It's a 3.5 star hotel not 5 stars

The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her \"ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it\". Even though the hotel rule is, 1st day of parking is free and this was advised to us prior by another receptionist lady, I wish I remembered her name, because she was lovely with such a beautiful smile. She recommended us a local restaurant and we had an amazing experience at that restaurant.

Ooh and then showers behind the reception horrible, there was water everywhere on the floor with a little space where men, women and children are supposed to get ready showers and dress up, anyone that walks can see you. Literally no privacy at all whatsoever.

Overall the aesthetics of the hotel outside is 4* but the rooms and food 3*, I'm glad we didn't choose half board.

The grounds are beautiful but the room was a catastrophe. I had a one bedroom room for $350 per night. The room was tiny, the beds were the typical 2 tiny twin beds stuck together. If the mattresses were descent it would be ok but you literally would sink in the mattress. There is also no tv in the living room and the whole room was no more than 250 sq feet or 25 square meters. Do not waste your hard earned money here on a crap room.
I stayed up the road at 2 other hotels for roughly a third the cost and they were the same size with nicer finishes and descent normal queen size mattresses.

The property was lovely, very clean and well maintained, the pool area is nice an spacious. It’s nice not to be in a high rise hotel! The food on the other hand I would not recommend this for all inclusive! Bed and breakfast at best! It’s jusy not at a 4* standard of all inclusive. The post mix and beer was not a brand so they didn’t taste great. If you are all inclusive the drinks are a self serve machine which also has a beer pump, most of the time the beer came with floating white bits in. I don’t think the lines get cleaned very often. We ended up buying drinks from the shop to be on the safe side! Staff were ok, although a lady had fallen down the stairs and we stayed with her as the staff didn’t seem interested which I think is appalling, 4 people staying at the hotel stayed with her until the ambulance arrived, hotel staff only came to tell us when the ambulance was here. All in all we waited approx 2 hours, maybe they could benefit from first aid training!

We booked a double bedroom apartment that was supposed to be 45 sqm with a superb view overlooking the area. It is not even a 30 sqm apartment, with a very limited view on the wall separating the resort from the back road!! We explained to the Reception and the reply was that the hotel is fully booked! Nice area and staff but paid 500€ for a room worth 200!!

Best hotel I've stayed in Greece! The pool is really nice and the restaurant also serves very good food. The only disadvantage is that I wish their pool bar serves food as well, then I would stay whole day by the pool.

Location is great, right at the one side of the busy platanias street. Also 5 minutes walk to the beach. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Couldn't recommend more of this hotel!

An amazing holiday

Platanias village hotel offers great amenities Rooms are spread amongst beautiful gardens with ocean view balconies. The staff were very welcoming and helpful to the very last day. The access to the beach resort is an absolute bonus and we thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday Greek dinner in the roof garden with plenty of Cretan delicacies and the usual Cretan hospitality. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel close to beach

We had the fortune to stay in Platanias Village, a separate site to the beach resort, but could easily access the other. The village really feels like one. A small reception with very friendly and helpful staff. And we were taken from there to our room on an electric buggy. They were very helpful in rearranging one of the rooms so that my twin teenagers were able to share one of them, I had a really nice double room to myself. The rooms were kept very clean and tidy every day - even after we slept in a couple of times! The rooms all feel like an apartment, with a small kitchen area and doors that open to the outside rather than being along a corridor. The layout of the village is a design of rambling pathways, some a little on the steep side but lifts are available to each level. All the pathways are beautifully landscaped with flowering plants, thyme and trees.We stayed as B&B guests as we prefer to find local restaurants to eat at (and we found very good ones). So we took advantage of the extensive breakfast buffet, pretty much most things you could hope for - fresh breads, fruit and salads. And if you wanted it the cooked food look okay. Between the two resorts there are several swimming pools to chose from, all with small shops where you can buy drinks, snacks, lilos plasters etc etc. The only thing is that, if you have to buy food from the bar/restaurants, it is quite pricey. And we did venture to the beach and found it too crowded for us. A great and relaxing experience

Great if you like large, well run hotel complexes

Platanias village resort is one of two \"sister\" hotels, adjacent to one another, but divided by the coast road.

