No lo recomiendo, los apartamentos están sucios, los baños ni funcionan correctamente, todo está falta de mantenimiento, nosotros en vez see pasar unas vacaciones lo que pasamos fue trabajo, así que por favor no vayan a este lugar, los elevadores no funcionan tampoco, y otra cosa no tiene playa tampoco así que si van con esa idea no van a estar satisfechos, la única opción que tienen en ese lugar es la piscina

Overall, the property was a beautiful place, small minor details in the room. The ceiling fan could not put on high. It would shake and felt unsafe box fan would shake as well the queen size bed fell off a little old, maybe hot water pressure could probably use an expansion tank to keep pressure buildup in all the pipes

We stayed June 12th through June 16th 2026. We rented two rooms three of us in each room. The rooms were really very comfortable, beds were very comfortable , no complaints about the rooms View nice balcony. So they did tell us up front that the elevators would be out of order for three out of the four days we were there. They did compensate us for that. Although we would have preferred to have the elevator . Up and down four flights of stairs every time you wanted to leave and come back was very difficult . Also they did say the elevator would be repaired by Monday which was the last overnight we would have had. That did not happen . They also said nothing about the stairs that were convenient to our rooms being painted. Taped off the stairway entry. This made it very inconvenient ,difficult when we had to walk to the other side of the building up four flights of stairs then all the way to the opposite side of the building where our rooms were at. If the elevator is working, I would stay again.
Now the restaurant on the other hand not likely to return there. Six of arrived Friday night tired not wanting go anywhere visit the restaurant was served drinks and appetizers no other attention was shone for 45 minutes. Then we were told we would need to wait another 45 minutes for service. Not acceptable. Left and had to order Whoppers for Burger King. Not going back to the restaurant.

I have stayed at that property multiple times over the years and it was acceptable most of the time, with good price point. The outdoors are typically well maintained, which includes the tropical landscaping, pool area, small beach, marina and the pier.
However, the apartments there are hit or miss, as I have stayed at some nice ones with great ocean views, but this time I was not so lucky. It was not cleaned properly and I had to request an additional deep cleaning. Additionally, some roof replacement and other construction activities were in progress, blocking close parking spaces.
Last change I noticed, is that the Reception was relocated from the property grounds to an office on the Overseas Hwy, which makes it very inconvenient, as one has to drive there, if you need to make any changes related to one's stay.

I will probably be back though, as I like the place overall and especially for its great location.

Our stay at Ocean Point was incredibly disappointing. There were no on-site staff available to help with anything, and basic necessities like toilet paper and towels were severely lacking for a longer visit. We tried reaching out for four days about these issues and a broken fridge, but never got a response or any help, which ultimately forced us to leave early. The only decent part was the pool. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and we won't be staying there again.

I did not find out until after I booked that you cannot get in until 5:00. Pay for a day and you cannot get to your room. $16 a day fee to use resort. Clean room clean pool and beach. Robocall and text for service. Asked for extra blankets and no response. Stove does not work. Burners do work. Room is never cleaned after you arrive. Condo is cheap nice. Beach is nice and quiet. Pool has 2 speakers at full volume. Alternate Rock and country. Cannot use half the pool with canon blasting water into the pool. Everyone stays clear the water is painful from the blast.

The room was clean but was missing several important items, such as any type of baking pan or mixing bowls for cooking. The pool area was very nice with on site food and drinks. I wouldn’t plan on visiting the Keys, in general, if you’re looking for great beaches. The “private beach” here is adequate for sunbathing but that’s about it. There’s too much seaweed to really enjoy the water, at least in late May/early June. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway.

Units don’t match the description. A king and queen bed suite was a king and two twins. Got told it is what it is and never got a call back from a manager. Suite was averagely clean, ceiling fan squealed because instead of fixing the ceiling they hammered a piece of wood in it. Beach front is not maintained so there’s ample gunk and weeds by shore. Luckily pool was maintained well so we could get into some water. Bar on site was nice and the staff there. Save the extra money and go somewhere nicer to stay for vacation

You don't check in on property, you have to go to a completely different location to check in. The elevator in the building I was in wasn't working so being on the 4th floor was a chore. There was all kinds of random trash all over the property that no one bothered to pick up until after I said something. The pool bar and restaurant automatically charged a built in gratuity to each bill. A $10'frozen margarita ending up costing almost $16. Will not be returning

I do not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons.

When I arrived and attempted to check in I was told that original booking should have been denied and I should have been notified - even though I had been receiving automated messages from the hotel. The front desk employee told me she’s need to contact her manager to “see what they could do”. This was on a busy holiday weekend and the thought of having to find alternative accommodations was nerve-racking. 45 minutes later I got a call and was told that I could have the room I originally booked. Great. If the issues had ended there it would have only been a minor frustration.

I picked up my keys from the main office and drove to the hotel. It wasn’t until I arrived with my luggage and dive gear that I found out the elevator in my building was out of service. My hotel room for the week of diving was a four story walk-up.

