Prostitution, Filthy, Grime all in the bathroom, kids hogging the pool and they tested the pool when i was in it and the results came back dark orange. I googled it, google said high acidity meaning no one should’ve been in the pool. Don’t forget about the gunshots that randomly go off in the middle of the night

The rooms are not what you see in the pictures. There were stains and hair on the bedding and towels. Also there was trash (tooth picks, dirt, and cigarette ash) on the floor and walls. My husband and I had to go buy sheets, towels, and pillows in order to stay. We couldn't afford to change hotels and we were very surprised when the pictures looked so good and clean and the room was so dirty in reality. Also the door to the stairs was broken. It is supposed to require a key card to open but it didn't lock and was wide open most of the time. There was trash and glass all over the parking lot. We just didn't feel super safe.

Floor was clean, rest of room was old and worn out. Reason I booked room was for the hot tub. Tub was horrible. Drain stopper was broken off, tiles were cracked and loaded with old caulk. Room felt damp even with AC on. My girlfriend and I stayed maybe 3 hours. Went to front desk to cancel 2nd day and get a refund. Was told since I booked with you, you were the one to refund my money. Sent out 2 emails, never got a response. Very disappointed!!

Clean room always (second stay at this property) although they weren’t ready by 4pm check-in. Lot is always full of trash,cans overflowing and not swept or maintained in elevators or halls/stairs. I’m not sure granola bars and old coffee are breakfast but thank goodness there’s WaWa up the road!
Check-in is fast and easy.
Pool area shouldn’t allow alcoholic beverages and they should be mindful to let guests know to be more courteous of others.
People living on property have become comfortable and complacent so it can be quite rowdy for actual guests with tv volumes and hanging in lot.
I like this place and I’m sure they can do much better bc it’s a convienent area.

Parking was okay. Staff was okay. Lobby is awful and in need of a major update. Relieved that the room was okay after seeing the lobby (check in area).
Did not use the pool but didn’t look all that inviting. Loud planes flying overhead often. Ad says restaurant on premises but didn’t mention that it’s an Indian restaurant, which is fine if that’s what you are looking for, otherwise you are out of luck.
Upon check out day, we took what we could down to the car, but couldn’t get back into the room for the rest of our things. Key would not work and they blamed it on the cell phone touching the key which was not a problem anytime prior. Definitely would not return.

Fantastic budget-friendly stay for our family of three! The room and bathroom were clean, the walls looked freshly painted, and the hardwood floors were a huge plus, giving you immediate peace of mind about the cleanliness. The mattress and pillows were also very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay that is less than 15 minutes from Atlantic City Boardwalk.

My kids and I had a change in vacation plans and it turned out actually pretty awesome! We found this place and my kids loved the pool and everyone that worked here were helpful and polite I was extremely happy with our choice to stay here and we even decided to stay for the remainder of week and weekend also great prices!

Room was cleaned and spacious. I didn't try the jetted tub due to it looking outdated. But it was cleaned. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked great as well as TV. Night lamps had charging ports which was a plus. Mini fridge and microwave also available. Close to AC boardwalk. Would stay again.

Nonsmoking rooms are the same as smoking they smell alike a horrid ashtray. Walls are completely paper thin – got woken up at 7:30 AM with someone above us playing Bollywood and stopping around. The rain leaked into the room. Sheets were still dirty. This place is no where near even half the price- skip it and stay somewhere- anywhere better.

This was worse than expected but I was stuck staying.

The door did not lock properly (deadbolt would not turn) - I was able to secure the door with a chair.

You can hear EVERYTHING from outside and through the walls (seriously could hear everything being said as well as the kid with a cold sneezing next door).

For all the noise “maintenance” made through the day, they should concentrate on cleaning the property - quite littered, even a bottle of urine in the parking lot.

The paint was peeling in the shower/tub area.

The presented “breakfast item” was literally a children’s Quaker Chewy Bar - not what I would eat at any time of day, and the coffee was barely warm (no coffee in-room only in the lobby).

The shower had good pressure and was hot, and the bed was comfortable.

This was a horrible experience, every time we left our room we had to get the key card reprogrammed. It was filthy in the room, burn holes in the sheets, hair dryer didn’t work. Mold on the walls near the sink. No shower curtain or door. Staff was friendly but not helpful. No refund policy prevented us from leaving. Everything was old and seemed to be neglected. They need to put money back into this place or close it. Hotels.com should never offer this property again until drastic changes are made. Even clothes hangers were old and rusty. We felt dirty just staying there. They even charged 10.00 per hour for early check-in. Had we known the state of this hotel there’s no way we would have stayed there. The pictures on hotels.com don’t even come close to representing what the property and rooms actually look like. It is disheartening to go to a site such as hotels.com and to be mislead this way. This makes us reevaluate using your site in the future. You should remove this property as an option or your reputation will be affected

This is a motel not hotel (as listed) and it’s very dirty. Walls are thin. You could hear everything going on in the other rooms. I paid for a non smoking room but there were people smoking and drinking all over the property. The front door to the room wasn’t leveled so there was a slight opening where someone can peak into the room. The furniture was broken and dirty, stains all over the bed sheets and chairs full of stains and dirt. The shower and sink weren’t sealed correctly, holes in the ceiling of the shower. The microwave was from the 1980’s and the mini refrigerator was dirty…both were located in the dressers. Terrible place to stay.

