Sink faucet was broken, sprayed us when using it. Had to brush teeth and wash hands in kitchen instead of bathroom. Security gate gets backed up with people checking in when coming and going. Had to wait 30 minutes in line to get back to room. Property under construction, elevator didn’t work at times due to workers. With 2 little kids and being on 4th floor stairs were very inconvenient.

The room was great and had a great view of the boats and water. Room for improvement: Couch was missing a layer of cushions and saggy. Fantastic stay for a week in April 2026. We loved the layout so the kids had a room and so did we. Nice size kitchen with granite. A/C worked great. Beautiful large shower. Plus other bathroom for the kids. Pool was the best. Huge and perfect temp. Nice little beach. Good options for food if we didn’t feel like driving. Great location, close to everything.

The property was nice and very quite. The room although a bit dated was comfortable. Our biggest issue was that the unit was Dirty.
I bought a bucket and mopped the floor 3 times before it even started to look clean. While the surfaces of the countertops, looked wiped down. Behind the doors there was not just dust bust accumulated dirt. This was also the case in the entire unit. Also dirt and dust under bed, in the closet, cupboards, refrigerator(on top and behind) hanging pictures, TV, Behind and under furniture (leftover food, wrappers, trash. Would recommend housekeeping get re trained on how to clean a unit. The grounds Marina, and restaurant were all great including the pool. Even the outside halls were swept and mopped daily. But the rooms were just so dirty in the entire unit.

Great place to stay. Quiet area clean and comfortable. Clean. The main tub could have been set to get a wee bit warmer, suspect the anti scald on the tub is just set real low for children, but not warm enough for adults. Other than that, was easy in and out. Check in is really late in the day at 5 PM, plan accordingly.

The room (214) was clean except for the jets in the whirlpool tub. A shirt from previous guest was left under the dresser. Other than those two things everything was clean. The bed is extremely firm, uncomfortable and nosy. The kitchen was ready to cook. Nice (small) balcony. The Ocean View was an ocean view but it was a far away ocean view. They were doing construction on our building, started early every morning. The elevator was out of service for about 24 hours. You have to pick up the key off site and check in is not until 5pm. We got Key Largo at 9am so we had to drive around with all of our luggage in the car all day. The guard at the gate was very personable. I crossed path with one of the managers according to his name tag, he was congenial. We would stay at this location again.

-Check in is at a different location, which was very confusing.
- They tried to charge me for a broken glass table that was already broken when we arrived.
- The beach area is not really a beach area. Hard sand and very stinky.

We checked in and was told that the elevator was not working and our room was on the fourth floor. One of my friends staying with us was handicapped and made this extremely difficult. We were told there was someone on site that could help us bring the bags up but he was pretty much useless. We found out the elevator had been out for a month prior to our check-in. Extremely disappointed that we weren't notified about this. Would have looked for other hotel in the area. If you're staying here in the near future, I would call ahead and find out if you're going to be using the elevator.

The unit we got was not what was pictured when booking. It had a nice view and pool. The unit itself was very worn and in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was VERY loud, the beds and couch creaked with every move. The washer seal was full of black mold. Our family agreed it was a nice complex and felt safe but the condition of the rental unit was lacking for what we paid.

10/10 pool! 4/10 beach. Great cabanas at the beach area, but the area below the water was too rocky. Check-in location is 4 minutes away; we weren't told that beforehand. The tub jets were a bit rusty and worn; they didn't work well. The rooms and kitchenette with dishware were excellent!

Beaches in Key Largo have more coral than your average beach, so bring water shoes to protect your feet if you plan on going into the ocean much.

Also, the resort office does not offer loans or rentals of much of anything, so you'll want to bring your own toys/equipment. They have a tennis court and a pickle ball court, but no rackets or paddles, so bring your own if that's of interest. Same is true of masks, snorkels and fins. If you're wanting any, bring your own! And finally, water toys like pool noodles and floaties. Bring your own!

The room was not very clean and very outdated. It needs alot of work. We did not interact with bar or laundry.
Let's just say the look on the website was very deceiving.
The elevator was broken, we are supposed to be refunded some money for the inconvenience and not charged for resort fees. So far we have not received a refund and I have been charged resort fee. Im praying I get this money back. Not happy with this experience.

When I arrived at the property, the security guard told me that I had to drive 3 miles down the road on Route 1 to check in and get my room key because of how I booked the my room. When I arrived at the check in on Route 1 they told me that I would be in building 4 and that the elevator was broken. I told them one of the people in my family is in a wheelchair and was not possible. They assigned me another room in building 2, which was a terrible the walls were dirty and need painting, the frying pan on the kitchen was not clean and covered in dried up scrambled eggs and was put away in the cabinet that way. The furniture is mismatched and looks like odds and ends from a yard sale. I have photos of this run down condo/room, I would advise that you book your stay somewhere else because the pictures that are online are photoshopped and do not show the same accommodations. The comforter had stains on it, the outlet in the livingroom was didn’t work. I called to complain that there were so many things wrong and they told me that they would get back to me in 36-72 hours. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was my first time booking with Expedia and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

The check in is in a different location than property in a strip mall which was different. The elevator was out and we were on 4th floor. Then the we were going to use pool before check out and it was closed for cleaning until 10AM although nobody in pool area at all. A bit disappointing for people wanting to get a morning swim in before breakfast. No breakfast options on site. The inside of the unit was very nice but the outside amenities were not great. Just okay in my opinion.

