Both my friends and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend adventure. The man at the front desk is so sweet and helpful! He answered all our questions and helped us out when our door lock needed the batteries changed. This is a great place to stay and a very reasonable price.

Stayed here 3 times now and it’s been great every time. It’s quiet, rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Not sure you’re going to find a better hotel in the area for the price. Each time I’ve stayed here I’ve received a better room than what I’ve paid for without asking. The staff is great too, the nice man at the front desk called me about an hour after I checked in to let me know my car lights on by accident. Turns out I mistakenly pressed my hazard button while grabbing my stuff out of the car and didn’t realize. The location is about 10-15 min from AC which is more than reasonable for anyone looking for a cheap and clean stay. Looking forward to coming back again in the future.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this hotel. I was so impressed. This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive to the guests. The facility is clean, room clean, modern. The price was affordable. The area is convenient to shopping and dining. I would stay here again. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

This property has been refreshed and for the price it is a good deal. Room was clean and large had everything you need. Heating/air was good. No breakfast but snacks for sale. Ample parking. Easy drive to AC.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First I have to say that the gentleman at the front desk was SO nice! He was helpful and friendly. Just wonderful to talk to. Our room was very clean. The bathtub was nice a deep perfect for a long soak. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The hotel was clean and had all we needed. Staff was excellent, they went above and beyond in the middle of the night to help us get all new bedding, towels and the cleaning supplies we needed when my child was sick. Even offered water, snacks and medicine to help. An incredible gesture. Stayed at a few motels in the area and this is the best staff I have met yet.

We have been staying here for years when visiting family in town. The staff always helpful and courteous! We will likely stay here again. Affordable, clean, safe, and conveniently located to where we need to be.

We were told the rooms are in the process of being updated, and the one that we stayed in defiantly needed some TLC so that was good to hear. Breakfast is only on weekends, and primarily package goods so we prefer to go to the Wawa across the street.

The hotel is not in the best condition, different from what I seen when I booked. Upon arrival it had an awful smell. The workers were nice. I stayed for 3 nights and wanted to leave to another hotel, the minute I walked in. I did contact Hotels.com, about staying one night and getting a refund for my other 2 nights. The manager never got back to you. I stayed out all 3 nights really late, due to not wanting to be in the hotel. I was definitely catfished with the hotel. Moving forward I will not book with Hotels.com. I also was charged an extra guest for $90.00. I asked the hotel about this and they stated they did not charge this fee. This fee is from Hotels.com. I will continue booking with Expedia. I never had an issue like this before.

I did the booking through expedia, and I paid through expedia. I was told the day I checked in they would hold a $100 but they would put then back on my card when i do the check out.
Instead of putting the $100 back they put only $50. I called the hotel for an explanation but they couldn’t tell me what the charge was for, even worse they said that they couldn’t see a $50 charge on my card. I had to call the bank to do a charge back.

FairBridge Hotel is conveniently located and a good place to rest. It could use a little touch up but the amenities were good, the breakfast varied and good. The staff was very professional and friendly. The elevator was not working for most of our stay nevertheless we were lucky to be on the 2nd floor. Overall I’d rate it an 8 out of 10.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt inclined because the rating I saw for this hotel on Expedia was not reflected when I arrived. The building was run down and in a bad area. I’m not from New Jersey, so I wasn’t aware of this. Aside from that, there was limited parking in the front. I got to the front desk to check in and the staff was nice but seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. They also charged me a deposit I was not aware I was going to have to pay, but that was on me. The room was not at all like in the pictures. It was also kind of run down but the bathroom was nice & it was clean. I will say that I did go to use the ice bucket and it was actually dirty. Like food and hair was stuck to it. I would’ve used the bag it came with but it was actually stuck to the top of the bucket & I was so disgusted I decided against even getting any ice or using any of the other cups provided. There was also water damage on the ceiling and looking up when I woke up while the sun lit up the room was quite a surprise. The TV was fine but they had VERY limited channels. Like maybe 5, but it took me a while to find them. As I said, the bathroom was nice and seemed clean. Although, when we woke up to shower before leaving the hot water stopped working & warm water would go in and out. The stay was short so it wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying longer than a night.

Mean customer service with hidden fees!! BEWARE!!!

Well at first check in I booked six nights but when I got there they switched to five saying they don’t do anymore than five. Then the next big kicker is $100 a night deposit are they crazy I told them I don’t have money like that I’m on the verge of being homeless now I’m in tears cause they are being so stern and harsh well that’s our policy and blah blah blah I said well when I booked on hotel .com it did not say anything about a deposit of $100 every night so now I guess because I’m in tears he is now finagling with me I finally said $200 but I guess I won’t eat dinner while I’m here cause that’s my spending money!! Then well you better not smoke in our rooms cause then it’s $250 plus security deposit there is an outdoor spot outback for that. And we need you to check out on the 2 nd or our boss will be mad. Like who tells a customer that!!!!!

During the check in process, I was caught off guard by the security deposit since it was not stated anywhere on the website. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude about me being unaware of the deposit. Okay well that right there makes me never want to stay here again. I go up to the room, the tube has mold around the seals and on the shower curtain. The toilet had a brown ring in it and in the bottom of the tub. I will gladly spend my money else where

The room was clean. After reading reviews about potential bed bugs I did a thorough check & did not find anything alarming.

The room had not been opened in a while so there was a strong smell of an older building with uncirculated air. After running the AC for a while and leaving the bathroom fan on it seemed to improve. The mattress protector was ripped in places, the comforter was worn & we didn’t use it. There was an iron but no ironing table. The carpet did leave black marks on socks.

If i could give this place 0 I would front desk person (kevin i believe ) was rude at check in
Romm was terrible ( half of the room was taken up by a out of order jacuzzi which i specifically did not book other half by a disgusting couch which had no legs and came 3 inches off the ground ( would have never gott back up if sat there ) we left 5 minutes after checking decided to just drive the 3 hours home clerk offered to give us a different room but if they had a different room why were we put in the crap bit there was no way we would have been comfotable in this hotel

And they refused to give us any refund
