Great location. Super friendly staff. Apartment was quite spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that it wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spider webs on the walls here and there and it definitely needed a better vacuuming. I don't mean to mislead, it wasn't filthy or anything. Also, no A/C or fans, so that was a little uncomfortable as it was in the mid 80s. And this is a wierd one, but all the doors (bedrooms and bathrooms) are frosted glass. Loxoks very cool but isn't really practical for obvious reasons. They don't block light well nor do they dampen sound. Made it a little difficult to not disturb others if you're an early riser or a night owl.. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

A very pleasant stay at this Willa. Good size clean rooms with a comfortable bed. A very good breakfast with excellent cold cuts and fresh coffee. Location was fantastic, just a few metres from the centre of Krupowki street. I must make special mention of Camilla the lady on reception, who was so helpful and friendly. Owners, this lady is a credit to your establishment.

Make sure you are down early for breakfast.

We arrived at the hotel for our New Year's Eve stay and checked in. The hotel was very dated, with tired decor and seemed a little unloved. The room was large, but was fairly cool considering it was around freezing outside. We were out for the night for New Year and were told breakfast was until 9.30 am in the morning. We went down for breakfast at 9.25 am (it has been a late night) and were told we were too late, I had to argue and point out the time to get a seat. We proceeded to eat and two further couples came down after 9.30 am and sat down with no challenge, maybe our face didn't fit!
We have travelled to numerous countries and stayed in several places in Poland before and not been so rudely treated. The hotel was overpriced, even for New Year and staff require some much needed customer service training.

lovely, clean accommodations steps from the main street. About a 15 minute walk from the bus station where the buses arrive/depart for Krakow. I will definately say here if I ever found myself in Zakopane again!

Nice hotel extremely close the the centre of town which is great, less walking involved to get there when you'll probably be walking alot anyway. Friendly staff, great sized rooms (I had a double and a single room) it was very comfortable for 2 adults and a child. Breakfast was nice but nothing amazing; get it early as it really is the best first thing. The scrambled eggs I particularly enjoyed 😀.
We didn't use the kids activity room as we were busy enough out in Zakopane do I can't comment on that. Overall, it's a nice hotel in a great location and I would recommend staying there.

A bit difficult to find because it is behind the listed road. A bowl of fruit always there at reception to help yourselves from. Clean and reasonably spacious room and bathroom, Our bedroom could have benefitted from better lighting.spaces used sensibly. Reception area is closed after 6PM. Very central and close to bus stop for various facilities. Buffet breakfast very inclusive, but no special order for cooked breakfast, although there were scambled eggs and hot sausages. Receptioninsts were very helpful, but at least one had limitted English. All in all we were very happy during our stay of three nights.

Perfect location right next to Krupowki Street

Me and my dad we stayed at the hotel for five days and four nights, the whole experience was amazing, the location of the hotel was perfect was everything you needed, it was only a 1 min walk to the main street of Zakopane Krupowki Street, where all the shops and restaurants are located for everyone. The staff were amazing, breakfast was served every morning and was delicious. Staff members were able to help out whenever and provide information for anything question you had. Would recommend to anyone that is not a local to Zakopane perfect hotel and perfect location for easy access.

Everything was good in this place but they have to improve breakfast and reception desk ... as customer service. My wife and myself always go for breakfast approximately 1-1.5h before finish serving and there was no scramble eggs left (that the only eggs they serve). Nice lady from the kitchen told us that they \"out of stock\" :D

we enjoyed our stay, the location was good but we had a very hard time finding it on GPS as it is on a pedestrian street.
Also, I did not like the fact that no one was at the reception after 6PM. What if you needed help in the evening ? the door outside is locked after 6PM and since there is no receptionist, you need your key and a chip to get in ,so good luck if you forget them or if it does not work, no one is there to help.
We ran into a lady, locked out, waiting outside for someone to let her in when we returned to the hotel at 6:30PM!.

We had a great stay at Willa Labelle. My ONLY con would be the directions to get to the place. It was really difficult to get to, even by GPS as it is tucked into the back of other buildings.

Once there, staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Zakopane. 10 min drive to Kasprowy Wierch and Morskie Oko. room was spacious and clean.

Very hard to find. Followed the numbers on the buildings and it skipped #40. People that worked in the little stores, aren't very pleasant and don't want to help with directions. I called the hotel and the lady at the reception says she doesn't know the other numbers or stores I was using as reference. Finally got a taxi and he too didn't know where exactly to go so he dropped us in the closest place to 40 . The hotel ended up being behind a large newer building on a side street. The hotel receptionist should be more aware of where they're located and how to get there. Totally ridiculous. I also speak Polish, so there was no language barrier.
Room was okay. However the bathroom smelled like wet dog.

The hotel was okay but the time to check in and check out it was totally wrong. I was on my way to another city for sightseeing and the reception called me to come back and bring out my lugguage right now. I cannot see anything and came back to the hotel right after I got off the bus in another city to bring my belongs. TERRIBLE. It was their mistake at last. I was annoyed.

