we needed our room cooler and they kept us on the phone saying oh someone will be there. no one came for over an hour or longer. then they tried to say it was filter. they have room control locks on the air. after a long time getting mad, they finally turned the air on for us. never going back. all the machines are old and kids running up and down the halls. horrible time

My family had a great time. Pool was at a comfortable temperature (November) for the kids. My 10 year old loved the go carts, my 7 year old liked the prizes in the arcade. Wife loved the buffet.

Our stay was okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. However, we had an extremely poor experience after our stay. They tried to keep our incidental hold saying there had to be a “deep clean” $100 fee for urinating of the bed.
This was absolutely not true. No one in the room urinated the bed? We spent one night there just my husband and I and when I asked for proof or how they determined this to be the case they simply said they could not prove anything. Just that the house keeping manager verified if. Of course, If i want to keep $100 I am going to say I verified whatever I want to say.
Additionally, I had called earlier this week and spoke with someone on Monday who assured me the refund of the incidental hold had already been processed.
Somewhere between Monday and today they changed their mind I guess?
Lucky for me I recorded both phone calls (the one were I was told I would be refunded and refund was already processed - and the one today where they clearly stated they couldn’t prove or show any evidence of a deep clean being needed) so I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

The beds were amazing. The staff was rude and I would not recommend for that reason. You also have to park on the other side of the casino unless you use valet parking. So if you have a family, they have to walk through to the other side.

The hotel was very clean. employees were not friendly at all. No one smiles there. They follow you around like their security. Apex didn’t know what they were doing. They said on Tuesday before 6 o’clock. They had Bogo for arcade and Bogo before six for the race cars for the month of October I believe the manager‘s name was Abby. No one really knew what they were doing the casino the hotel and the pool were very clean. We would not stay there only for the discomfort of the workers.

No direct number to inquire about early check in. Went to hotel and staff said they would call and estimated time about 2:30. Staff didnt call and we arrived back at hotel about 4 and they were still cleaning room. End result we paud z$239 for a room to use less then 13 hours with a view of the ramp to the parking garage with noise from cars.

The hotel is amazing. The esthetic is wonderful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable but beyond that the staff was so friendly and helpful and solved every issue we had from parking a trailer to getting the bride’s luggage into their room a little early. Outside of the smoking on the main floor of the casino, this place was great and so much fun. It has big hotel rooms, great food, and great staff. They have a large area designed for kids, which has tons of games. While in this area watching your kiddos, there is a great bar and food for everyone.

Red Hawk Resort & Casino was a really nice stay overall. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great bed and a big, modern shower that made a big difference after a long day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel felt relaxed but fun, and the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something.
The only issue I had was with the desk in my room. It had several dried coffee stains that clearly hadn’t been wiped down, so housekeeping definitely missed that spot. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it stood out in an otherwise well-kept space.
Everything else was great. The hotel has a lot to offer with the casino, bowling alley, arcade, and several restaurants right on site. I can see why people like coming here for a weekend getaway.
