Hair in room, dusty remote, no covers. Extra fees not told about ahead of time. Room service doesn’t work. Small bathroom/toilet runs into the door. QR code for $30 player card doesn’t work. Shops too expensive and missing breakfast sandwiches that they advertise. Overcrowded breakfast cafe, good luck getting seated. Nice staff but that’s it.

I really loved it. Everything was right there beach, boradwalk, other hotels , casinos , food , places , bars , waterpark. Everything was walking that casino at the resort I love and I won off the .25 cent slot. I can't wait to come back. The
Housekeeper were really nice as well. 10/10 for me.

Older resort. You can tell it was a jewel when it was new, but it's looking a bit run down now. Pros: Location is perfect and the rate we paid made it a fair value. It's right on the beach. Food options were acceptable and what food we bought was good. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked. The staff was friendly and helpful. The one time fee for parking for the length of our stay was very good. Cons: No microwave in the room (but it did have a mini fridge), no hot tub on the pool deck, no way to get to the self parking garage from inside the hotel that didn't involve going across the casino floor where they allow smoking, I am asthmatic and cigarette smoke is a trigger for me. All that said, we had a good time and we will probably book it again next year.

We had a deluxe with two beds. The room was clean. Overall room well maintained (normal wallpaper decor). Bathroom was huge and beautiful. Overall bed comfortable but pillows were too soft but what hotels pillow are comfortable ❤️. Loved the fact that the pool is adults only after 2. Food options in resort were great. Overall great experience and I will book again

One of the main reasons why I chose Resorts was because of their easy access to beach and of rental of chairs and umbrellas. Well here it is June 9th and 10th, temperature HOT and rentals don’t exist. PLUS rudeness of female “Landshark” manager of giving an explanation!!

The bathroom in our room was extremely small with no counter space. The tub had a door and made it hard for handicapped people to reach the controls for a shower. The toliet was low and had a hard tim getting up and down on it, no safety rails near toliet or shower. The chair at the desk was uncomfortable as well.

We stayed for the night for a show. Upon arrival to the room,,Out of 4 lights only 1 light worked. We couldn't see much of anything while trying to get ready and also with packing things up to leave in the morning. Otherwise a very clean and lovely room.

There was an army of people cleaning. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was quiet and easy to get to. The downfall of my room was the very low toilet height..seemed like it was the lowest one I’ve ever seen. Nice view from my 9th floor room.

I was very pleased i gota room beach from but the gentlemen that checked me in was very unhelpful! Even after i told him this was my 1st time being here and being away in a very long time ! The room was very clean ..cleaning staff were nice ..casino staff also nice ...Not so much checking in or out ...Not helpful at all !! I booked through Hotels.com so i really didnt get much info ...paid alot of money ...got no incentives...no one said anything about breakfast nothing ...Very disappointed in the front desk staff ...Im from Pa was a little over 3 hour ride and wish the welcoming treatment would of been better ...Christina Poreca

The hotel is a bit outdated but looks like they are trying to update rooms etc The pool are was really nice however the water was very cloudy. The staff was amazing from Eddie at valet to Shantal at check in. Every interaction with a staff member restaurants, valet, front desk, bellhops was super pleasant. Breakfast overlooking the beach was lovely. They have a great variety of restaurants on the dining level.

my room was in the ocean tower, old but maintained. Only thing is the room had a very small bathroom, 1 person max. Contrast that with their rendezvous tower....huge bathroom and decor Desk chair in my room is way to short to do work on the desktop

Our room was very big & clean. A little bit outdated. We were in the Rendezvous Tower at the very east end by a parking garage. There was a god awful loud banging/screeching noise every 20-30 seconds. Tolerable the first 2 nights, unbearable the last night.

