The building parking garage entrance is very poorly designed as you go down to lower floors, the concierge for the hotel part of the building is at one corner where the entrance for condo room is on the opposite back corner, the building is just awkwardly built. It’s just a room with a bed and the street side is noisy, would never stay here again.

A pleasant stay w/ family

Overall it was a pleasant stay. A no frills type of condo (there is a hotel and also a condo in an adjacent building). We stayed in the condo part and it was nice to have a kitchenette. It was clean but the building is definitely dated. Parking is sufficient and you can walk to the beach.

Good, not outstanding.

The stay was okay. The view was great of the ocean. The beds (twin room) were hard. The room was not dirty but in need of updating. No breakfast offered due to the governmental covid restrictions. Check in was smooth and staff generally friendly. Overall not bad but the price was a tad bit high for the overall condition of the room.

전반적으로 만족스러운 곳이었습니다. 외옹치항도 가까이 있어서 좋았습니다.
하지만 샤워부스와 욕조가 둘다 있었는데, 샤워부스의 설계가 조금 잘못되어 그 안의 물이 목욕탕 내 바닥으로 흘러나와 불편했습니다. 그리고 냉장고가 와인 보관용이라서 그닥 차갑지 않아서 아쉬웠어요

Save your money look elsewhere

Stayed with my family of 4. Positive is it’s within waking distance to the beach. Beautiful location. However, hotel is not worth the $100 I paid for it. Very rundown, horrible WiFi, hard beds. The sheet curtains were soo wrinkled it could even close the window. No toiletries. If you wanted extra towels that was a extra charge. Carpet had stains all over it along with the bed frame. We only stayed one day, which was manageable, but definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

I will point out two things that the hotel needs to improve;
* The door to the bathroom was very dirty, fingerprints, toothpaste, soap stains and many other unknown things
* we couldn’t control our own room temperature. The temperature was so hot we had a hard time sleeping. I called the front desk...told me to open the window facing the loud street traffic noise. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well.

Value for money hotel stay but staff needs improve

The hotel is conveniently located on the main thoroughfare of Sokcho so it's about 20 min taxi ride to the main attraction Seoraksan National Park! From the hotel, it's also a 15 min walk to nearby seafood market and Daepo harbor where you can find all kinds of seafood there! Hotel staffs were friendly and trying to be helpful but due to their limit on English proficiency, it's kind of a problem when we tried to communicate to them. Room was spacious and clean but basic. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement as basically was catered to Korean guest as there was not much choices especially continental breakfast or western cuisine!

The floor and mirrors were dirty. The lighting was poor and the lamp did not work. The cafe attached was not open both days. There is not much in the immediate area aside from mt seorak and the beach. The surrounding restaurants were closed. The staff was friendly but not overly helpful. There was no microwave for the food i bought from the 7-11

Old, broken and filthy

Both our rooms were covered in mold, the carpets were beyond filthy and none of the appliances worked. The lights were broken and the shower curtain had been torn off so the bathroom flooded every time we showered. The safe was broken and the wifi was not working. The bar fridge was like warm. The room was unbearably hot but the aircon control was in Korean. When we called reception to help, they said that it was Autumn in Korea so it is all central heated and that if we wanted it cooler, we had to open the window. So basically it was either sauna heat or icy blizzard cold. We were so happy to leave.

Rooms are decent, but the food, service and attitude of staff is terrible.

The room had old damp carpets, no amenities and the front desk staff was unable to provide a toothbrush and razor.

Lucky I speak Korean, since it seems like non one speaks English at this hotel.

The room seemed really nice when I first got in. In the morning I was able to see a bit more of what was there. The carpet was nasty. I don't think it had been vacuumed in quite some time. The shower curtain had mildew and mold all over it. I would say that the beds were the nicest things in that room.

It was an awesome coz they upgraded our room for free where the room is really huge. Me and my wife was surprised with the size of the room. The room was designed elegantly and the location to Mt. Seoraksan's bus stops and the bus terminal are in close proximity and is an ideal location if you're planning to go there.

Great location and the sunrise over the Sea too!\n\n

There was no parking ANYWHERE when we arrived. The hotel underground parking was almost non-existent, but the staff moved heaven and earth...and a few traffic cones and made a paring space for us! Check-in took less than a minute and the room was extremely clean, well designed and HUGE! It would be a suite in any other hotel. The breakfast buffet was well done and I would happily stay there again!