Chose this hotel because of the free breakfast. In the hotel lobby theres a sign that says breakfast starts at 7am. I get down there the next morning and im told they no longer offer free breakfast, but had granola bars instead. Every granola bar was atleast 2 years expired. The coffee had soap bubbles in it. Another customer was in the lobby because his car was stolen the night before from the parking lot. Crazy area.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I expected a very average room maybe even below average with mold, a bad smell and poor amenities. I was happy to find that everything was super clean. Smelled fresh. The paint was new, no mold. It was a really good stay!!

I can't believe I only paid $23 for it( after a discount and (. I would definitely come back here again if I wanted to do a quick overnight at the beach or as in my case, ride my bike to Philadelphia and back.

To top it off when I was checking in there was a customer on speakerphone speaking to the desk attendant who was really unhappy with her stay and misleading reviews. So I had a really negative perception going in and I came away feeling super happy like I got a great deal.

Rooms smell like humidity and cigarettes…because people smoke in non smoking areas. The sheets are stained so I suggest bringing your own pillow and blankets. The bathroom is a bit gross my toilet was dirty. The Ac is filled with dust and it’s honestly disgusting. Need better cleaning services ASAP. Everything is as described but in poor condition.

My stay was great from the time I check in until I checked out.. The staff was there to greet me with a warm smile. There's a Indian restaurant in the front of hotel. He recommend a dish I never had Indian food so it would be the first time. It was nice that the restaurant was connected to the hotel. Once inside it was warm and welcoming. I didn't dine in do to the long flight I had. The waiter Francis was phenomenal great personality he went above and beyond his duty to make me feel welcomed. So thank you Francis. If any time your in this area stay at the Inn at Atlantic City and banquet and most eat at the restaurant Aroma excellent food. So if you don't have the time to dinie in do take out highly recommended.

The beds are very comfortable, the shower handle telephone and remote needed to be replace in the room we stayed in but overall good place to stay for the price and only a 15 mint drive to the casinos . I booked this non refundable stay but once i drove in i thought we drove into a horror movie. My kids were scared and didnt want to get down. I looked at the reviews and saw it was a 2 star hotel. Lack of maintenance and unprofessional staff. The lady in the front desk gave us a hard time every time we asked for any assistance, “threatened to call the cops”!!! when asked to open our room door because we left our key inside the room.
Broken amenities!! My 7 year old had to be hospitalized with neumonia due to his asthma flaring up by sleeping in a dry and cold room. The heater wasn’t functioning properly, we informed the staff and nothing was done. Cold air and water was also coming in the room through the window.

This was our 2nd time staying in this property. Our first was a great experience unfortunately this second stay is different. It was an easy check in process, once we were in the room we noticed the TV is not working and also the room phone is not working. There was leaking under the sink. I called the front desk telling her that the TV and phone is not working, was told that she is coming to fix the TV, she did come after 3hrs which i totally understand coz she was probably busy, but she gave me an attitude after she fixed the tv. Other than this issue, I can say that our stay was still ok.

The room was painted a lovely teal green which gives it a beachy feel. The mattress was good quality but a little firm for my personal liking. My husband loved it since he prefers a former mattress. The pillows were great. The room was clean. My only complaints are that the marble table top was not secured to the table legs which can pose a danger if that were to fall on someone's feet. Also, we couldn't get the remote control to work or the TV to work. I tried calling front desk from the room phone. I followed the instructions on the phone but i couldn't get the call to go through so I called them from my cell phone. They said someone would come in 30 minutes to take a look at the TV but no one ever came and I ended up just going to bed without watching tv. For the price though I do think it was worth the stay. I would stay again.

Well I'm glad i didn't listen to the bad reviews i came across and decided to give this place a try. I will say that the first room i received, the original room i booked had a leak when you would flush the toilet that i noticed right away. I brought it to the attention of the staff and was immediately given a new room. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the area was very quiet and close to stores for just about everything. The only thing that was a little weird was that the shower was in the jacuzzi. A little weird to me but it was fine. My wife and i had a great time for valentines day weekend. I would recommend for a weekend stay. Staff was very friendly as well.

The staff is rude and lazy. The Indian lady on night shift called her supposedly manager Ali and became upset when we asked for a new room because the tv was broke . This lady should not be doing business with any customers because she was very, very rude, nasty, said racial comments that I won’t even repeat or write . Horrible experience.

My daughter and I needed a last-minute room and we we're working with a small budget. We booked the room last minute. When I showed up the woman working at the front desk was very pleasant. She inquired as to why we were there when I told her it was for a tournament she wished my daughter good luck. Knowing it was just my daughter and I, they said she would give us the room closest to the office. The room was very clean and it made us smile to see swan's made out of towels resting on the bed. When we needed 15 extra minutes in the morning we were told it would be absolutely no problem.
I must say we were so happy with our room and the whole experience!