The sister hotel was the Porto Platanias, which is located closer to the beach, however the distance from the sea is marginal, perhaps an additional 3 minute stroll from the village resort.

Both hotels complexes are very large, but well appointed. The village resort has one large pool whereas the Porto resort has several smaller ones. Both complexes appear to be relatively new, probably around 10 years old or less, but the feel of the Village hotel is more relaxed as there are plenty of open spaces and \"cobbled\" walkways whereas the Porto hotel feels somewhat maze like with small piazzas and underpasses throughout

If you like spending your holiday on a hotel complex then this may be the place for you as both resorts are well run and offer everything you need - BUT the hotels are set right in the middle of a very commercialised tourist area - and you will see little of the real Crete if you chose to stay at these resorts. It is possible to walk up the mountain to the old village if you wish to do so, (I would recommend this) - but in order to escape the tourist shops, cocktail bars and such, it is necessary to rent a car as the tourist area is extensive.

That said the beach was nice, with several beach bars serving good food at reasonable prices. The snorkeling and diving options were worth the money as the sea is beautiful and unspoilt.

Relaxed and Friendly Resort

Solo 40 year old holidaymaker/Sept 9th to 16th 2017/studio room (up to 3 PAX). Porto Platanias Villiage is a well thought out, recently developed resort, sister to Porto Platanias Beach Resort. Together they have a variety of amenities to suit all clients - gym, spa, pools, shops, restaurants, play areas, car park, etc. The Village had a restaurant that served a buffet style breakfast and lunch. I opted to use the restaurant at the Beach Resort for lunch and stayed at the Village for breakfast as I had booked it for the week. The pool at the village was of decent size, with enough beds for the people during my stay. A medium-sized towel is provided 3 times per week for the sunbeds with a 10EUR deposit. I bought a large towel at the shop to cover more of the bed. The room I had was small; it was ok for one person, but I would've been disappointed if I'd have needed to share. The decor was new and the room cleaned daily. Platanias, as a resort, is a typical holiday resort, with plenty of shops and restaurants. It's 40 minutes from Chania and there are plenty of taxis. The staff at the resort were very helpful and friendly, in particular, Nina and Irini. In all, I'd be very happy to stay there again, though would possibly try the rooms at the Beach Resort.

Not a four star hotel

Never ever in my life have I stayed in a hotel (even as a teenager in hostels) where beds have casters, so whenever you move, the bed moves with you, the mattresses are so uncomfortable, I am not even going to mention the pillows. We were halfboard, the food is plentiful but repetitive, so you get fed up eating the same thing again and again, another matter feta cheese doesnt go with every dish even lasagna and pasta.
We paid extra for sea view, not worth it at all, as the hotel is not high, the view is obstructed with roofs, ugly antennas, satellite dishes, water tanks...

Lovely hotel in great location

We were upgraded on arrival from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment which was great. The apartment was fairly spacious, clean with plenty of storage and 2 separate balconies. The kitchen area was very small but had a fridge and 2 ring hob. There were not many plates, only 3 cups and 4 glasses and you would struggle to self cater here, no sharp knife or chopping board. It was fine for us to prepare sandwiches for lunch. We bought a corkscrew/bottle opener as there wasn't one. Might be an idea to bung one in your suitcase ! We also ended up buying washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel but all very cheap to buy locally.
Ou apartment was in a great location on the second floor facing the back with views up the hill, very quiet except for the cicadas.
The pool was lovely, warm and quite big. We tended to use the sun beds on the grassy area which was a bit more spacious.
We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast and this was fantastic, with a huge variety, from fruit, to pastries and pancakes, cooked and cold meats, even salad! Fruit juice very watered down but everything else very good. Fresh coffee delicious.
Platanias beach is a short walk, 5 minutes away. Nice sandy beach with good snorkelling by the rocks. Boat trips go from the small port.
There are a good variety of restaurants to choose from, along the main road, down by the beach and up in the old part of town. Our favourites were Meteoron and Viigli at the top and Waves on the beach.

Great hotel

The warmth of the staff makes this hotel. Cleanliness was second to none.

