The property is nice enough, but the partial ocean view room is a view of the side of a building. The parking situation is rough. They charge $30 to park, and they don't have sufficient parking on site.

The Seahaus was a very nice choice - I’m glad we chose to stay here. It’s convenient to be right on the beach , near by all the casinos and near by plenty of food options.
The staff were very helpful and kind. Check-in was smooth. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view of the beach from our room was the best part! We definitely plan on coming back to stay at The Seahaus. Thanks for making our stay worth it.

Horrible stay. Staff did not know what they were doing. Continuously charging the credit card with no explanation of charges. Did not give me the room that I paid for. Restaurant staff understattfed. Did not receive my order. The worst parking and the audacity to charge 30 a day to park with no guarantees spot. Had to walk a block and a half away and we are handicapped. Will never go back

Hotel was nice clean but parking 30 a night and fees 30 a night is ridiculous. I paid 120 dollars for 2 days for parking and fees. I would have stayed at a casino resort for cheaper and wouldn't have to uber either. Only disappointing fact is the price for charging more than resort hotels when there is basically nothing to do in the hotel

The hotel is overall beautiful. They charge a destination fee and to make up for that, they provide a $15 voucher for food and beverage (amongst other things). I personally found this component a bit of a loophole to get you to spend money at their cafe and not necessarily deduct the full amount. I used the voucher for a $31 meal, I had the people at the cafe deduct the $15 and paid for the balance immediately. When I checked out, they added the full bill to my final checkout fee. They did this for another purchase as well. And the way they print the final bill is confusing so you don't catch it in time. Other than this tidbit, the hotel was gorgeous and the staff were friendly

Only real draw back is I had a partial oceanfront balcony that was located on Same side as the Tropicana hotel. The noise being generated from the roof top mechanisms and vents made it unbearable to sit on the balcony

During my dog’s final days, we brought him to Atlantic City, a place he loved, to say goodbye to the world. The hotel front desk showed him such compassion and respect, despite his appearance being affected by radiation therapy. It meant so much to us that our family was allowed to share a quiet, meaningful lunch with him in the hotel restaurant. Only two days later, he passed away peacefully. The kindness we experienced here will always stay in my heart.Thank you for making such a difficult time a little more gentle

The hotel did not serve coffee or have coffee available for sale outside of the restaurant. Would recommend to have coffee in the lobby for guests. Also would recommend adding a foot stool in the shower for ladies.

All I can say is I booked this last minute and my wife and I had the most Cozy experience Ever. The Staff, Crystal was Beyond Amazing. I have nothing negative to say because they made is feel welcome, delivered a bottle of Champagne and Birthday Cupcakes as a surprise only because I mentioned we were in town for my Wife’s Birthday. The Room was Topshelf and we look forward to returning there again Planned. We had reservations at another hotel otherwise we would have stayed there another night. Thank you so much Crystal and the Entire Management Team. Job Well done and we are Most Satisfied. See you Folks again Soon!!!❤️

Check in was easy - we were even surprised with a $15 food & beverage credit! Everyone from the parking attendant, front desk to housekeeping were very friendly. The room was very clean & up to date. Check out was easy as they have a drop box to just leave your room keys. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was very good except 1) parking was full so at 10pm I had to drive to the overflow lot and walk back which was not ideal (in the rain and cold) and the sign to the lot was confusing and 2) the rug in our room had a big stain by the foot of the bed.

The rooms were just as expected, clean cozy beach vibes. Perfect for a getaway with your partner, we loved the beach front view! The staff were so accommodating + friendly, they extended our checkout time last minute and even provided wine & cupcakes for my birthday, my boyfriend and I loved it at the Seahaus and will 10000% be returning in the summer! :)

After returning to the hotel late, they had no more parking spaces left. I had to drive to the Tropicana and park my car there. Very bad!!! They did give me a credit for the 2 nights I paid for parking.

I really liked the sea view the room was very clean and cozy the only thing I didn't like about that was that we had a couple next to our room that we could hear everything they said and everything they did including when they had intimate relationships that was very uncomfortable, also, the word is no water in the refrigerator. And I believe they need to have more amenities, including a pool. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and professional. And something I loved about the Hotel is the pleasant smell that there is when you enter the reception area.

There was a lovely view of the beach and ocean.
The front desk staff were professional and very polite.
The room and hotel were very clean and a nice size.
The restaurant staff were professional but a little slow.
The water pressure in the shower coukd be a little better as well.
Parking is tight but they state that on their web site and you can park directly across the stree at Trop, which is literally a 90 second walk.
All in all the Seahous is a very lovely hotel and I would stay here again.

Booked a king room with partial ocean view with a balcony, the weather was not the best so I couldn't really enjoy the view. However the main problem with this hotel is the lack of parking, the garage has very limited parking for SUV's and trucks. Due to limited parking in the garage (which is connected to the hotel) the next parking area is further away from the hotel which meant I was barely sleeping out of fear of someone either breaking into my car or worse my car getting towed. That brings me to checkout which was handled very unprofessionally, me and my friend who stayed with me were not greeted by the 2 individuals who were at the desk, they seemed more eager to help the white folks but the moment they saw me a hispanic and my haitan friend we weren't even greeted, we stood there waiting to be helped but of course the guy who was at the desk with the lady in the red wig decided to over look us and speak to a older white lady who wasn't even waiting at the desk to be helped. The lady in the red wig didn't greet us either and barely seemed interested to help, overall i won't be coming back I will book with Ocean like i had originally planned to do.