Our view was ok, the room was clean and the ac worked well. Was not happy about the fact that you could not bring any drinks or food into the pool area. Also, very unhappy about the fact that on Saturday afternoon they close the pool to anyone under the age of 18 for \"adult time\", had to leave my daughter at the door while I went in to get our things and there was only a small handful of people in the pool area. While the kids were allowed in the pool area they kept getting yelled at for being kids. No playing with soft pool balls, no jumping around in the pool, no splashing and just not letting kids be kids. If you have kids I would NOT recommend staying here.

a first, my daughter Deena Pasag stayed there I did not. anyway she was treated very well and very helpful staff. However, she went to the other side of the property and thought she was staying there, which it turns out was Hard Rock. they are the rudess staff anywhere any of the family has stayed. they were alful and None of us whould ever stay at one of their facilities. The room was a little dated but all in all good. The view was of a bunch of buildings but that’s not the hotel’s fault. It was right on the boardwalk and beach. There was a strange reoccurring noise that we could hear in our room but it was coming from outside. Otherwise it was quiet, clean and everyone was very helpful. It would’ve been nice to have a handheld shower in the shower though.

The employees at the counter for check in were not very friendly, helpful or personable. Housekeeping entered our room even after telling them we didn't need housekeeping. The bedroom windows were very much in need of cleaning. The glass door on the shower was off the track and didn't slide. There was an additional $90 in NJ resort fees tacked on even though my reservation said all taxes and fees included. Parking in THEIR parking garage was expensive and there were cockroaches in my room.

My stay at resort Casino was quite pleasant. I went for a short day with my family for a weekend getaway. The rooms were tidy and clean, but outdated. The front desk was efficient and fast. We were on the second floor so didn’t have much of an ocean view. Resorts casino is conveniently close to the boardwalk. There is a strong smell of smoke that lingers throughout the hotel so be prepared for that. Overall, I’d recommend resort casino for a quick staycation.

Room stunk of smoke when we checked in. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, as the previous guests washcloths were on top of the shower head and door. Received many emails asking me to upgrade the room after I booked, on the verge of being felt like spam. Elevators are few and far between. Would not stay again.

The hotel is well maintained, rooms are large and comfortable however we had a lot of difficulty navigating the property. There are very few signs showing how to get to certain locations. Some of the staff although very nice, not very knowledgeable. Coffee shop needs to open earlier than 8:00.

Horrible view. The entire hotel was extremely Smokey even in a non-smoking room. Hotel staff was not helpful and rude. You could hear other guests loud and clearly in the next room. Biggest issue was the beds were hard I felt like I was sleeping on.a brick mattress. Pool area was nice but you can’t order food there.. I would not stay here again.

For a king size bedroom and the amount of money we paid was very disappointing. We stayed at a Hilton in Shelby, NC with 2 queen size beds, full kitchen, couch, 60” tv and free full breakfast each morning for 2 nights and $135 cheaper.

Our king size bed was very uncomfortable and looked more like a queen the king size bed. There were not enough outlets to plug in a phone charger. Definitely next time will look to stay in Cape May and travel to AC for a concert.

Rooms need renovation! Non smoking room smelled so bad that first I couldn’t sleep , then I walk up with a headache. Taking a shower was a quest , since water was no going true at all so you had to rush and at the same time you were not able to rush water flow was so weak you were not able to wash out soap . I end up standing in the puddle. Same water situation was in the sink. Water just standing .

Stayed at Resorts Casino Hotel for a quick getaway and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location right on the boardwalk was definitely one of the best parts. The casino had a nice variety of games, and there were plenty of food options nearby and inside the hotel. Staff was friendly during check-in and throughout the stay.

The only downside was I was overcharged for parking, I thought it was $15 and I will be able to enter an exit as I please because I was a hotel guest, but my car was charged $60 instead for parking , besides that it was a fun stay with a good atmosphere, especially if you want easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and nearby casinos.

Double check the time of check in time and the time to go to the pool. The accessibility may help your decision making. This hotel is welcoming . Its not the most updated / bright and shiny like the other hotels near by but it is perfect for a getaway. Food court on side and access to the boardwalk

The pool could be open longer... it closes at 6PM. Other than that, nice place, it has lots of stuff like a little mall area, food court, restaurants and the location is right by the pier and directly on the boardwalk.

Was a solo mother’s day over night stay. My overall experience was good. Appreciated the staff that helped me with my room request. I wanted a room away from noise and high traffic. He assigned me one on the 9th floor at the of the hall and right in front of the security cameras which gave me an added sense of security especially being a woman traveling alone,
Also had a issue with my parking pass and the check out desk staff member promptly assisted with correcting the issue.