Overall condition of the room was acceptable. However, the room faces a busy highway and a car yard, where several dogs barked intermittently during the night. As there was no air conditioning in the room, we had no choice but to leave the windows opened. So we ended up having 2 sleepless nights. We will not come back for sure!

Hotel is in good location for going to Mt.Sorak. We stayed for 1 night and not really impress with the room. First of all, The bathroom is not really clean! we saw some hair in the bathtub and dirty used glass on the sink! Yuck! Second, For some reasons the bathroom has a bad design for the stall shower because every time when we took a shower then the bathroom was flooded. Overall, I think this hotel is ok for short stay and they need to keep the room clean especially in the bathroom area and drinking ware (they all looked like had not been washed at all).

Feeling like home

It was a delight our room was upgraded to a suite: a living room with a comfy bedroom and a spacious toilet. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful although there wasn't much \"freebies\" in the room other than two sachets of Green Tea. The room was not equipped with drinking water and toothbrush/ toothpaste. We arrived in Sokcho via express bus from Seoul and you have to walk about 12 to 15 minutes from the terminal to the hotel. We found out later you could take a bus near the terminal directly to the hotel. Class 300 is situated within walking distance to the beach where you can savour fresh seafood. Sokcho is a very small town so it is easy to move around just by taking the bus. You can take bus #7 or 7-1 to enjoy the spectacular view at Mt Sorak. Don't forget to visit the downtown and the market place for a taste of their local specialties.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! I booked a regular room and it looked like a suite. There was a minibar area with a mini fridge and a breakfast bar, a living room with 2 couches, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and one of the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen with a bathtub, separate waterfall shower, and bidet toilet. The room was clean, the carpet seemed brand new and the hotel staff were kind and helpful. Inside the hotel, there is a mini 7/11 so we were able to buy some snacks late at night to eat while watching TV. This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the main bus station in Seokcho.

Stylish hotel

Chose this hotel as it was a short walk from the Sokcho Express Bus station. It's a bit of trek into town however, it's on the bus route into town and the famous Route 7-1 to Seoraksan. The check in staff had good english skills which was necessary as our korean was limited to 'thank you'! Good room, lots of storage space but only a few hangers. Did the breakfast experience which was interesting ! We expected a buffet style meal, it was laid out like there should have been one but everything was delieved by a waiter - don't know if this was due to the hotel being very quiet. Coffee not up to much so a visit to the 'Angel in us Coffee' place next to the bus station required.

The service was good and the hotel very clean. One disappointment was that they said free wi-fi but that was only in the lobby. To have wi-fi in the room I need to hire a cable which was cheap but it did not fit to my Apple MacAir laptop. Breakfast was supposed to be international. There was some fresh fruit and eggs otherwise it was rather an unhealthy breakfast that was on offer. The hotel was conveniently located to the beach and Depo market.

사소하지만 많이 불편한것….

건물 자체는 오래되어보이지만 나름 친절하고, 불쾌한 경험 없어서 종종 이용하는데 이번에 일회용품 규제한다며 모든 비품을 다 빼버리는데 아무리 그래도
사소하면서 불편한 점은 스틱 커피는 없고 빈 컵만 있는것, 그리고 실내용 슬리퍼는 없는게 정말 많이 불편했습니다.

세월의 흔적이 심합니다

다른곳보다 저렴한 금액때문에 선택했는데 세월의 흔적이 너무 심하게 뭍어있습니다. 수건도 헤졌고 이불이며 베개도 색이 바래있었습니다. 아주 오래된것은 교체를 한다면 조금 더 쾌적할것같습니다.

언니 두분과 같이 속초여행 다녀왔습니다.
처음으로 클래스 300 호텔 콘도식을 이용했는데 언니들이 만족했어요
시설은 대체적으로 괜찮았고 깨끗했습니다.

방 환기가 잘 안되는 것 같아 창문을 열었는데
창문 왼쪽 방충망이 닫치지 않았습니다.

속초해변과 거리도 가깝고 먹거리 및 편의시설이 주변에 있어 만족스러운 1박2일 여행을 했습니다.

차후 다시 속초 여행계획이 있다면 클래스 300 으로 예약할 것 같아요.

직원들의 친절함이 아니었으면 정말 화가났을 여행이었습니다.