The front office said hotel security should have been out front to help guest with their baggage, but I didn’t see this happen once. In the end they offered me just $100 off for the whole week. Not worth the trouble. Book elsewhere.

Be sure to read the check in process as the check in is NOT on site.
The bed, pillows, and pull out sofa were terrible. I booked for 3 guests and no extra pillows or blankets were provided in the room. When I called service to get these items I was at first told there were no extra, then told I could drive to the offsite check in center to get these items.
I would not recommend staying here.

Realmente , la propiedad vieja , poca fuerza de agua para bañarse y en el zinc la bañera del cuarto máster rota no hubo un buen servicio de Houskeeper incluso se nos acabó el toilet papel y no vinieron dijeron que lo sentían que ya eran las 7 o sea no había nadie en la noche para ayudar

1. Living Room chair: It is on a pedestal that pivots dangerously when entering/leaving the chair. Not balanced and someone could fall/slip on the floor, departing the chair.

2. No kitchen towels -- one roll of paper towels is insufficient for working in the kitchen.

3. There are no kitchen pots. Two lids remain. One large lobster-size pot is only pot available.

4. Vegetable peeler is missing; or would be a helpful addition.

5. Overhead LR fan in master bedroom.- The pull switch is broken.

6. A strong, garbage-type smell was in the air everywhere on the grounds outside. We were told it was dead seaweed. However, there were mangroves in the waterways and no seaweed to be found. It was unpleasant to stay outside or on balcony so remained inside.

7. LR large window blinds were broken and laying on the floor. Blinds closed only half-way and with difficulty with many broken.

8. With the blinds broken, sunlight filled the room and made the TV difficult to view; and could not close at night.

9. The TV is not working correctly. Some times when it turns on there is no input selection available - the contrrols are non-responsive. Thus there is nothing to watch. Jiggling the signal wire in the back has helped. This is a serious problem.

10. Check-in time is just too late. Checkin should begin at 3pm, not later!

It is not a hotel, it’s condos rented out, so no maid service. I don’t care about maid service, but we had 3 washcloths, towels for 5 days, 2 people. Got a text saying if you need anything text us. I did, never got more towels or a reply.
The bed clearly sank in the middle, was disgustingly dirty under bed. The side of fridge was disgusting.
The thermostat was set on 71 when we walked in, never git below 77 in the room, one night it was 78 when we were trying to sleep. It ran nonstop, never cooled room.
Water pressure in shower was nonexistent, we had to stand right under shower head and let it drip on you.
There was painters tape still on a few walls, a wall outlet cover was sitting on kitchen counter, tape was covering outlet. The fridge froze lunchmeat and everything we put in fridge.
And to top it all off we killed two cockroaches in our room and saw one in restaurant on property. Bartender acted like it was no big deal.
We left a day early because we couldn’t sleep there with the heat and the uncomfortable bed.

I rarely complain about a hotel experience. Check-in was too complicated and we had to drive off property to get checked in. During check check-in, we were told that maintenance was working on our elevator. Our thoughts were that it would be repaired at some point. It was out of service the entire time of our stay, and with us being on the third and fourth floors, lugging fishing gear up and down the stairs was tiresome. Once we got in our unit (4307) the internet was not working. The WiFi name we were told to use was not listed on available networks. Alex, the manager from the check-in office came to our unit and could not correct the problem and said he would work on it and get back to us. He never got back to us. The TV in the second bedroom did not work (no available signal). The blinds in both rooms were not functional. The shower in the hall bathroom did not work properly; the shower head control was jammed. There were no towels in the master bathroom. -----------

Staff is very nice helpful, but they're not on site to get your room keys, that is at a different address. The room was great facing the ocean and the mangroves. There was a hint of cigarette smoke in my bathroom, I'm a non-smoker. Definitely recommend a stay.

Sink faucet was broken, sprayed us when using it. Had to brush teeth and wash hands in kitchen instead of bathroom. Security gate gets backed up with people checking in when coming and going. Had to wait 30 minutes in line to get back to room. Property under construction, elevator didn’t work at times due to workers. With 2 little kids and being on 4th floor stairs were very inconvenient.

Plus other bathroom for the kids. Pool was the best. Huge and perfect temp. Nice little beach. Good options for food if we didn’t feel like driving. Great location, close to everything.

The property was nice and very quite. The room although a bit dated was comfortable. Our biggest issue was that the unit was Dirty.
I bought a bucket and mopped the floor 3 times before it even started to look clean. While the surfaces of the countertops, looked wiped down. Behind the doors there was not just dust bust accumulated dirt. This was also the case in the entire unit. Also dirt and dust under bed, in the closet, cupboards, refrigerator(on top and behind) hanging pictures, TV, Behind and under furniture (leftover food, wrappers, trash. Would recommend housekeeping get re trained on how to clean a unit. The grounds Marina, and restaurant were all great including the pool. Even the outside halls were swept and mopped daily. But the rooms were just so dirty in the entire unit.

