Room was kind of gross, but you get what you pay for. Sexual graffiti on the head board, broken door frames beside me, internet very low quality. Great location though by the beach and major casinos.

I booked 2 rooms at AC lodge in Atlantic city on pacific ave both rooms were a health and safety hazard there was mold in the ceilings no soap dirty towels and had plenty drunks and prostitutes hanging in property or very close by also saw the police every 10-20 mins the manager on site was very understanding because he was aware of the situation he canceled our rooms to recieve a refund but expedia said we couldnt get a refund and overcharged us placing us in rooms that didnt have any amenities that were requested before our room was canceled 😳 disastrous weekend made it through tho thank god for your protection!!!

I would personally not book this hotel again. the room walls were stained and gross. the fridge was rusted, the dresser had no handle, the doorknobs were not properly put on. there’s always people outside and they are loud. the only thing that was clean was the toilet. just the toilet.

The first room smelled of strong cigarettes and had a broken window. The second room smelled the same but had a group of homeless people hanging in front. Went to the car and tried to find another room nearby to no avail. Asked to see one more . The last room still smelled like cigarettes but was better than others. Gathered clothing from car. Within twenty minutes one of the homeless people from in front of the second room was knocking on the door . I answered and they respectfully said they had the wrong door. Began to get dress and another one of the guys knocked . Went out to a concert and came back around Midnite . Got in bed and someone else knocked on the door. This was a very busy room. The people next door argued and smoked cigarettes all night . You could smell the smoke thru the wall. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was moldy! Outdated! Sticky ! Roach infested! It was peeling paint ! There were holes in the walls. It’s a trap house. Literally. There were street walkers, pimps and drug dealers all up and through the rooms and near the doors. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. Just don’t.

Dirty room, drug areas people screaming outside all night and cars booming their sound system. Lot was not even a little shoveled pure ice. Fridge was not working and I left at 2:30 am when someone started banking on my door, did not feel safe. Cheap chain lock was all they had.

Staff was very nice, the room was clean as to be expected. It was all the drug activity and prostitution going on in the room next door that made it terrible. I had to constantly check to see if my car was ok, couldn’t sleep at all.

Find somewhere, anywhere else.

Whether it was the lobby's water-caved in ceiling and intense fungal odor, the $20 parking fee that was not on the original room listing, the dripping access panel in the bathroom of my room (#106), or the crazy person who pounded on my door at 5 AM, no part of my stay was enjoyable and at best merely serviceable.

I assume the clerks and other workers are doing their best in such a awful environment, but I would not recommend this site, and would think it appropriate for Econo Lodge to review the franchise ownership's stake in this business.

If there is no franchise owner and Econo Lodge owns it outright ... woof.

Really nice people that work here, my toilet got clogged up and were really nice to change my room, for the price you do get what you get. The area is really close to the boardwalk which was amazing, but being a solo trip definitely made me need to be on guard 1000 times more.

Not worth $500 a night

The property was on a terrible neighborhood with homeless addicts and prostitutes all around thr property the room was $452 per night and the property was filthy. The room had black mold all over the floor by the jacuzzi. The property manager was kind and helpful but the allow all these shady people laying around the property outside. Police lights lit up the room all night. Definitely NOT was i was expecting for nearly $500 a night snd he even charge you $20 to park your vehicle. I dont recall seeing that as an extra charge. But why wouldnt that be included how are you supposed to stay without parking your vehicle. Definitely didnt feel like a safe area to be.

It's ok if you aren't looking for glam and glitter

I was glad to get to my destination,I was not happy we had no landline.No ice trays so I had to keep going to office to get Ice cubes.Than I didn't hv but two tissues in Kleenex box I asked 4 times and no Kleenex They hv me paper towels tissue? I needed another wash clothe and wanted a blanket for my kid.We had no di not disturb sign.So we left they came and put it on the bed.The Receptionist he was awesome and helpful..The room smelled very clean.But some minor upkeep on the bathroom like the handle to hold on to get in tub wasn't reattached properly.There was a safe but I couldn't get it to accept my code number.
It is great to bec5 minutes from the beach If you are low on cash and want to just experience Atlantic City without Resort fees .Early check in ) check out fees than fine.It was too cold out so no pool and the Beach wasn't open to swim.