호텔 위치도 좋도 넓고 깔끔한 편. 주차 요원 직원분들 조차 친절함에 미소가 지어졌네요.
하지만 심야, 새벽에 시도 때도 없이 경보음이 울려서 아침 밤으로 아기가 깨고 저도 덕분에 암막커튼까지 쳤는데 가족 다같이 일출 구경도 했네요. 2박 3일을 묶었는데 하루는 밤10시30분에 울리고, 이틀동안 하루는 새벽 5시반부터, 하루는 6시반 부터 울리고 불규칙하게 계속해서 울렸네요.

화재경보인줄알도 가족들 다 깨서 나가야하나 복도를 봤는데 다른 방은 너무나 고요하더군요. 호출로 올라온 직원분과 확인해본 결과 저희방 화장실에서만 울린거였구요. 이틀동안 계속 새벽에 잠을 깨운 경보음에 너무 화났지만 직원분들의 친절함에 참고 그냥 체크아웃 하고 나왔습니다. 꼭 수리해주시고 해결전엔 그 방에 손님을 받지 말아야 할 것 같습니다.

장시간 여행에 체크인 시간보다 조금 일찍 도착해 호텔에 좀 일찍 체크인 할수 있나 물었드니 안된다고 짝 잘라서 말 했습니다. 호텔은 너무나 조용했고 그다지 투숙객이 없어 보였워요. 바쁜 성수기때고 많은 투숙객으로 바쁘다면 그리 실망치 않았을 거에요. 가끔은 상황에 따라 compromise 했으면 더 좋았을 건데… 좀 아쉬웠어요

우선 콘도를 예약하신다면 호텔에서 체크인 후 콘도까지 5분가량 걸어가야해요 호텔 예약 한줄 알았는데 조금 놀랐어요;;; 우선 칫솔 치약이 없기 때문에 챙기셔야되구요 드라이기 약해서 드라이기 챙기시면 좋을것 같고 빗 역시 없어요 아침에는 온수가 안나와서 온수 나오게 직원분이 오셨어요 추웠어요 그렇지만 금액대비 가성비는 좋은 곳이 였답니다

청결 상태가 최악이에요.

칫솔 치약 제공도 안되고, 자판기에서 추가비용 들여서 쓰는것도 별론데, 실내슬리퍼도 제공이 되지 않고 카펫 상태는 신발을 신고 돌아다녀야될 정도로 너무 청결하지 않았습니다. 슬리퍼도 자판기로 뽑아 추가로 구매해야했습니다. 욕실 욕조는 머리카락 청소도 안돼서 물이 막혀 내려가지도 않고 결국 온갖 지저분한게 다 껴있는 남의 머리카락 제가 치웠습니다. 침대에도 머리카락이 있고 도대체 청소를 하긴 하는건지 너무 불만족스러웠네요.

한파가 기승을 부리는 날씨에 선결재도 하고 도착했는데 체크인후에 고객이 스스로 보일러를 가동해야하는 콘도 시스템은 이해가 안됩니다. 그덕에 추운방에서 얼마나 떨었는지 몸살감기가 걸려서 여행일정도 망쳤어요. 다른건 몰라도 겨울에 보일러는 미리 넣어두는것이 상식아닐까요

카운터는 친절하세요. 오래된 호텔인지 너무 지저분하구요, 호텔이지만 겨울에 추워요. 2번 다시는 이 호텔에 안 갈거에요.

뷰는 최상이지만 물에서 약간 냄새가 나요ㅠㅠ

호텔 자체가 청결에 엄청나게 유의하는 곳은 아닌것같아요 ㅎㅎ 근데 뷰는 정말 최상이었어요
다음에도 다시한번 방문 의사는 있습니다!

콘도숙박인지 알았으면 다시 한번 생각해보게 되는곳입니다. 호텔건물이랑 다른 건물이라 놀랐어요. 다만 숙소 위치가 나쁘지 않아서 다니기는 편했습니다.

있는 게 없는 주니어스위트 ㅠㅠ

13층 주니어스위트를 이용했는데, 룸에 별로 있는 게 너무나 없어 어메이징함. 슬리퍼, 어메니티 없고 리모콘 고장나서 교체. 화장실 비데 고장. 오션뷰는 앞에.더 큰 건물이 따악 가로막고 있음. 그와중에 프론트 매니저는 '유료' 룸업그레이드 호갱행위를 시전함. 휴가 중이라 겨우 참느라 혼났음.