Would only encourage a separate pool snack menu for those that don't want 'All inclusive'. Also, desserts would be nice in the cocktail bar. We often came back to the hotel of an evening and wanted a dessert with coffee to sit and relax with.

Great Hotel with Pools and Beach Access

Very nice hotel - modern & clean, good price.
A strong 4* - easily a 4.5* hotel!
Would definitely return to this hotel, given the opportunity.
• Booked with Breakfast included only - Hotel breakfast offered great variety & tasty food.
• Many restaurants, bars & souvenier shops easily accessible along the main road (15 - 25 min walk).
• Beach access was fairly close, even though hotel (Porto Platanias Village) is not on the beach.
• Great big pool, and access to 2 other pools at Porto Platanias Beach Resort.
• Close proximity to city bus that goes to famous Chania (Xania) Port (shopping, restaurants, very characteristic old port area). Bus ride is 25 mins. Price is €2.10 Euro/person per way.
• Beach chair loungers affordable €8.00 per 2 chairs & 1 umbrella; staff walk around & offer free watermelon & cold wet naps on beach - very nice touch
• Beach water is very calm & refreshing - nice swim area near the hotel only.
• Room is very clean - Suite for 3 persons was a little small, but did not spend much time in room - lots to see/do nearby.

Good location. Good Pool, small but nice and clean. Not a very good selection of meals for the all inclusive. Not able to get WIFI in any of the rooms. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to get connected. Checking process was not warming at all. Made a few requests and agent did not want to assist. Would not take my family back.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for -family friendly and close to the beach. The pool and children's playground were perfect for our two year old. The service from staff was excellent throughout and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Sköna sängar, rena rum, bra krut i duschen. Trevlig personal överallt bortsett från i receptionen, de var inte speciellt hjälpsamma.

För få solsängar och trångt vid poolen. Skyltar finns uppsatta runt poolområdet som säger att man inte får boka solsäng och att handdukar tas bort av personalen efter 30 min - detta var tyvärr ett tomt hot. Folk paxade solsängar vid 6-7 på morgonen för att sedan inte nyttja dem under stora delar av dagen.
Vattenlandet uppskattades av barnen.
Mat och dryck var OK.

Personalet snakker engelsk, så kommunikasjonen gikk greit. Bra renhold hver dag. Air condition var separert i to soner, det var veldig bra.
Kjøkkenet har svært begrenset med utstyr, og det blir kun vasket opp for hånd. Ok for en enkel lunsj.
Soving: Anbefaler IKKE dette hotellet om du er over 170cm og vil sove komfortabelt. Dobbeltseng var grei, men sovesofa/gjestesenger var elendige og altfor korte. (Hadde bedt om 2 dobbltsenger i bookingen, men fikk ikke dette hverken i 1. eller 2.leilighet) Fikk byttet leilighet etter første natt, men dessverre ikke mye bedre.
(Vi var litt uheldige med at personalet hadde hvilerom vis a vis døren, da det ble mye støy og røyking inne. Høylytt skravling, en god stund før vi hadde tenkt til å stå opp)

Frokosten har godt utvalg av både varm og kald mat. Laktosefrie alternativer til melk. Oppskåret frukt, kule-is. Kaffe, te. Savner god juice (det som tilbys minner mer om en sterk, ublandet saft)

Bading: superfin strand med egne senger. Deilig at vi fikk egne håndklær til strand/basseng.
Det reklameres med badeanlegg, men kun bassenget/solsenger kan benyttes om du ikke har all inklusive, ellers er det 15€ ekstra pr. person pr. dag for å ta sklier. (Tror aldersgrense for gratis inngang var 7 år)

Vi benyttet ikke spa, men et velutstyrt treningsrom som var døgnåpent.

Ingen mulighet for sen utsjekk, heller ikke mot betaling.

Noen katter rundt leiligheten, men de var bare søte. Endel lyd fra sirisser, som er vanlig på Kreta.

Meget smuk oase med masser af beplantning og blomster.
Aircon i hvert rum,som kølede godt ned.
Vi manglede lidt information fra receptionen da vi checkede ind ift.faciliteter og muligheder på søsterhotel,men vi fandt ud af tingene efterhånden.