The main tub could have been set to get a wee bit warmer, suspect the anti scald on the tub is just set real low for children, but not warm enough for adults. Other than that, was easy in and out. Check in is really late in the day at 5 PM, plan accordingly.

The room (214) was clean except for the jets in the whirlpool tub. A shirt from previous guest was left under the dresser. Other than those two things everything was clean. The bed is extremely firm, uncomfortable and nosy. The kitchen was ready to cook. Nice (small) balcony. The Ocean View was an ocean view but it was a far away ocean view. They were doing construction on our building, started early every morning. The elevator was out of service for about 24 hours. You have to pick up the key off site and check in is not until 5pm. We got Key Largo at 9am so we had to drive around with all of our luggage in the car all day. The guard at the gate was very personable. I crossed path with one of the managers according to his name tag, he was congenial. We would stay at this location again.

We checked in and was told that the elevator was not working and our room was on the fourth floor. One of my friends staying with us was handicapped and made this extremely difficult. We were told there was someone on site that could help us bring the bags up but he was pretty much useless. We found out the elevator had been out for a month prior to our check-in. Extremely disappointed that we weren't notified about this. Would have looked for other hotel in the area. If you're staying here in the near future, I would call ahead and find out if you're going to be using the elevator.

The unit we got was not what was pictured when booking. It had a nice view and pool. The unit itself was very worn and in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was VERY loud, the beds and couch creaked with every move. The washer seal was full of black mold. Our family agreed it was a nice complex and felt safe but the condition of the rental unit was lacking for what we paid.

Beaches in Key Largo have more coral than your average beach, so bring water shoes to protect your feet if you plan on going into the ocean much.

Also, the resort office does not offer loans or rentals of much of anything, so you'll want to bring your own toys/equipment. They have a tennis court and a pickle ball court, but no rackets or paddles, so bring your own if that's of interest. Same is true of masks, snorkels and fins. If you're wanting any, bring your own! And finally, water toys like pool noodles and floaties. Bring your own!

The elevator was broken, we are supposed to be refunded some money for the inconvenience and not charged for resort fees. So far we have not received a refund and I have been charged resort fee. Im praying I get this money back. Not happy with this experience.

When I arrived at the property, the security guard told me that I had to drive 3 miles down the road on Route 1 to check in and get my room key because of how I booked the my room. When I arrived at the check in on Route 1 they told me that I would be in building 4 and that the elevator was broken. I told them one of the people in my family is in a wheelchair and was not possible. They assigned me another room in building 2, which was a terrible the walls were dirty and need painting, the frying pan on the kitchen was not clean and covered in dried up scrambled eggs and was put away in the cabinet that way. The furniture is mismatched and looks like odds and ends from a yard sale. I have photos of this run down condo/room, I would advise that you book your stay somewhere else because the pictures that are online are photoshopped and do not show the same accommodations. The comforter had stains on it, the outlet in the livingroom was didn’t work. I called to complain that there were so many things wrong and they told me that they would get back to me in 36-72 hours. Save your money and go somewhere else. This was my first time booking with Expedia and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

The check in is in a different location than property in a strip mall which was different. The elevator was out and we were on 4th floor. Then the we were going to use pool before check out and it was closed for cleaning until 10AM although nobody in pool area at all. A bit disappointing for people wanting to get a morning swim in before breakfast. No breakfast options on site. The inside of the unit was very nice but the outside amenities were not great. Just okay in my opinion.

The unit was very outdated. We found men's underwear under one of the beds along with other stuff. There are very few supplies. Not even salt and pepper! No mixing bowls if you do want to make something. The dryer didn't work. We reported it the first day there, and nothing happened. They said we'll fix ASAP. FIVE DAYS LATER, it still wasn't working. Best thing was it had a nice view off the tiny balcony. Would NOT recommend or plan on going back.

When we checked in the staff said they were just finishing mopping the floor, but when we got in the room there were crumbs in bedroom and living room, the couch and chairs were full of food, hair ties in the bathroom. Laundry was in the room, but the dryer didn't work. The quality of our furniture, cupboards, bathrooms was nothing like in any picture. The beach was not cleaned. You had to bring your own tennis rackets to play. A resort fee should not be charged.

Amazing stay, will definitely be back

We had an amazing time at Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo and truly loved everything about it.

The amenities are top-notch, great tennis courts, an amazing pool, and a really solid onsite restaurant. The property felt very safe, clean, and well maintained throughout our stay. Our unit was a 10/10, everything we needed and very comfortable.

You can tell the management and owners take this place seriously, it really shows in how well everything is run.

The location is also super convenient, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities within a 10-minute drive. The pier is a standout feature, perfect spot to catch a beautiful sunrise.

We’re already planning to come back for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

My one bad review is the new check in process. Check in and to pick up the keys where off property about 1/4 mile away.