-Reception -on website is shows that is open from 10am till 10 pm . We arrive at 6pm evertyhing was closed .....
-Map directions - is difficult to find this place on any maps... we used a google maps and shows us destinations on other side Krupowki street , In darkness was difficult to found this hotel when you use a own car ......

Great hotel, but Zakopane got bad

The hotel is really nice, quiet, clean and feels almost like home.
Best thing for was the breakfast, wide choice and all You can eat.
Unfortunately, sometimes You have to go out from hotel. As the hotel is located near Krupowki (main shopping street), we could just walk. And there comes disappointment, Zakopane lost all of its charm. It's crowded, expensive and overflowing with cheap Chinese souvenirs. The trip to the mountains is something totally different, fresh air, great views.
Overall the hotel is fantastic (altough the reception could be opened longer).
So if You're visiting Zakopane I would recommend it.

Great location, really the best. The hotel address is not correct so our WAZE took us in a no entry, pedestrian road. It took us a while to figure out how to get there with a car. Very modest hotel that has no real hotel services. Room was big and clean, breakfast good. Location compancates all.

Let down by its staff (or lack of?)

Great location, shame about the building works going on outside at the moment, as this could begin very early and loudly in the morning, but not the hotel's fault of course.

The hotel itself - room was a good size and fairly modern and clean, however cleaning of the room was was practically non-existant, and one of the receptionists was strangely rude. Asking for left luggage is pretty commonplace in hotels, but in our case it seemed that this was causing a huge inconvenience and she was not shy in making us aware of this, with rude remarks and passive-aggressive body language. Unfortunately for this reason we would not choose to stay there again.

Lovely place to stay, great location!

Upon arrival at Willa Labelle the staff were extremely helpful (and forgiving of my extremely poor Polish) and assisted us in getting the car to the Willa. Checking in was very smooth and we had a spacious, well equipped and very clean room to stay in. The bedding was changed once in the five days we stayed but was made up daily and the towels were changed more regularly. Everything was as I had hoped for, and got even better when it came to breakfast. There were a great selection of things to choose from and plates were kept constantly full by an ever attentive member of staff. Noise at night was to be expected due to the proximity to the main strip of Zakopane but this didn't bother us. The only downside I can think of was a rather ugly hole to the front of the hotel which in my opinion is no reason not to stay. I would go back with no hesitation and definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you want to be as close to the action of Zakopane as you can get.

Close to centre of zakapane. Spacious room, warm.

Arrived on afternoon flight and therefore arrived at hotel at 10.15pm. Had to pay approx 13 euros per person late arrival fee..we were a group of 6...even though the hotel had been informed well in advance.reception only opened for a few hours each day so difficult to get advice on area.
No bar or seating area. Breakfast had good variety of cold food but dining room was very small and cramped.
Staff friendly. Towels changed only every second day.
Good value for money but would prefer to pay bit extra for more facilities

Accommodatie zit wel mooi in centrum maar beetje weggestopt. Rondom gebouw wat er voor staat ontstaat regelmatig behoorlijk wat geluid (laden, lossen, hard praten) wat hinderlijk kan zijn.
Kamers niet modern maar wel prima, wij hadden heerlijk balkon.

Rent och fint, bra läge, men oljud på natten

Hotellet ligger nära gågatan och det är ju bra, men det har hamnat som på en bakgård och man väcks flera gånger av att barer/hotell slänger glas i sina soptunnor. :-(

På ett så litet hotell hade vi sett fram mot lite mer familjär stämning, men personalen var professionellt neutrala, precis som på stora hotell med hundratals rum. Inget fel alltså, men vi hade trott annat.

Rent och välstädat, bra löst med parkering och prisvärt.

Hotel ganz im Zentrum von Zakopane (bei Krupowki-Strasse). Zum Zug- und Busbahnhof 15 Minuten Laufzeit. Parkplätze vor Ort vorhanden. Grosszügige Zimmer, Frühstücksbüffet.
Kein Lift und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Máskor is Villa LaBelle

A szállás közel a sétálóutcához, mégis csendes. A személyzet nagyon készséges, kedves. A szoba teljesen olyan, mint a képeken. A parkolás a hotel melletti őrzött parkolóban. A reggeli változatos, a kávé finom. Valószínűleg nem utoljára voltunk itt. Autóval is könnyen megközelíthető, bár a GPS nem arra visz, de én térképről könnyen odataláltam. Egyébként küldtek tájékoztatást is a megközelítésről, csak nem néztem meg a mail-t. Szóval pompásan éreztük magunkat.

Rust in het centrum

Het hotel ligt echt in het midden van het centrum dus heel goed bereikbaar, wat voor wandelaars super is. In de buurt begeven zich vele winkels en restaurants voor ieder wat wils. In het hotel zelf zijn ze heel vriendelijk en vooral, je kamersleutel is ook de sleutel van de vordeur, je kan in en uit wanneer je zelf wil. De kamer was groot en proper, een ruime badkamer maakt het geheel compleet. Het ontbijt is ruim voldoende keuze, koffie thee verschillende soorten brood en beleg, yoghurt muesli. Het enige wat ons een beetje ontbrak was een stukje vers fruit.