Hotelli oli upealla paikalla, ja iso hotellialue oli laaja ja viihtyisä. Kaikkialla siistiä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala monipuolinen ja hyvä. Allasalue pienehkö väkimäärään nähden. Aurinkotuoleja todella vähän. Kuntosali hyvä. Lähtöpäivänä huoneen luovutuksen jälkeen matkatavaroita säilytettiin vartioimattomassa tilassa. Viihtyisä ja mukava hotelli, ehkä kuitenkin piirun verran ylihinnoiteltu.

Selv lejlighed var perfekt. 2 rigtigt soveværelser, 3 altaner og en fantastisk udsigten. Personalet på receptionen var ok hjælpsom men resten af Personalet og især dem på restaurant område virkede som de slet ikke have lyst til at arbejde. Hotels politik er at man må ikke reserveret solstole ved pool. MEN kl 6:45/7:00 om morgenen var alt reserveret med håndklæder eller af mennesker der selv lå der for at være sikker på at få en plads til resten af dagen. Selv pool området er elendigt, igen plads til at går rundt om poolen fordi folk ligger så tæt på vandet. Så hvis du ville have en afslappet ferie, glem dette stedet. Lidt sørgelige fordi området er pænt, ser hyggeligt ud og er godt placeret... til sidst, lever slet ikke op til hotellet 5 stjerne...

En uheldig opplevelse.

Sikkert et greit sted, men vi hadde en svært dårlig opplevelse.

På dag 3 av et opphold på 11 dager så begynte det å dryppe vann fra taket på badet.
Taket hang nedover fordi det var så mye vann over. Taket var laget av gips. Jeg trykket forsiktig på taket og det ble hull med en gang og vannet fosset ned på badgulvet.
Når vannet hadde sluttet å renne så kom det bare vann av og til under oppholdet. Mistenker at det kom vann ned på oss hver gang noen dusjet i andre etasje, noe som er ganske ekkelt.
Jeg regner med at alle hotell kan være uheldig, og at slikt kan skje.
Vi sa ifra til resepsjonen og det kom et kar som skulle se på det. Han var på rommet i 10 sekunder også forsvant han.

Ingenting ble fikset.
Vi fikk ikke nytt rom.
Vi fikk ikke noen penger igjen.

Vi måtte fortsette å leve med problemet helt til vi reiste hjem(i 6-7 dager).

Plutselig rant det vann på deg når du satt på do.
Plutselig kom det vann på deg når du pusset tenner.
Badgulvet var alltid ganske vått under resten av oppholdet.

Min oppfatning av hotellet er at de ikke bryr seg om deg i det hele tatt.

Bortsett fra dette så var resten av hotellet ellers greit. Renholderne kom inn 3-4 ganger rundt klokken 9 om morgenen, før vi hadde stått opp. De kan dårlig engelsk og går bare rett inn på rommet selv om du ligger i sengen og sier at de må gå ut.

Un mini bateau de croisière !

Hôtel très grand, (avec 4 piscines) coupé en 2 par la route et sonnant dans la mer. Aucune vue depuis les chambres (partie supérieure à la route). Buffet du ptdej et dinner très correct et large choix renouvelé chaque jour. Ca reste un bon gros hôtel pour la masse... type Costa/msc!

Séjour d'affaire mais cadre propice au repos !

Séjour express dans cet établissement pour une conférence à proximité, mais très apprécié !
Très joli cadre, les différents bâtiments forment comme un petit village, très propre (chambre et extérieur), au calme, grande piscine (un peu trop chlorée), buffet petit-déjeuner copieux, accès aux équipements du Beach & Spa resort de l'autre coté de la route, personnel très serviable ... je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Θετικά: Εξυπηρέτηση και το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό. Το πρωινό άριστο με μεγάλη ποικιλία. Πήραμε πακέτο δείπνου για 3 ημέρες επίσης πολύ καλό.
Τοποθεσία βολική στον κεντρικό δρόμο του Πλατανιά.
Η θέα στο δωμάτιο μας ήταν μπροστά στην πισίνα και ήταν πολύ ωραία.
Πολύ καλή ηχομόνωση.
Δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο.

