1 tip: We couldn't do late check out because they said it was packed so we should've asked it in advance.
2. When we arrived they gave us a distrustful look and called my phone to check if I was the person that made the reservation.
We are gyopos, so I don't know if this was a good or bad thing for them to do, but it did feel somewhat uncomfortable. Never happened before in other places.
3. The bed is a little hard, kind of korean style, so be aware of that.
4. Elevators take forever to arrive.

대체로 깔끔하고 가족이 편히 쉬기 너무 좋은데 엘리베이터가 부족한듯 해요 사람들 몰릴때는 10~20분은 기본이고 엘베가 와도 만원이라 탈수도 없는 불편함이 있었어요 그래서 주차장에 차를 놓고 로비로 내려와서 타고 올라갔다는....(중간층에서 타는게 힘듦)

청소상태가 너무 아쉬웠어요. 보이는 곳만 청소하시는지 테이블 쓸려고 밖으로 빼니까 테이블 있던 쪽 바닥에 머리카락을 비롯한 체모들이 엄청 많더라고요;; 기분이 너무 안좋았지만 하루 묵는거라 그냥 쓰고 나왔습니다.
피트니스 시설을 비롯한 편의시설 대부분이 공사중이라 이용할 수 있는 부분이 거의 없는 점도 아쉬웠습니다.

진짜 내돈내고 다녀온곳중 최악이였습니다
27층 건물에 22층에서 1박했는데 엘리베이터가 총 3대가 있지만 3텀을 기다려도 타질 못했습니다.
20~30분 시간을 허비하고 엘베 이용객들이 점점 몰려 캐리어를 들고 비상 계단을 이용해 걸어내려갈수밖에 없었습니다. 이미 다른 커플 및 이용 객들이 하이힐등 여러 짐을 들고 이동하고있었고 걷고 기다리는 시간이 넘쳐나시는분들은 이용하시면 아주 최고의 숙박 및 여행이 될것같네요

제가 묵은 26층 룸은 빌트인 세탁기도 있고, 씽크대랑 신발장, 옷장, 발코니도 있고 침구류도 깨끗하고 포근했습니다. 그리고 공기가 깔끔해서 좋았어요. 꿉꿉한 냄새도 없구요. 다만 온도 맞추느라 난방기 소음이 좀.... 그리고 실제 호텔 간판이랑 앱에서의 이름이 좀 달라서 다 와서 전화했네요. 아, 야경 멋졌어요. ㅎㅎ 주차하느라 5층까지 골뱅이 도느라 좀 힘들었네요.