The room and surrounding area felt very unsanitary and unsafe to stay in. There was a paraphernalia device sitting in the bottom of our toilet, and our room overall looked dirty. We also saw a used syringe needle in the stairwell right outside our room. We could not stay here and asked for a refund for the night, at which point the employee offered to switch our room, which we did not feel confident would make us feel much safer. We were then directed to take it up with Expedia about a refund. The employee did refund our payment for parking thankfully.

I stay here often. It’s a nice convenient stay for those who want to stay outside the casinos and avoid waiting for deposit returns and extra taxes. Near many restaurants and grocery/convenience stores and directly across the street from Tropicana & the boardwalk. The area can be a bit sketchy at night, just as any other city but a very comfortable stay

The worst place to stay in AC

This hotel DOES NOT match the pictures!
I booked a non-smoking room. The room reeked of marijuana. l had to go back to the office to get a new room. The office is across the street from the building with the rooms!

There is one set of stairs to get down from the 2nd floor. It was blocked by a woman and 2 men doing drugs at 4pm!

As you can see by the photos there was water damage to the room.

We were attending a concert so we stayed even after all this, UNTIL MY HUSBAND WOKE UP AT 1:40 am WITH A COCKROACH CRAWLING ON HIS FACE!

We left immediately!

When checking in, I was informed that I had to pay $25 to park my car there overnight (although when i was booking online, free-parking was advertised) and even though the signage outside had \"$5 for up to 8 hours\"... the attendant informed that \"$5\" applied to non-guest... my god, whatever happened to treating your own guests... only when i attempted to cancel my stay for the night did they allow me to park there for free as the advertisement had called for.

initial room I was given, lights would not turn on, random patch up holes on the walls, and no safety latch on door... I advise staff that was not safe and that I would not stay... he offered another room.

3.
the next room still had holes patches and clear sign that the door had been kicked in at some point, but the safety latch presented and it was getting super late... so I slept there for tonight to sound of the crack heads outside, and bolted out as soon as sunlight broke.

I was kinda afraid to take my clothes off. The carpet looked like its been on the floor since the beginning of time. The door looked like it was kicked in so much air flowed in around it. So many street people hanging around. I did sleep there but with one eye open. As soon as I saw daylight I was out of there.

This property needs a complete renovation. The walls had electrical tape on the to cover the holes im the wall. The curtain had burn holes in them and the shower water couldn't be adjusted ( only the hot water worked). I will NEVER stay here again

There was so much smoke smell in a nonsmoking area. The rooms look so dated and nasty. There was not much space for two people. The bathroom was so small, inconvenient and had no blow dryer. The room was cold from the air being on instead of heat but we were able to actually operate the unit to heat. Will not stay again. IMO.

I took a room for 2 ppl at first for $108,then i upgraded my reservation to 4 ppl paying extra $45 so in total it was around $150.but they gave me a 2 single beds whereas in the pic they showed 2 king size beds,enough for 4ppl if the beds are shared.so it was a big scam. And also had to pay extra $25 for car parking.

I feel like I need to burn everything i brought into the room with me. As soon as we walked in the first thing we noticed was the strong, awful smell. A close second were the stains and dirt on everything. There was what looked like smeared poop on the toilet handle and bodily fluids in the sink. Only two of the lights worked which I believe was on purpose because as soon as we turned them on the cockrpaches scattered. We ended up packing our car up and driving home. -10000/10 do not recommend. We have stayed at neighboring hotels and every one has been a little run down but clean and accommodating but this hotel was falling apart and disgusting.

I was not very pleased with my room how it was advertised on the website was totally different from when we got there. The room was small. There was writing or scribble on the wall. The towels were rough and not all that clean no phone or no clock in the room, and I seen a mouse behind the TV that would actually hang From the wall and it was a hole in the wall, so I’m thinking that’s how the mouse got it. I do not recommend anyone staying there. Management was very nice. The location is good, but the rooms are not.