Αρνητικά: μέτρια καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο και στο μπάνιο. Επίσης στην πισίνα του village και στο spa υπήρχε μια πρασινιλα γύρω γύρω. Τα κρεβάτια τριζανε. Δεν υπήρχε εξαερισμος στο μπάνιο.

Har vært storsett syk under oppholdet med luftveisinfeksjon. Mistenker bakterier i aircondition, men vanskelig å si. Spurte om å få kjekket systemet men fikk beskjed at det ikke vær noe de kunne gjøre i resepsjonen. :(

Vi rejste tre voksne og havde booket superior studio til 3 personer (to enkeltsenge og en sovesofa). Hotellets faciliteter er skønne (da de disse også inkludere dem på søsterhotellet Porto Platanias beach resort). Værelset var alene klargjort til to personer, de undskyldte og fiksede. Sovesofaen var placeret direkte under røgalarmen som blinker direkte i hovedet på en natten over, direkte overfor toilettet som har meget skarpt lys der tændes udefra og mest relevant er at sovesofaen ikke er lang nok til en voksen. Jeg er 1,75cm og mine fødder stak udover. Jeg gik til receptionen og fortalte pænt at jeg var en anelse utilfreds med at jeg skulle sove i en for kort seng med blinklys og toiletlys lige i hovedet. Jeg fik blot at vide at sådan er det på mange hoteller, men jeg kunne da komme tilbage senere så kunne han se om de kunne gøre noget. Jeg vendte tilbage - han havde tydeligvis glemt mig. Men fik besked om at der ikke var noget at gøre og jeg havde fået hvad jeg havde booket, men jeg kunne da komme igen dagen efter.

konklusion: sovesofaer passer til maks 1.65ish. Forvent igen service hvis du henvender dig.

Porto platanias village is een 4 sterren accommodatie. Rustig en toch wanneer je de hoek omloopt volop winkels en restaurants. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We wilden een ander appartement, direct geregeld bagage overgebracht perfect! Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Je kunt ook gebruik maken van het zwembad en de fitnessruimte vh hotel aan de overkant vd weg. Hier is ook een direct toegang tot het strand met ligbedden + parasols. Er is een animatieteam die vriendelijk komt vragen of je mee een potje watervoetbal of yoga komt doen. Komt nog niet helemaal uit de verf maar men doet zijn best. Enige minpunt de parasols aan het zwembad. Krakkemikkig niet zoals t hoort bij 4 sterren. Kreta en t dorpje platanias is ons heel goed bevallen. Toeristisch maar erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Hyvä perhehotelli

Tasokas hotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta, loistava sijainti ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Plussaa allaspyyhkeistä, iso plussa siitä että hotelli tarjoaa hyvät fasiliteetit (siistit isot suihkut ja pyyhkeet) myöhäisille lähtiöille. Miinusta aurinkotuolien varaajille, vaikka altaalla lukee että pyyhkeet joilla varataan tuolit poistetaan ennen altaan aukeamista kl 9, niin ei kuitenkaan tapahdu ja vapaita tuoleja on 8 jälkeen enää vaikea saada, ja tuolit varataan koko päiväksi.

God service og central beliggenhed

Hotellet ligger dejlig centralt og personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. God og stor morgenbuffet. Daglig rengøring. Dejlig stor pool. Vi havde ikke all-inclusive og der var ikke nogen “snackbar”, hvor vi kunne købe frokost på hotellet. Efter check-out var der mulighed for bad og lån af håndklæder i receptionen, hvilket fungerede rigtig godt, da vi skulle tjekke ud kl. 12 og flyve ved midnat.
Der var mangel på solsenge ved poolen. De få der var blev hurtigt reserveret. Sengene var mindre gode. De “sejlede” rundt i værelset da gulvet var glat og sengene på hjul.
Vi var alt i alt godt tilfredse.

Bra familjehotell och för par.