The unit was very outdated. We found men's underwear under one of the beds along with other stuff. There are very few supplies. Not even salt and pepper! No mixing bowls if you do want to make something. The dryer didn't work. We reported it the first day there, and nothing happened. They said we'll fix ASAP. FIVE DAYS LATER, it still wasn't working. Best thing was it had a nice view off the tiny balcony. Would NOT recommend or plan on going back.

When we checked in the staff said they were just finishing mopping the floor, but when we got in the room there were crumbs in bedroom and living room, the couch and chairs were full of food, hair ties in the bathroom. Laundry was in the room, but the dryer didn't work. The quality of our furniture, cupboards, bathrooms was nothing like in any picture. The beach was not cleaned. You had to bring your own tennis rackets to play. A resort fee should not be charged.

We had an amazing time at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo and truly loved everything about it.

The amenities are top-notch, great tennis courts, an amazing pool, and a really solid onsite restaurant. The property felt very safe, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. Our unit was a 10/10, everything we needed and very comfortable.

You can tell the management and owners take this place seriously, it really shows in how well everything is run.

The location is also super convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities within a 10-minute drive. The pier is a standout feature, perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunrise.

We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

We loved the location and quiteness. The broken elevator was a true inconvenience with elderly family members huffing up 4 flights of stairs and the person to help was no where. Entering was easy, as someone just opened the gate, but the next day the gate guy said we should have stopped and got a pass, he never came out of the booth the first night. Check in is off location, but check out is simple. Our room was okay, the other family members had a terrible mattress.

Check in office was at a different location than the property. That was not made clear in booking emails. We arrived at the address provided & drove around it 3 times assuming we were lost. The address was very tacky looking & no beach or pool as stated. Not a property we were willing to stay in. We thought we were going to have to try to cancel & drive 3-4 hours home & try to cancel our snorkeling tour for the next day! Upon entering the office & expressing our concern we were told that that wasn’t the location of our accommodations. One we arrived at the property we were very pleased it was lovely. A clear explanation would have removed all the stress!

The view from the room was unbeatable! We got a room on swordfish building and I strongly recommend that as it's near the boardwalk and the restaurant. Parking was great. Rooms were clean and had a lot of towels. Kitchen was very useful to cook our meals.

Hotel is maybe 3 stars. They need to renovate. Not much staff to mention, basically at the offsite checkin and the gate attendant. They should have a beach maintenance person, lots of seaweed. Parking gets full so we had to park by one of the other buildings and walk. It was ok but I don’t think I would stay at this hotel again.

The location is great! The pool, restaurant, and beach were very nice amenities. The first condo was very dirty with stained upholstery and the surfaces and floors were in need of cleaning. I requested a new room/condo which was accommodated by management. The balcony is very small on all units....I would not recommend these condos for cleanliness issues!

Positives is that the pool area is beautiful and the rooms themselves were comfortable. The kitchen was nice and the rooms themselves were big.

Negatives include one bathroom having no water pressure in the sink and shower so all 6 of us had to share one working bathroom. I called the staff about it and they said they will send someone to fix it and then said we turned the faucet the wrong way (??) and then didn't offer a solution. They only gave 2 shampoo/conditioner for our group of 6 and it took 2 calls before we could get ore delivered and it was a hassle to get more pillows and towels too. The floors were dusty in the master bedroom.

Check in was also very weird, there was no instructions about going a half mile away from the location to pick up the key.

Our room was extremely dirty, there were bugs and feces on the plates, I have wrote the customer service line multiple times and have heard nothing back. There were stains on the sheets and rips in the towels and there were wet/damp towels put up, wrinkled as if someone wiped their hands or something with them before we came in. I would definitely not return to this establishment.

Our unit was clean. We were not left enough towels and wash cloths for 3 people, but called and more were brought promptly. Our kitchen light was not working and we reported it right away (Sunday) It took 3 phone calls before it was finally fixed on Wednesday.

Clearly, the place was neglected and tremendously overpriced
In the bed in their primary bedroom was broken. It is the cheapest bed and the cheapest mattress you could possibly purchase, but the fact that it was broken and you couldn’t sleep on it. There are many things that were neglected and cheap. It was disgusting to pay that much for that crap.

While the room looked \"tired\" (furniture was old and a little beat up). Room was mostly clean but could have been cleaner (ie: bottom of microwave had egg all over it from previous tenant, Closet floors didn't look like they have been mopped) but rest of it was really clean. Overall the resort was amazing! Nice pool, hot tub, and beach area. Beautiful sunsets! We unfortunately didn't get to try the restaurant as we ran out of time but people said it was good.

Upon check-in (which is offsite), you receive a text message welcoming you and instructing you to let them know if you have any questions or concerns. No one actually monitors those messages. All mattresses sagged in the middle, which is not ideal for people sharing a bed or those with back issues. Neither bathroom door shut properly. I brought these concerns to the attention of the person who answered the phone number we had to call in order to check out. She said she would forward the message and that it was the “best she could do”. The view was nice, but I don’t think I would recommend this place to others.
