A very well maintained, clean holiday park.
There were lots of activities to do with the family. My teens particularly enjoyed mini golf, spending time in the rec room and walking along the beach. We will definitely be back next time when we stay in Albany.

Tidy caravan park. Great family location with water park, mini golf, playgrounds and recreation room. We stayed in a 2bed chalet. Smaller than we are used to but clean, well set up and everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Kids had a great time, facilities were fantastic and well maintained. Felt comfortable with the kids having the freedom to roam the grounds knowing they were safe.
Reception staff could have been a little friendlier, but overall the stay was comfortable.

The accommodation is great, clean and comfortable which is perfect for family holiday but the wifi connection is poor and we can’t access the television for movies. We were also looking forward my kids can play at the water park but it was under maintenance.

The 2 bedroom we stayed this time is very small. Hard to move around. Especially the bathroom is small, the shower has a half panel to stop water spreading everywhere but it is so small, you have to be extremely careful when showering. There are no rooms to put your personal hygiene items nor change clothes.

The kitchen has very basic items, no paper towels, gladwrap nor tissue papers.

The wifi is useless, hardly getting signals. Try use my Telstra mobile data, it has no signal either.

Stayed with my daughter and grandchildren aged 5 and 11 for 3 nights.
Our accommodation was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the splash park and rec room.

The rooms are quite spacious, clean and almost had all kitchen utensils. The park has lot of things to do. The only downside is Internet and smart TV. The internet is very very slow and gets disconnected in every 2 mins. The smart TV only has few local TV channels. It will be good if they can Atleast provide chrome cast so that we can cast movies from mobile phone.

Even before i arrived i got an email saying my accommodation was ready to be checked in..Which was great..I arrived and checked in and was given and shown on a map my unit, route to take and where to park..Absolutely made my life easy and didn't have to drive around trying to find my unit and where to park..When i opened the door to the unit, it was clean and neat..smelt fresh..on first impressions it was more than i expected..Had a great sleep and easy checkout next day.

Great Holiday Park with Excellent Amenities

We stayed in a spa cabin and could not have been happier with the cabin. It was clean, spacious and a real plus to relax and rejuvenate our tired muscles in the spa after a day of sightseeing. We were disappointed we didn't have time to partake in the mini golf or the water park.

Being at Emu Point, it's out of town and remarkably quiet at night. Right on the beach for a swim, although the water park will keep the kids away from it and close to camp!
Unit was fantastic for a weeks stay.

We recently stayed at BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park and had an amazing time. We stayed in a two-bedroom cabin that was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The facilities at the park were fantastic, and we made use of the swimming pool, playground, and mini-golf course. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also perfect, with easy access to Emu Beach and local attractions. Overall, we had a fantastic family holiday and would highly recommend BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park to anyone.

We give BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park a 5-star rating for its fantastic facilities, excellent service, and convenient location. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Albany!

It was great! Especially with two kids. Our chalet was close to absolutely everything in the resort!
The new splash park was a favourite. Definitely great fun when the sun is shining.
Loved having the bbq so close to our chalet, too. Cooked quite a few lunches.
Overall, it was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. Very happy holiday!

Loved the whole experience. Holiday park is one of the best we have ever been to. If I had a complaint, (we were there for 10 days) not once were we told, until last day that we could of had our villa serviced whenever we liked. I should have asked as well, but thought the office staff would have said. We paid the same as the other people who were only staying for a few nights and the units that got cleaned as soon as they left, so we feel we should of had a discount????