Yesss everhthing was going magnificent into we had one neighbor who decided to call the staff on us about the music which the jbl speaker is part of the room it was my fiance birthday it wasn't even 11 yet and we just put the music and was asked politely by staff to turn it down which we did but the thing is its a hotel a beach vibe hotel at that people who is complaining about the next room should have some kind of consequences behind that because nobody is kids there but other wise hotel, staff and room A1 Aplus 🙌💜

I wanted to give this hotel more stars, but it really missed the mark on several points. First, front desk staff not present for 15+ minutes at check in and check out. Also, not friendly at check in or check out. Nowhere near enough parking - the parking lot they charge you for is a block and a half away and $30/night. Room was okay- small bathroom. We had to call maintenance because our toilet stopped flushing.

The staff was very accommodating, room was very clean and the small partial ocean view balcony was a nice feature. Being pet friendly made this property almost perfect. If they had a small area outside to curb you dog it would be perfect. Unfortunately they way it's set up now it's really not pet friendly.

My ONLY complaint is I booked an OCEANFRONT Balcony King. I was given an ocean VIEW, and I know that may sound bad, and I was grateful for ANY view, but I paid for Ocean Front. I enjoyed my morning coffee, in my comfy robe, as people were walking with their bags next to me in the cat walk to Tropicanna. Not very relaxing.

The manager said he'd adjust in the morning, but in the morning, he said he could ONLY give me points to use towards next stay. I was good with that...but am still waiting for them (despite messages left, and even a stop in over last weekend).

Clean room, great amenities. Had to ask for extra towels and coffee supplies because not enough are staged in the room for two so something to improve upon. I also did not know there was a complimentary jitney ride which would’ve been helpful to know in advance before I overpaid $35 for a ride share fir the 5 min 1/2 mile from the train station.

The room was beautiful, clean and ample. The lobby was small, but pleasant and well kept. The staff were very personably and welcoming. There was however, no available parking at the time we checked in and they suggested we parked at the hotel next door, which was Tropicana. There were no other instructions. Just to park at Tropicana, which is an extremelly large hotal. We had to walk with our luggage from the parking lot, which itself took a while to find, through the hotel huge quarter and lobby then once again outside through frigid temperatures and finally into our hotel. The entire ordeal took an hour. There was no feedback other than \"yes, it could be tricky to find their parking lot,\" and no other explanation as to why they had given us such vague instructions for what would be such a time consuming distressing ordeal. Additionally, the main entrance was covered by a large sheet of ice. There was no way around it, other than through it. One of our parties fell the morning of check out. We informed the front desk staff and she noted apologetically that \"you are not the first to fall.\" Reportedly another guest had fallen the day prior and injured himself. It is unfortunately, as the hotel is quite comfortable, but the checking in logistics were a nightmare.

This stay was a surprise birthday stay for my partner. The room was in good condition, and the staff were pleasant, but poor communication and unexpected charges after checkout negatively impacted the experience. Our travel delay caused us to miss the first night. After multiple calls, a staff member noted our late arrival. Another delay occurred, and we checked in the early next day. I only learned of a $340+ charge for the missed night after checkout, from the manager. Communication issues persisted; ordering breakfast required several calls, and restaurant transfers went unanswered 2x. Despite kind staff, the process felt disorganized. A breakfast charge was discounted, leaving a lower balance. Before checkout, I was told my bill was clear, but later received a bill over $500, including parking and daily fees not clearly explained. Parking fees at check-in didn’t match my bill. The manager deducted part of the parking charge and noted the first bill was just for food, which I’ve never heard that after checking out I assumed everything would be on 1 bill. I understand limited staffing and respect the manager’s absence, but his absence shouldn’t halt communication. Eventually, the manager was pleasant, professional, and refunded the nightly room charge, the $340+ missed-night fee, and part of the parking. Overall, this experience was frustrating at times and financially stressful. Clearer communication, transparent billing, and better operational coverage are greatly needed.

We had terrible view from our 5th floor room. Faced an ugly stained concrete wall.
No bathtubs in hotel.
Heavy room doors made for a very loud noisy stay. You could hear anyone on the floor leaving their room at all times. Inside rooms are NOT quiet.
Decor was excellent and stylish.
No microwave.

We had a wonderful two night stay for NYE. Rooms were spotless, comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Balcony access was awesome. We were right next to the elevator - no issue at all. The room and staff were excellent; however, we experienced an issue at checkout when the hotel attempted to charge us an additional $250 for “smoking.” They claimed someone had come to the room, but when we asked for camera footage to be reviewed and for the sensors to be checked, we never received a response. Shortly after, the charge was dropped without explanation. We did not smoke in the room and were only there to sleep, so the accusation felt unfounded. It seemed as though they hoped we wouldn’t notice the extra charge. It’s disappointing, because aside from this incident, we genuinely enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was clean staff was very friendly and very welcoming! Only thing light didn’t work in my room in the mirror bathroom so I wasn’t able to do my face good! The temperature was so very comfortable by it was winter.
But one thing I want to say make you check the parking price on the property and the charges they charge daily I was not aware or told the prices before we parked if I new I would of park in their parking and so self parking it instead! The price a day was outrages to us! So spend more than we want to.
