my family has been together for a staycation. Something we needed, but the noise volume was unbearable. Plus side, we did have a great view of the ocean!

The Room were barely straightened up the toilet was dirty the wash clothes and towels were rough. Calling housekeeping for over an hour no one ever answered. Hold the front desk they took a long time to answer I requested two blankets. 45 minutes later I go down to the front desk to find out what the problem is. I was told that there was a high demand for blankets. Long story short it took 2 hours for me to get a blanket