Dåligt med två enkelsängar pp hjul i hotellrummet då sängarna gled ifrån varann när man sov.
Sen var det dåligt uppstyrt av hotellpersonalen gällande bokningar av solstolar som man inte fick boka. 70% av stolarna låg det handdukar på hela dagarna utan någon vid dom eller i närheten av poolen.

Stranden var inte heller i toppklass, då sanden var sunkig och hade behövts krattas runt.

Veldig fint hotell

Litt dumt var det at det var flere idrettslag med barn som sjekket inn samtidig som oss. Dette fordi de sprang rundt hele tiden uten at noen voksne passet på de, utrolig mye støy og bråk og helt umulig for oss som liker å slappe av å ligge ved bassenget på dagtid.

Ellers var det kjempe service på renholdet!! De må skrytes av! Å hotellet i seg selv var kjempe flott og godt ivaretatt. Maten til frokosten var ikke varierende, var det samme hver dag. Heldigvis var det mye å velge imellom og god kvalitet på mat.

Ok hotel, men forvent ikke for meget.

Alt i alt har vores ophold på Porto Platanias Village været godt til prisen, men forvent ikke for meget.
Værelset var pænt renoveret, en smule småt og bruseren temmelig lille.

Poolen havde en rigtig behagelig temperatur hvilket er et stort plus, og der var altid solstole nok.
Desværre kunne poolen i slutningen af dagen godt blive temmelig grumset, det kunne godt forbedres.

Hotel området er flot og velholdt.

Vi havde kun morgenmad inkluderet, maden synes jeg var middel, desværre var 'juicen' mere saftevand end juice, og i øvrigt meget stærk i smagen.

Servicen på hotellet var under middel, eneste plus var at vi blev kørt til værelset i golf vogn.

Alt i alt har det været et fint nok ophold, men jeg ville nok give hotellet en god 3-stjernet vurdering.

Veldig fint hotell med nærhet til alt!
Flott bassengområde og gåavstand til strand.
Fint hotellrom med ett lite kjøkken.
Sengene var litt harde for min smak og alt for høy pute, men ellers veldig fint. Rommet virket rent og pent helt til vi slo på tv-en og skulle se VM. Altså den tv-en hadde aldri blitt vasket over, det var møkk over hele skjermen og så grisete. Men alt i alt ett veldig flott hotell med god frokost, jeg bor der gjerne igjen.

Gutes, ordentliches aber leider hellhöriges Hotel (baulich bedingt, zudem kommunikative Reinigungskräfte morgens um 7). Schöne nett angelegte Anlage. Keine direkte Strandlage, jedoch fussläufig über das Schwesterhotel. Kurze Wege zu schönen Tavernen und Bars. Ideal als Basis für Ausflüge ins westliche Kreta.

Viihtyisä ja siisti hotelli aivan keskustassa mutta rauhallisella paikalla. Kaikki toimi sujuvasti ja miellyttävästi. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja hyvin palveluhenkistä. Hotellin aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja runsas. Allasalue oli iso ja aurinkopedit hyvillä patjoilla varustetut. Minimarketista sai ostettua juomaa ja naposteltavaa altaalle normaalein markethinnoin. Huoneet siivottiin hyvin ja varsinkin sängyt olivat pehmeät ja mukavat kunnon tyynyillä ja peitolla varustellut. Suihkusta tuli aina lämmintä vettä ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin. Voimme suositella ja varmasti menemme uudelleen. Ihana paikka

Mycket fina faciliteter och väldigt trevlig personal.
Eftersom vi inte åkte charter kunde vi själva välja om vi önskade äta mer än frukost på hotellet. Frukostområdet är väldigt trevligt med möjlighet att själv välja var man önskar sitta. Maten på frukosten känns tyvärr väldigt billig och vi tröttnade efter några få dagar. Lite bätte kvalité hade inneburit att vi kanske ätit fler mål.
Annars är hotellet väldigt fint och perfekt för barnfamiljer.

Hôtel très bien situé et au calme.

Infrastructure impeccable, abords très bien entretenus. Propreté des chambres nickel.
Le point négatif est le gros manque de sympathie du personnel; le sourire est très peu présent sur le visage tant du personnel d'accueil que du personnel du restaurant et de la piscine. Ca gâche une partie du séjour!
